The general location of apartment was very good. Close to bus stop and Old Town centre, post office, bank, church, spoiled for choice regarding dinning. All of which we used.
The apartment was roomy. Having a washing machine was very handy as l could not find a laundromat near bye. There was no problem with hot water or the cooling system.
The property needs some maintenance & and a good dusting.
Wouldn't recommend this appartmeny for the elderly or those with disabilities.

The location is amazing in the old town many restaurants and bars .

A little bit scared at the beginning because of the old building but the Apartament inside was beautiful and the owner was very polite. huge terrace and sight on the main church (ok the bells maybe are noisy, but the sight was great and also the location).

- kind lady who shared the keys and showed the flat
- very low standard, from 80's old grandma type of the flat
- noise from the street and from the flat next door (same entrance)
- difficult to find the building
- shared entrance to 2 studios that were made from one flat
- very low quality building
- you need to switch the water heater 20 mins before getting the hot water
- windows are thin and you can hear all from the street

Huge terrace with partially direct view to the seaside, and beautiful Ayia Napa Cathedral which is right next so the bells are gonna wake u up - I liked that.
Great place for people who (like myself) already had beach time, so now wanna go out try other stuff Limassol offers. Cafees, bars, restaurants with amazing atmosphere and offer literally in 10 steps away. LITERALLY.
This place is in Old Town for urban experience and enjoy in food, drinks & atmosphere.
Best part of Limassol is that the city continues its life when tourists are gone.
Property review is not needed, this is Limassol review:
Wouldn't recommend having car in this area, maybe Next Bike App for renting bicycles (as I did) that would take you further around the city, or to the beach. Beaches around cannot compare to others Cyprus offer, but still, there are beaches if you want one. Night clubs are 10-15 eur with taxi away.
Limassol had lots of cafes you cannot enter without reservation, which is ridiculous for a city full of tourist.
