Beautiful home so close to downtown Sedona! Loved the view from the house. The deck with the fireplace and hot tub were perfect! Overall great for a large group. For a group of women, the bunk beds were less than ideal. We were often hot sleeping and could not control the thermostat to cool down. There were plenty of towels and dishes and overall the experience was positive.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had 9 ladies, and the layout was perfect for our group. We didn't realize the casita didn't have an entrance from inside the house, so two of the ladies had to go outside the house in order to access their bed, but it wasn't a hassle. We also wish the bedroom with two queen beds had an en suite bathroom, but we were able to share the bathroom down the hall with the second master bedroom just fine. Overall, this was such a wonderful retreat in the perfect location of Sedona! We loved it and would absolutely visit again!

This home was perfect for our family trip. Its location gave easy access to the city while feeling like you were away from it all. The views from our front porch were surreal! My nephews and nieces said it was like we were in the Cars movie. The home had a large and spacious kitchen with plenty of seating. We came with 10 adults and 6 kids. The house was clean, fresh, and comfortable!

The location and view are wonderful. Everything is well stocked except I believe they forgot the kitchen garbage bags, we did not find any replacements - we had to go and buy our own. The first night we were there, some kind of flies , I don’t know the name were all over the house outside and inside . One of my family member said maybe because it rained earlier that day and those flies only appear at night , but it was bothersome because there were a lot of them and they stick to your clothes, skin , table, counter, sofa and everywhere . The home have a magnificent view of the red rocks from the dining area, living room, deck and most of all the main bedroom , it was an amazing view that you would not mind staying home all day ! The teens and kids loved the giant chess board on the backyard . We enjoyed the crystal fire thing on the main bedroom deck (sorry I don’t know the name of it) and we made smores and everyone loved it ! The adults also had a wonderful experience using the hot tub - it helped my arthritis feel better too ! Overall we all had a wonderful time at the property ! And before our stay I had a lot of questions and they answered them in a timely manner . I highly recommend this property to everyone !!!

We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing. The house is the best stocked house I’ve ever been in. There is nothing in the kitchen that was not there. We enjoy playing chess, sitting by the fire pit having s’mores, dinner out on the porch watching the sunset. It was all amazing. We highly recommend this house.

Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and feeding groups. The games and amenities offered at the home are next level; perfect for kids! The nightly rate is fair, but the additional charges and service fees are excessive. For example, the “concierge service,” which was a required additional fee, was not helpful.

Bedrooms were roomy and showers were really nice. Just a warning that nothing comes stocked, so you’ll need to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, all items to cook and bake with, etc. I would also advise bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as even though they’re provided, they don’t suds up and I didn’t feel clean.

The property had exactly what we needed and were looking for. Will definitely stay at this property again if we visit Sedona again.

We arrived an hour earlier and were allowed to check in. Home was clean and well stocked. All equipments working. Office was kind enough to let us check out an hour later

The views are amazing and the house is nicely decorated. The master bedroom has a view of the sun rising that will make you happy about waking up early to watch it. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of cooking equipment and dishes for a large group. There are very nice front and back yards with activities for everyone to enjoy. We particularly loved the javelina that visited the front yard in the mornings. So curious and fun to watch from the decks. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Great layout - most bedrooms have private bathrooms - open common space and comfortable outdoor seating. Close to town and trails. Very clean with all the necessary kitchen tools.

The house has fabulous views!! There was plenty of room for our large group, we did have to use the air mattress, which was very handy. The house had plenty of dishes, pots and pans for the group. The casita was cute and helpful for the guests that needed more privacy. The only comment about the casita, regarding the microwave, there is no way to plug it in, the cord is too short and the outlet to far away. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!!

Very modern updates, great views, great yard. Found this to be one of the ,more luxurious places in the downtown area. Easy access to Main Street. It in a quiet neighborhood. Nice amenities in house. Walking access to some great hiking too.

We had a wonderful experience. The kids loved the golf ⛳ course and chess set in the back yard . Wild life was amazing: We saw mule deer, a road runner, a coyote, and a family of javelina's who came by every day at 4:30 pm. The grandchildren loved it. The home was spacious, there were 14th of us and we were all comfortable.

We would definitely stay at this property again! The views were amazing, there was plenty of activities for the kids and adults to do, and the house fit all 18 of us comfortably!

The Sedona Dream Estates is a beautiful property and we loved our stay there. We had 4 couples and there was ample room. The view is amazing. Only downside was the communication with the property manager and concierge. There is a fee for a concierge service that is a complete waste. When we asked for concierge service all that was given was a list with instructions for us to set everything up. This is not worth the $150 charge for an actual concierge. The other issue was communication with the property management company. We repeatedly requested an early check in and late check out. We were told to keep calling back to make sure the property wasn't rented before or after us. We did this but on the last day we called again to check on the possibility of a late check out and were told the office was closed. Our flight was delayed and this was a big inconvenience. Especially when the property did not have anyone staying in it after us for three days. The communication was lacking to say the least.

Overall it’s simply breathtaking. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants. A little surprised at the additional fees,But it’s worth it. We will be back.

Centrally located in Sedona city center. Kitchen is fully equipped. The property is super clean.
