We have stayed at North Beach Plantation several times. This house was extremely clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus. If I had to pick something negative there were too many routine maintenance messages, having people in your rental two to three times is annoying. Even though they were minutes I feel like they should be done when prepping/cleaning the home for guests. It’s not very private, although I do understand. Would 100 recommend this house and resort !

We called the property manager 24 hours prior to arrival inquiring about checking in the property earlier on day of arrival. Although it was available earlier it was exactly 4:00 before access was granted. When contacting the property a manager my wife spoke with the owners daughter who was rude and condescending. We killed two large bugs in the property and removed a dead bug that was found on the floor upon arrival.

Excellent stay. Great location. Washing machine either needs to be rebalanced or replaced. It walks across floor when spinning out, still worked though and didn't take away from the stay. Would stay again

We loved our stay at this property. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and the beds were extra comfortable. I would recommend anyone staying here.

My family stays at North Beach Resort every year during the 4th of July holiday. This house is very cozy and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The resort and community is family oriented and the beach is within walking distance. During this stay, my family did experience small worm bugs on the first floor of the home. I contact customer service and someone came out to spray that day. I'm guessing the bugs were exposed due to a recent pest control spraying done in the home before we arrived. Other than the bugs, we had an enjoyable stay as always.

We have stayed in the condos at North Beach before and honestly I expected more for what we payed. While the house was beautifully decorated and had just about everything needed, there were definitely things that were less than ideal. First, we were supposed to have shuttle service to and from the house to the pools/beach entrance, but this happened maybe twice the whole stay. Most of the time there was only 1 or 2 drivers for the entire place and the vans were full, sometimes we couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to request a shuttle! We didn’t mind the walk, but my elderly parents were less than impressed. Secondly, someone needs to address the worm issue. They were everywhere, especially after it rained, all through the house. Lastly, and I didn’t notice this until half way through the stay and it was in my 8 year olds bathroom- so she didn’t notice, but I’m not sure if someone threw food in the garbage can or vomited in it and it wasn’t cleaned out, but I noticed it when I was taking the trash out and noticed the mold in the bottom of the bathroom trash can. It was absolutely disgusting and had I noticed this earlier I would have notified someone. The coverlet on one of the beds had stains on it, turned over so that no one would notice, and in the one bedroom the comforter was ripped up like an animal attacked it! I’d have to say that I would not stay here again. There are much nicer places to stay for this amount of money, and will be clean! Please talk to the exterminators and your cleaners! Much work could be done!!

Back patio furniture was filthy and torn. Inside, beds were worn. Had to buy mattress pads due to worn mattresses. Hard to find Beach parking in the parking garage.

The check in process was super easy and the house looked just like the pictures. We had a great time and would stay here again!

We visited March 5-11th. Everything as described except that only one pool at resort heated and swim up bar not open until March 17th, which would have not been a big deal except weather didn’t cooperate for us nicest day was 74 degrees but very windy

We had a great time on the property. We just felt it was a little below standard as far as cleanliness. But the amenities were wonderful. We were there to visit our mother and it was comfortable to bring her over to the house. We would definitely book again.

Perfectly located around a lot of attractions. The home offers everything for your stay and is set up to perfection. Lots of space, easily sleeps 10 and was very comfortable.

I have rented at this property before. Our 1st time renting a house. A good overall experience and will rent again. Was celebrating my wife’s retirement and Christmas all in one. The property was as described and beautifully decorated. My only suggestions would be to get the rugs and some of the furniture cleaned as a result of usage / wear & tear and remove the cobwebs on the front & rear porches.

House was just as advertised. We love NBP and enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, all communications were great and check out just as easy. Home is beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

Other than having only 1 person in the party where the others were over 50 allowed to check in AND having a 2 hour window in the middle of the day on Saturday when I had to go to the office to sign that I received the welcome pckt or be charged an extra $100. Our stay was wonderful.

