This place is well-set up, comfortable, hosts are kind and responsive, view gorgeous.

Property was all it promised, was presented beautifully and was well located with just a 15min walk to the Tathra Pub (with its own brewery and live entertainment), the wharf and the shops. The sea view was excellent making it a pleasant spot and we had spectacular electrical storms over the sea. Owners were helpful and pleasant. Undercover parking for our vehicle as well. Very happy with our stay.

A lovely, quiet place to relax, unwind, and soak up the ocean views.
We were lucky enough to spot a few whales from the balcony as well.
A great location, and base, to explore the beautiful local coastline.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View in Tathra. Paul and Lee were friendly and considerate hosts who gave us space to enjoy our family holiday. The property was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, and the view from the living areas was just gorgeous. We saw Sea Eagles flying over the water and other birdlife in the garden. It would be an amazing location during whale migration seasons! We hope to visit again and happily recommend it to others.

Really comfortable accomodation. Tathra is a beautiful town. We really enjoyed walking in the bush and day trips to towns in the area. The views are just like the photos! Lee and Paul were great hosts.

Amazing Sth coast getaway!
This property was the perfect apartment to relax and unwind. Amazing ocean views plus gorgeous garden, spotlessly clean, modern and tidy, very comfortable for 4 people with everything you could need, wonderful hosts, and great location close to ocean walks and the local pub! Highly recommended

Impressive location overlooking cliffs and the sea.
Thoughtfully landscaped gardens and a clean and very well catered holiday residence.

Comfortable stay, beautiful views
A lovely week spent relaxing, enjoying the views and exploring the area. A very comfortable and cosy winter getaway, particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and quality bed linen! And walking distance to the pub! Thanks Paul and Lee.

Peaceful stay in a lovely place
We really enjoyed our stay in Tathra. The village is a great family holiday destination - safe and beautiful beach, excellent bike trails, good cafes. The home itself was just as advertised - well fit out and lovely touches like the blankets, beautiful view and gardens, very tranquil. The hosts were there when needed but otherwise very discreet. Only thing to note re location is that it is quite a walk/ride down to the beach - this was fine for us but might be challenging for older guests or those with young children. We hope to return.

This is a beautiful apartment with nice view. Very clean and fresh and well presented. Lovely garden and pleasant walk behind the property. Nice hosts and quiet good dogs. Reception is a bit weak, but really enjoyed the sea, back garden and nature surrounding.

A Must !
The View was that and so much more!! This is probably the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in!
So comfortable and peaceful. Very convenient to walking tracks, shops , restaurants . Paul and Lee very welcoming . Thanks for such a lovely stay and just wished we’d booked for longer!!

Lovely place, great location on headland
Agree with other happy holidayers- this apartment is lovely for it's view, comfort and cleanliness. We especially loved the full glass East-facing view. About 10 minutes walk up and down to the main beach, and very close to clifftop walks and shops. Hosts are both very friendly, and the dogs were very sweet and quiet.

Relaxing
We had a beautiful weekend at the view. The views are incredible and it’s located in a fantastic spot... great walking tracks along the coastline from the front of the property and walking distance to the Tathra pub. We had an incredibly relaxing weekend & would definitely stay again.

Summer stay
My husband, son and I had a lovely 5 night stay at The View in Tathra. We were 10 minutes walk away from a swim in the beautiful protected waters of Kianinny and 10 minutes walk in the other direction to magnificent Tathra Beach. Tathra is a hidden gem with so many walks, beaches, inlets, bird watching and the list goes on.
The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable and the owners are delightful. There is a lovely little deck where you can sit any time of the day and enjoy the sounds and view of the sapphire waters of the South Coast. Dinner at the Tathra Hotel is a must!

Wow it certainly is the view
Lovely feel from the moment we walked in the door. Immaculately clean is under stating how impeccably clean every nook and cranny was, we've never stayed anywhere like it. The unit was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was really well stocked. It was lovely sitting on the deck outside for breakfast or an afternoon beverage. The bed was really comfortable too and we slept very well. It was a comfortable short walk to the local pub which was excellent. The unit is very well located and close to everything you'd need. Overall highly recommended, a really beautiful spot to recharge.

Very pleased with this property which exceeded our expectations. Owners very friendly and helpful. Plenty of local walks to enjoy. We saw whales and lots of birdlife. The local pub is within walking distance and a great place for dinner.

Beautiful setting, comfortable and relaxing
The View completely met our needs. Very relaxing, excellent hosts, well appointed and a fabulous array of books we didn't get to read - not enough time.
Could easily spend a wonderful month. If you want to relax and just set whatever pace you want this is a good start.

This is a great apartment with everything we needed for a family of four. The views to the ocean are beautiful and the place is clean and with all amenities and a lovely character. We had a great time and have already recommended it to others planning to visit Tathra.

The View Experience
Hosts of the property were so accommodating and helpful. The property itself was faultless - clean, tidy and comfortable. All essentials were there, all we had to do was unpack!! Love the view of the ocean from the balcony. Lee & Paul were very hospitable and kind.
