Front desk people were very nice

The rooms on second floor could be cleaner. Smelled musky.

Breakfast was great! And as always the beds were very comfortable! I didn't want to leave the room.

The breakfast was not good. We've been to less expensive hotels with a better breakfast. Most of the juice machine was out of order and the same food choices were offered the same each day. Limited variety. Coffee was also relatively cold

I arrived only to find that my room had been cancelled, although I had been charged. They said the room was "messed up", so they cancelled it WITHOUT INFORMING ME! We were unable to find another room nearby, and were extremely inconvenienced. They should have offered us a sincerely apology and offered us a free room, or tried to make it right, but no one seemed to care. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and would NEVER recommend this establishment!

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. The buffet in the morning is great.

The towel service is nonexistent. We had to ask for more towels on day 2.

I specifically loved the location of the hotel. Everything I needed was within 10-15 minutes of the hotel which is great considering traffic.

my opinion I think all of the bathrooms should have a shower AND tub unless it’s a specified handicapped accommodated room

Staff, especially Jennifer was amazing! Room was clean comfortable and I’m definitely going to stay again ne t time I’m in town!!

The room was spacious, clean, and the multiple tv's. Appreciated the bathroom being handicap accessible. We were new to the area and the staff was very helpful suggesting places to eat according to what we wanted.

Would have liked the height of the commode to be a little higher. Couldn't get bath towels for the next day. Personally, I think all hotels should offer guests the option of getting their linens changed daily or fresh towels. I would choose the fresh towels every time. :)
