The rooms are spacious and lovely, the restaurant is excellent and the beach bar is divine.

The neighbors from Azimuth are a bit loud and the music doesn't stop until 4 AM or until the police comes, whichever comes first :)

No parking around the hotel; if lucky you can find a spot for 10Euro a day. At the (above the average priced) beach you only get a discount for one day if you come for one night, and you are not allowed to choose any side of their beach....I find this rule very ugly. You also need to pay the breakfast separately. If your children find a play item in an empty place, the beach, owner lady will come tell you to get your kid out because only her grandson can play there... even if that baschetball net will remain unused for hours afterwards... I've never encountered so rude owners. Too bad for the hotel, which we used to like...not sure what happened to the beach (maybe it changed ownership)... The nearby club had music extremely loud until 3:50am.

I liked the sea view the most, in the morning I could see the sunrise, which was a dream. I really liked the service at the restaurant, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. A quality hotel!

There were tourists with children who ran around the rooms at night.

Excellent location and every single staff was super friendly and helpful. We even have an early checked into the room. The room was spotless and have anything you may needed since a fridge to a hairdryer.

Quite new. the room looks good on first sight.

Area is bad, crowded and low quality in everything. Lack of parking places. Dirty room. Construction sites everywhere. No good restaurants around. Swage smell once you open the balcony door.

the price of the sunbeds, the isolation of the windows during severe rain (we had floods during a midnight storm)
