The property was exactly as described and exceptionally well appointed. I do not give reviews but this place deserved one. An exceptional host and spotless cleaning made this home a pure joy to visit. We have already begun planning a return trip. A special nod to Titan Powersports ATV rental if you visit the area (must do). Overall I would would give Sebastiaan's home a perfect score as I felt like I was in my home while visiting a VRBO property! That was a first!

My husband and our moms stayed at this beautiful home from December 12 - December 18. Our daughters live in Tucson, so we often had 6 of us in the home. We couldn’t have been happier. Sebastian checked in regularly, left us drinks and snacks, and brought us fresh fruit from his garden! The home is in perfect condition. Although the backyard and pool looked amazing, it was too cold to enjoy in December. The house has everything you may need and more. We are not easily impressed, but this home and Sebastian wowed us!! As Arnold would say, “We’ll be back!”

Sebastian’s house really exceeded our expectations . It is just a beautiful residence with very comfortable furniture and fantastic beds . Every amenities you could want was there for us including a large supply of spices and cooking utensils of every kind . We really enjoyed the barbecue also and put down a fire every evening in the outdoor fireplace and Sebastian even provided the wood for the fires . The inground swimming pool is really nice but unfortunately the evenings were a bit too cool around Thanksgiving to use that amenity. When we arrived Sebastian had a welcome basket that had something for everyone ! We got some good wine , coffee, chocolates, cookies and other goodies . It was quite a surprise . We even saw a few good craft beers in the fridge which I didn’t mind indulging in . Sebastian even had a large selection of board games for all the family to play in the evening . This house had everything and the area is fantastic too with some really great restaurants nearby . I highly recommend renting this house if you will be in the area . I know we will be back next time we are in Oro Valley . Thanks Sebastian .

This property is clean, well stocked and perfectly located to enjoy all that Tucson has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay as the owner went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this property!!

This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Sebastiaan was an excellent host. His property was very clean and comfortable. His communication, instructions, amenities and attention to detail were above our expectations, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Beautiful home, we will be back!!

This home and host are truly 5+ star! Exceptional presentation, cleanliness, communication, and comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great safe quiet neighborhood, with views of Catalinas in backyard. Great pool/outdoor living space! Sebastiaan is an exceptional, welcoming host. He was available if needed, and went out of his way to make my stay even better! I've stayed at many VBRO homes, and this was by far the best! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!

My family and I rented this amazingly beautiful and clean home for our Christmas together. I’m a caterer so I did a lot of cooking and baking so I was very pleased to see a great array of cookware, bakeware and appliances. We were gifted a lovely Christmas tree fully decorated and the home was also decorated with stockings by the fire and trimming in the main rooms. The owner was available for any concerns or questions and the home was comfortable for sleeping and enjoying family time by the fireplace. We had a fabulous experience here in Tucson Arizona! The property owner was very easy to reach and communicate with. So personable and friendly. The house, my goodness, it’s beautiful. The photos don’t do it any justice. A must stay in Tucson.

This modern nest had everything you could possibly need - even the things you may not have thought of. Minus the cold temps, meaning we couldn't use the pool, everything was just perfect.
