Excellent apartment, quite Tardis-like: looks small from the outside, but inside it just keeps on going. Very spacious and well-decorated and maintained. Location is convenient for the castle and a whole range of shops. Street parking was easy immediately outside. I'd happily stay here again when visiting Belfast.

The listing says there is "private parking", but there is only street parking. There was no problem with it, but the listing should be accurate. The neighbourhood is convenient, but the house backs onto some rather run-down housing, so it's the kind of place that is safe, but I wouldn't leave anything valuable on display in the car.

We where all in love with the tramway house. It is stunning and an amazing place to stay. The African themed living room was breathtaking and so nice a room full of wonder but all very cozy. The beach themes in the bedroom and bathroom was cool. The shower was nice and the fact a dark towel was left for the ladies who needed it after taking make up off was a great added touch. The owner is a lovely, kind lady who made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back and can’t wait.

It was great stay unfortunately just one night.Whole apartment is big,clean and very modern.The location of the apartment was excellent and so close to the Harbour and in walking distance to everything!!!

Clean and warm. Everything you need is there. Attention to detail is fantastic. For kids, Mc Donalds and cinema literally across the road. Kids loved it. Cant praise it enough. 15 mins from Titanic Belfast. No downside. Parking outside the door. Will be back without a doubt.

The Tramway House is a really beautiful apartment. Extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. And owner is a very lovely lady. We will definately book again in the future.

we arrived early due to some of the party getting the ferry over the owners helped us straight on first thing in the morning, also helped us accommodate for a family member who was disabled. we had a lovely time here the apartment was amazing beautiful and very clean. I would personally like to thank the owners for every bit of help they did whilst we was there. would highly recommend.

I really liked the decor of the house, we had the entire apartment to ourselves and it definitely exceeded our expectations. the rooms were perfect, big comfortable beds, fans in each room along with TV's. the Fully functioning kitchen was also a big plus, the bathroom was excellent also. Erica was a great host and location was excellent, right beside the train and bus station as well as shops and mcdonalds.

Beautiful house and well-maintained. The Tramway House exceeded my expectations and its location is ideal. The host has created a lovely atmosphere and the little gestures were really appreciated.

Maybe some small lights in the living room would be good. Lots of great CDs, DVDs and vinyl there, but nothing to play them on!

EVERYTHING. Erica and Hector are brilliant hosts. They make you feel so welcome. The house is absolutely amazing with everything you need. It's in a great location and close to everything and brilliant for couples and families. Can't wait to get back.
