Chalet conforme aux photos : spacieux, avec une belle terrasse. A l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, la vue porte sur le château et le lac. Nous avons profité du grand jardin pour la chasse aux œufs à Pâques. Le village de Menthon est facilement et rapidement accessible par les passages. Le port et la plage sont un petit peu plus loin, les chemins d'accès sont très agréables. J'ai apprécié lire sur un banc du port. De beaux chemins de randonnée de différents niveaux sont à proximité. La piste cyclable du village permet de faire le tour du lac ou de rejoindre Annecy. Vous pouvez également prendre le bus au village pour Annecy ou Talloires. En ce qui concerne l'équipement, tout y est car rien ne nous a manqué. Les remarques dans les commentaires précédents sur le lave vaisselle sont justes: à 5, il faut l'utiliser après chaque repas. Bon accueil. Je n'ai pas mis 5* correspondant à la perfection, mais, sauf si vous cherchez un logement moderne en Centre ville, je recommande ce chalet dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Chalet fort sympathique. Belle vue surplombante sur le lac, sur le château de Menthon. Location très accueillante, cosy. Seuls bémols, lave vaisselle très très sous dimensionné pour 7 personnes, et la descente dans l allee au milieu des branches qui dépassent est un peu pénible. Mais globalement très bien. Envie de revenir.

Mme Moine nous a chaleureusement accueillie, très à l'écoute, sympathique. Le chalet est parfait et conforme aux photos, la vue panoramique est magnifique, très bien situé dans un endroit calme et reposant. Une chose est sûre nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

nous n,'avons pas passé un agréable séjour en raison de la vetusté des lieux, de la saleté accumulée. horrible salle de bains, cuisine usée et l'e équipement électroménager encrassé et ne fonctionnant pas.. A notre arrivée nous avons dû faire un nettoyage complet tant il était impossible de séjour dans cette maison. Nous sommes très déçus et nous avons réglé une location bien trop chère au regard de l'état général de cette maison. Nous nous réservons le droit si aucune solution amiable n'intervient de saisir la juridiction compétent pour régler le litige actuellement en ours avec le propriétaire. séjour à oublier, maison vétuste, très sale, salle de bains, cuisine et WC usés et très sales. A notre arrivée nous avons dû tout nettoyer. Litige actuellement avec le propriétaire et si pas d'accord, saisine de la juridiction compétente pour faire valoir nos droits.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce joli chalet rustique, qui comporte tous les équipements nécessaires ! La vue est exceptionnelle et la situation sur le lac parfaite ! Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et très flexibles. Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent séjour !

Emplacement vraiment parfait vis-à-vis des montagnes et du lac

La situation de ce chalet est magique et la vue...extraordinaire ! La famille Moine nous a très bien accueillis, ce séjour était une réelle parenthèse enchantée !

Lieux très agréable et rustique avec une espace de vie et une vue imprenable. La chambre à l'étage inférieure avec deux petits lits est un peu juste pour un adulte.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en août dans ce gîte à la vue exceptionnelle. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Le séjour a été très agréable malgré quelques soucis avec les équipements : le frigo faisait très peu de froid, celui du garage ne fonctionnait pas, et le lave vaisselle n est pas adapté pour 8 personnes. Et le ménage n était pas fait (sol collant dans la cuisine). Sinon nous avons très bien dormi dans un calme absolu. Le gîte est spacieux avec un salon et des chambres très agréables. Un gîte authentique avec vue imprenable du salon aux chambres. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Le chalet est correct même si les équipements sont un peu anciens. Literie confortable. Le plus du logement, c'est indicutablement son environnement exceptionnel avec la vue sur le lac et le château de Menthon, au calme. Terrasse très agréable pour les repas en famille. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Accueil très sympathique de notre logeuse.

Amazing location

The house has an amazing location with views of Chateau de Menthon and Lake Annecy. The living area and bedrooms are very comfortable. The only thing is that the kitchen is small, but definitely workable. We cooked every night and sat in the dining room to do all the prep. The renters were very nice and helpful. The house was also stocked with soap, sponges, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent and some food items like sugar and coffee which is alway a nice bonus :)

We enjoyed our stay. Highlight was the view of the mountains chateau and lake from the large balcony. Large house ideal for 5 of us Not given 5 stars as there is only one toilet. But otherwise this house is great and I would recommend

We had a great week here; we loved the huge balcony where we spent many hours taking in the views of lake, mountains, hot air balloons, paragliders etc. The house in in a quiet residential area with Chateau de Menthon st Bernard is almost directly above the terrace. The walk to the lovely local boulangerie is at least 10 minutes via a footpath downhill. Harder coming back! Mr Moine was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Mme Moine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and this included driving to the nearest supermarket with us following behind to ensure we found it ok. The house is large , we didn’t use the downstairs at all, except one bedroom. We did find the kitchen and bathroom quite basic, could do with modernising. Same for the ground floor outside terrace. The drive is tarmac; narrow and steep. The parking area is gravel though, with a drop onto it especially hard for a low car. We drove to the beach, there’s plenty of free parking. We hired a boat on the lake, highly recommended. We took the bus to Annecy one day , the bus stop is easy to find in village centre. But the views are what we came for. Beautiful!

We were 5 days in this nice chalet. It is very authentic and reminded me to the good old times of my childhood. You can have fantastic breakfast on the big balcony. In the morning you can observe the paraglider from the mountain. Every morning we went to the city center - really a nice walk - although steep - to get fresh things from the bakery. It feels like you would visit friends. The lovely Madame Moine welcomed us and gave us recommendations. Mr. Moine gave us a lot of support with our booking.

A gorgeous place to spend time, waling distance from all necessities, supermarket, bakery, café culture, and down to the bus stop which, for 1.5 euros takes you to the Centre of Annecy. Hired bikes, completed paragliding, even had a few climb the Col de Colombiere for a cyclists dream, and had fantastic days by the lake, the list of things to do is endless. The property is owned and maintained by a fantastic family and they could not do enough to help , and I would recommend this property to any one wanting a fantastic time in and around Annecy...You will not be disappointed and we will be back for sure!
