House was great. Anything we needed was handled immediately.

From the beginning to the end of the holiday had very friendly contact with the owners of the villa. We had very unfavorable flight times but we were allowed to enter the villa earlier and check out later than usual. An extra service that makes your holiday even more beautiful. The villa is very modern, new air conditioning, super fast Wifi. Nature thought it necessary to build a wasp nest at the front door. Was repaired the same day by a professional. We have stayed in Southern Duines before, but this villa was the most beautiful. More than recommend this.

The home was clean and exactly as advertised. We had no problems accessing the house at check in. The owners even graciously refunded us when we ended up arriving a day later than planned. Definitely a 5 star stay.

We really enjoyed this property. Comunication with the host Eric was great. Always responded to our questions and requests on time. House was as shown in the pictures. Location is great. Easy acces to walmart and groceries stores. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Pool was clean, grill was clean, the whole house in general was clean and we felt like we were at home. I defenetly recomend this house for a nice quite peaceful vacation with your family.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was exactly as described in the listing. I loved that I could take a quick 5 minute walk to Walmart or Winn Dixie to get whatever we needed without having to deal with the traffic. The house is in a great location if you want to get to Sea World, Legoland or Disney Parks. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Property manger responsive with communication. Home nice and spacious! Loved the kids bedroom decorated with Mickey and Minnie Mouse! A short drive to DisneyWorld and Legoland.

This home provided us with a quiet relaxing area for a family. Having our own pool is always a plus. The neighborhood was lovely as well.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was exactly what we needed as a family. The setting is very quiet and lots of friendly faces around the area. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very clean. Great location. Biggest problem was that the advertised 65 inch TV with cable in the living room did not work. They couldn't find the remote. Sent away for a new remote. Took a few days. After remote arrived the TV still did not work. Called in a TV repair man. TV was bad. Four days of disappointment and frustration with no TV was a huge disappointment. We should be compensated for that time. I don't know how to go about it.

Very nice house with a great view of the 7th hole. Recently renovated with lots of room for everyone.

Not to far from Disney, SeaWorld, Universal or other attractions. The house was awesome the owners responded fast to messages. By far the coldest AC in america 72 feels like 55 it was great on a 95 degree day. Clean house awesome pool that my kids choose over Disney which was awesome with rising Covid cases. By far a top rental anywhere. Awesome awesome awesome

Constructive feedback; house very clean, pool clean / perfect size / excellent condition. Very close to Walmart that obviously has everything you need. As a house pretty much perfect. The travel time to Disney / Universal / attractions was more in the 45 minute plus side, route 4 is atrocious but this isn’t the hosts fault (obviously) but do your homework on travel times if that’s what your going for. The hosts were VERY responsive (fantastic), a minor negative (that could be seen as a positive) is that it did feel like the host was keeping a close eye on things, we went out on the Thursday before the “after 6pm” trash to the side of the road and was intending to put it out when we got back that night, however it was already roadside on our return. The host informed us that the cleaner lives close and took care of it - I’m sure it was done in good faith but did feel a little like we couldn’t be trusted. The grill does need a very good clean, we found (expected) the gas to be empty but when we looked at the grill decided not get the gas filled and not to use it and did all our cooking inside instead. A little ironic that there is a $50 cleaning charge for leaving the grill dirty. Minor minor improvement to the house would be the addition of USB charging outlets, not essential but would make things convenient (I know this is very picky and wouldn’t sway us, or most people, one way or another but thought you may like feedback). Conclusion: highly recommend the house, you really can’t go wrong however check your travel times to attractions.

There was only 1 washcloth at the property, but I just went to Walmart and bought some. Not a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend bringing toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels with you. I am a very picky person when it comes to staying places other than my home & this property was lovely. Pool was clean. We will definitely be back. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Legoland! Did not have any issues with the washer/dryer. No complaints at all! Wonderful stay.

Our stay was good; however, it could use some newer pans and more towels. Also, bathroom tub drain was very slow. Overall, it was good!

Upon arrival we noticed a lot of ants outside and dead bugs on the porch. As I inspected the house before everyone entering I noticed crumbs on the floors in all bedrooms and hair clumps everywhere as well as ants in the master bathroom. There were dead bugs and hair clumps around the pool, the pool was dirty and not filled as water was not going into the filter. The owner was notified and sent his neighbor to spot clean the house and spray raid in the house for the ants. She came and spot cleaned not cleaning all that needed to be cleaned. My family couldn’t be in the area where the raid was spread because of the smell. My husband spent an hour cleaning the pool. Our feet were black on the bottoms from walking barefoot in the house. It took me 6 plus hours to dry a load of laundry. Which made me think how do they wash the bedding there!?!? First night smoke detectors went off, second night even worse! Probably why there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector? Still ants in the bathroom day 2. None of us slept so we left. Owner wanted to send a bunch of people in to service the house while we were there. We were not comfortable with this because of Covid. The pictures on VRBO are not an accurate representation of how we found this property. This place needs a deep cleaning inside and out from a professional cleaning company not his neighbor! The Property Manager was very responsive to our inquiries. The home is very modern and functional with a tv in each room. Great location and is 5 min from Walmart. Tons of places to eat as well. A few things to note: the pool is not private and faces a golf course. The neighbors are also very close on each side and can see into each others property. Also, we felt the house could have been cleaner considering the fee that was included in the pricing. Overall was a good stay, thanks.

The property manager was responsive. The pool was great especially with the heater. Beds were comfortable. I wish they would have stocked the place with basic needs (paper towels, more hand soap and laundry detergent). The house was modern, they could have done a little better job cleaning as the bathroom rugs were dirty. Overall great place just a few suggestions.