My family had an amazing time at this house! My kids didn’t want to leave at the end of the week. We were only a 5 minute walk from the beach but still had the option to use the complimentary shuttle if the kids were too tired to walk back after so much fun in the sand. The house was clean and had a lot of room for everyone to go their separate ways if needed. We are definitely planning on renting this house again!

The pictures ARE exactly what you walk into! The check in process was seamless and SO friendly. Communication with everyone was effortless. The house was VERY clean. My family and I were extremely happy! We used two of the free attractions included. Everything was amazing! Thank you soooooo much, we will def use again!

The check in process was fine. They said the cleaning crew had released the property. The house was in a great location and visually stunning upon arrival. After further inspection we found the property had not been cleaned with the fridge dirty and other people’s things in the fridge. The garbage can was foul and garbage in the bottom.The whole house was in dire need of a deep cleaning. The bathroom rugs were so dirty they crunched. All bathrooms had not been cleaned, furniture and rugs everywhere heavily stained. There was a long list of things that needed fixed and cleaned. The property manager was very accommodating and fixed everything and was very nice, even said they could work on giving us our money back. This was impossible after a 12 hour drive with kids. Not a good way to start a vacation.

The house was gorgeous. Close walk to the beach and pools. We loved everything about it!

My family came to North Myrtle Beach to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. I rented for the week and our family was all in attendance. Everyone was very happy with the location, accommodations & amenities. The gas shortage put a damper on things for a couple days, so we were lucky to have such a nice place to stay. Would definitely rent this place again!

We had a wonderful visit at this lovely home. It was our first visit to North Myrtle Beach and it was so convenient to everything - mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, the BEACH and pools, and so much more. The house was ample space for a family of 6 (including 3 generations) and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the short walk to the beach every day. We would stay here again!

Property was as described, neat & clean. We had plenty of room for my mother and two teenage aged kids. Would definitely return to the area and the same location.

Although the house was perfect and beautiful, we did not have a comfortable feel about its cleanliness. The area rugs were beautiful but felt a bit nasty as if they needed cleaning. The check in process was a nightmare. We were not giving any instructions on where and how to check in. The office to pick up the keys was not on the premises and we were not told this in advance. Since I had stayed at North Beach Plantation before I went there. They were very curt and short with information and the information they gave was incorrect so we had to travel back to them a second time to try to find out where the check in office for this home was. This process took close to an hour just to find out where the keys were. After all this "drama" and we got into the home, we loved the home with the exception we felt the home was a little uncleaned and the very nice area rugs seemed a bit soiled. We were 3 couples and we did enjoy the home and the experience of staying there.

This location is within walking distance of the beach. The dwelling is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was spacious, it easily accommodated my family of 10 perfectly. Each room had its own private bathroom. Plus a half bathroom near the great room. The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable. This is my second time renting with iTrp and both locations were simply amazing. I plan to continue renting from them because they always exceed my expectations..

With a little mix up with the keys to start, and not getting check in email we had an amazing time. The maintenance guy Rob was able to help. House was clean and the neighborhood nice. Right across from barefoot landing. We would stay here again.

One of the better places we've stayed at in NMB. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of room in the common area. Highly recommend and will stay here again. A very little thing, but there weren't any hangers. If that's all we can complain about a place on vacation, I think this place gets it right.

We had a group of family meet up at the beach. We drove from Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. We rented a total of 3 houses. We had a couple of minor issues that were handled immediately. Everyone enjoyed there stay and wanted to stay longer. We have rented for 5 years and will continue to do so. We have not been disappointed yet. Thank you for providing a nice clean home to stay in.

Banyon 461 is a beautiful beach house. It is spacious and so well maintained. We fell in love the moment we entered the house. It's only a 5 minute walk to the pools and the beach. North Beach Plantation is a large resort area and it is beautiful. The pool area is large and clean. The only con is between the families staying at the Towers and the families at the beach houses, the pools can get very very crowded. Other than that, we had an awesome time and would stay at the house again for sure.
