Nous avions une unité au deuxième niveau face à la mer. La vue sur la mer par la grande porte vitrée était saisissante. Assis sur le balcon, nous avions l’impression d’être directement sur la plage. Notre unité donnant sur la plage était très confortable et comprenait un vaste séjour, un coin repas, une cuisine complète, une salle de bain et une chambre séparée. Elle avait les qualités d’un petit appartement. Tous les jours, l’unité était nettoyée, les lits faits et les serviettes changées. Même la vaisselle était lavée. La localisation est excellente, à cinq minutes en auto du village d’Anna Maria. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Le seul bémol est que l’unité que nous occupions, bien qu’elle fut très propre, était un peu défraîchie. Avec peu de rénovations, j’aurais certainement donné une note de 10 sur 10.

the view and the Beach were very nice. The room was large. TV was nice and large but the remotes needed some instructions.

not very "upscale" for the rate we were charged. back sliding door was very difficult to close and lock. The AC unit control was very difficult to use because the screen for the control was not lit up very well and we could not see to be able to adjust the temperature. The mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom was dated. The front entrance hall light caused light to filter into the unit at night and the blinds in the bedroom allowed light to enter the room at night. No coffee was provided for the coffee machine. The kitchen was "dated" and there was a large hole behind the refrigerator.

The property was clean, the salt water pool was excellent, we enjoyed the flow of the property, from the beach to the pool, to the on premises bikes, bar and coffee shop. The flow from the bike, back to the pool or beach. We enjoyed the on premises games like Jenga and Cornhole. The outdoor music was at a subtle volume you could hear but not over powering.

On Saturday afternoon playing cornhole the maintenance crew had the leaf blowers going, very noisy. Sunday morning they were painting walk ways and had the entrance to the beach in the middle of the building blocked off because of the painting. These things could have waited especially the painting, the grounds could have been cleaned up with something other than gas leaf blowers which are loud, and smell aweful. Electric blowers are available or brooms.

The staff at front desk was and house keeper were great. Room was cleaned and restocked everyday with pride and a friendly attitude😊 The view from our oceanfront 2nd floor room was Beautiful!❤️

The furnishings were great, fresh white paint cleaned up the room. Entire room definitely needs to be renovated, especially the bathroom and kitchen.

Beach was beautiful and right in front of the property. Hotel room was just the right size and it was nice having a full kitchen.

Pool was on the smaller size and not a lot of lounge chairs to sit on. Every chair had a towel on it and no other options for seating.

Units need to be updated. Prices were too high for non updated units

The location to the beach! Pool water so hot. Loved Kelly in the lounge. Great service and so friendly.

The bathroom and kitchen need to be updated. Paying 789 for one night the property needs some major attention.

Excellent location was there for the 4th fireworks on the beach my kids loved it
