Easy parking, nice layout with 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It looks a little worn from many rentals but it is okay overall. Management responded quickly when we complained we only had 2 drinking glasses and no cookie sheets or pizza pans.

The Condo is nice.The cleaning product that is used is overwhelming when you first inter.If you're sensitive to smells you'll get a headache( not altitude sickness).One of the upstairs bathrooms lights didn't work,also there is a leaking sprinkler in the family room.If you're planning on cooking bring your own pots and pans.I usually bring disposable cups but forgot this time .The lack of glasses to drink out of was a problem.The location is good for skiing.It isn't too far for things to do other than ski.All in all it was a really good vacation experience.

Similar to the previous review from January 2022, the property needs some updating and is not worthy of Premiere/Premium status. We emailed the property manager about the bathroom light in the upstairs bathtub being out. They promised a handyman to come and look. They never showed up. It's extremely dangerous to have a bathtub/shower with no light! In addition, there is a problem with the heating system. Again I complained to the property manager and was told there was a thermostat in the master bedroom. I explained its a carbon monoxide detector after several back and forth email exchanges. The townhome gets extremely hot with no way to turn the heat down to a reasonable sleeping temperature. The property manager told us to open the windows. This is absurd in 20 degree weather at night plus having three children. I didn't feel comfortable or safe doing so. The townhome in general needs some TLC. walls were scuffed and show wear. The carpet is stained and dirty in several places. The master bedroom closet is missing a knob. We pulled out silverware and dishes to use only to find then dirty with food stuck to them. The bathroom door had toothpaste stuck to it and hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it wasn't worth the money for us and we wouldn't recommend it. The space is big but the quality wasn't there especially for the price. The property manager also, was underwhelming. The told us there would be a blender upon arrival and it never showed up. Overall totally disappointed with the property and manager!

Look no further, this is a perfect townhome for Keystone. The property manager was super helpful and kind. The rental was spotless, spacious and great quality. My family really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. Our boys loved playing on the balcony, walking along the river and walking to Keystone Lake. Minutes to chairlifts and free bus is right in front of the home. Highly recommend.

Per the instructions for check out I am letting you know of the many damages we noticed during our stay. Downstairs bedroom/ bathroom.. lamp shade broken, door knob missing from closet, in bathroom far right bottom cabinet off the hinges. Upstairs back bedroom… Bed broken, closet doesn’t shut properly, knob off cabinet on far right in bathroom, knob off too drawer in bathroom, bathroom door/knob doesn’t shut properly. Door knob into bedroom very loose. Bedroom over kitchen… Radiator on floor in bathroom is bent. Door knob into bedroom loose. radiator vents bent around condo. We also couldn’t get the heat to go down so it was very hot during our stay. Cleanliness… The property was very dusty and not cleaned as advertised. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the conditions of this condo. We paid a lot of money to stay here and looked at many other condos. I will be leaving a review of our stay on VRBO. We appreciate the maintenance worker coming the day after we found the broken bed and the $175 discount. However, that does not make up for the conditions of the condo or the trouble we went through trying to fix the bed so we could sleep on it.

Nice property that was able to accommodate our entire group. Large kitchen and dining area. Very convenient location with easy access to ski areas. A few small areas within the house that needed some repair and tlc, however property manager addressed some of them immediately. Would consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at Keystone. The condo was excellent. The unit was clean when we arrived. The garage was a plus, too. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do.

Mat was so accommodating! Condo has great space. Three big bedrooms with its own full size bathroom. Worked well for our family and friends.

Everything about this rental made my life easy--safe and quiet, close to everything, comfortable beds and the owners were super helpful and responsive. Our family would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The location of this property is ideal! It is peaceful and quite, with the lovely sound of the Snake River as a backdrop. It is an easy walk down to the Keystone Village, and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Having two king beds was wonderful ... and the garage is awesome!! Definitely somewhere we would like to stay again!

Beautiful setting. Clean and well appointed condo in a great location. The whole weekend was seamless. Lovely, comfortable apartment with easy access to shuttle. We enjoyed the stay very much

Nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Very quiet and relaxing place to be after a day on the mountain. The silver line bus stops just steps away from the condo. Also an easy walk to the ice skating rink and Bighorn Bistro for dinner.

Property was in convenient location. Owner was very helpful with resolving issues. Minor repairs needed.

Perfect getaway/staycation for our small group. Rooms and beds are big and comfy for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. The pull out couch is comfy if needed. Tons of extra bedding. The kitchen size and dinning area is perfect for family dinners and play games around the fireplace. Cute walking trail behind the condo that follows the stream. Reallly close to the shops and if it was ski season to go to ski hill. Would 100% come back. It was a needed getaway and safe Covid trip.

September was a great time to get away to spend family time together in a pretty condo, set in the trees of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. The aspens were turning gold, we all had adequate sleep and gathering space. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was perfect. The condo was clean, pretty and close enough to the highway to make getting around a breeze.

Excellent kitchen supplies. Good arrangement for visiting family with one bedroom on main level and two on upper level. Disappointed that hot tub was not available. Seems like COVID- 19 restrictions could have been accommodated. Loved the access to short trails from the condo. Fact that it was dog friendly was a real plus!

We loved staying on Keystone and without hesitation we will rent this townhome for our next trip to CO. Check-in process was super easy and the property manager was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, a great place to stay!

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how dirty the townhouse was. The surfaces were not only not sanitized, they were filthy. The carpet was similarly filthy along with the rest of the hard surface floors and the garage floor. No rugs as you enter the house either. The property manager offered to have housekeeping come and clean it but we were already in and didn't want to bring in someone while we were there so he offered to provide a credit for the cleaning. It's been a week and so far, have not seen any such credit. There was a new gas grill on the deck but there was no propane set up. There was an old propane tank in the garage that was supposedly full, but it was not set up and we were uncomfortable with using such an old tank. The townhouse itself was nice but couldn't understand why it wasn't properly maintained. After all of these issues, we heard no more from the property manager to see how things were going or what they could do to improve our visit. I would not recommend Mountain Vista Properties, LLC.

We loved the location of this property and it’s overall floor plan was excellent for us all to relax after a long day exploring.

Loved the location and the view of the river out the back! The communication with the owner was great about any questions we had. It seems that the floors got missed in cleaning before our arrival.

Easy checkin and checkout process, great spot with trails near by. 20 mins from Breckenridge and Loveland pass. Love that we could have our pup with us.

Very nice property in a great location. The owners were very responsive to addressing issues as we were the first in to the property after the "lockdown".
