I will rent this house again! The view is amazing! I like that it had 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, so each couple had their own bathroom. There are a lot of stairs, but was worth the view in my opinion. The only suggestion that I would have is to put something on the stairs to make them less slippery.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the treehouse. Everthing was as expected from the posting. Lots of stairs but the view of the ocean and sunset was well worth the climb. (Tip) Dont pack heavy luggage! Close to the beach and costal attractions. Our family had a great time and we would definitely return!

The view is spectacular. The stair climb is for real. They need TV access and the electrical wiring was weird. Some of the plug ins didn't work and our crock pot kept popping the circuit. Other than that, we had a great time.

Once you haul you luggage up 3-4 flights of steep stairs (not mentioned in listing)you will see the beautiful and clean interior of the home. Although we were there to enjoy the beach, when it came to unwind at night with the family we found that the TV was antiquated and wouldn't play streaming services without pausing frequently. That was with the TV connected to either local Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot from my phone. After a day of getting rained on, we expected that we would be able to dry our clothes in the dryer but found out after 2 cycles that it was out of order. Lastly, while trying to spot whales offshore from the house, we couldn't find the binaculars anywhere that were said to be provided in the listing. Other than that it was great to be able to watch the waves roll in from the living room or balcony.

It looks good in the ad! But not in person. Let's start with the stairs. They are in need of repair (and there is a lot of stairs) and they are VERY slippery when it rains, which happens quite frequently in Oregon. The property is 'ok', and somewhat maintained. Some of the outlets didn't work and if you are planning on watching football, forget it. Had to call maintenance to get the TV just to pull up Netflix. The property is high enough for a good view, IF the windows were clean. Unfortunately, there is a thick film making it impossible to actually SEE the ocean unless you stand on one of the two rickety decks. When we reached out to the management company, it took three days to respond and were told that the windows were fine and that the TV only has Netflix. Ok, they lost our business. Definitely would not stay here again and since we do these friend and family trips quite often, we will make sure and not go through Meredith Lodging ever again.

Lovely amazing property, very fun space. Loved all the bathrooms and the view. Just a note… Some kind of black out blinds would make sleeping here much more comfortable. Lights from the hotel below and the neighbors shine straight in and the blinds you have are almost transparent.

Very nice property. Great view, well kept. I only wish the windows were cleaner because they were obstructing the view a little, but with the property’s location and design it is understandably hard to do so.

At first the stairs into the house are overwhelming. There at 60-62 stairs up to the door for this house. I wish that was disclosed a little better that, this is the only way to access the house. When one climbs the stairs and sees the beautiful home and a priceless ocean view, the aching legs from the stair climb disappears. It easily slept all of my family! We loved it!

Gorgeous views - worth the 62 steps. Quick walk to beach, house easily accommodated 8 of us, new, comfy sofa bed in LR. Very roomy LR/DR area to hang out & enjoy the view. No blackout curtains in the BRs, so you may want eye masks if you are sensitive to morning light.

House was clean with everything we needed. There’s quite a few stairs to the front door but the view was worth it. The beach was also a short walk away.

This house was really comfortable for our party of 6. The panoramic views can’t be beat, with less than a block to walk to the sand. Beware, there are SIXTY-TWO steps from the driveway to the front door, so you will have to work for those views!

Really enjoyed the property. We knew it going in so no complaints, but be prepared to get a work out with the stairs.

The access to the property is the only downside, it was very intimidating to climb 62 steps each time in and out. It was also a bit disconcerting to have the house sway in the wind------Other than that it was a perfect retreat for our family, we had a grand time.

The stairs are a killer, but this home has one of the best views around. Easy beach access. Well stocked kitchen. The home is super quiet. Ample room for your family to spread out. Better layout for older children and adults than young children. Some of the stairs and decking will need replaced soon, but still safe. One of the hide-a-beds was broken. We did get all 3 cars to fit in the driveway, but it's tight! Very clean. If you're looking for modern luxury then this home is not for you. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, unique home with gorgeous views and easy beach access to accommodate a large family, then this would be the perfect home to rent.

After climbing the staircase, we were greeted by this comfortable home and amazing ocean views.

Definitely not handicap accessible. I don’t think I realized how many stairs it would take to get to the house. The beach is just across the street. The house is fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, all of the dishes you could possibly need including 4 waffle makers. It’s a beautiful view in the morning while drinking your coffee.

Great house in a great location. Close to the beach and casino. We will be back!

The Oregon coast can be tricky in the winter because of the weather. We chose this spot because the views looked amazing, so we could at least enjoy a stormy ocean scene from inside. This spot did not disappoint. Well maintained with exceptional views from everywhere in the home. A+. Beach access just a block away.

We so enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the mass amount of stairs. But the views were amazing once you got up to the house.

Property was beautifully maintained and offered amazing views of the Ocean. As noted in other reviews, there are quite a few steps to reach the house. Once we got all of our stuff up the stairs initially, the stairs weren’t much of a problem. Propety management company was responsive when we had an issue with a smoke detector which was greatly appreciated.

Gorgeous views! The pictures do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. The stairs were a lot for unloading, but after that, it wasn't bad at all. The house size was perfect for 4 adults and 1 toddler. It felt very spacious and safe. We weren't able to access cable, so if you go during football season, you might want to make sure you have plans for watching the game. Would stay here again!

Staying at the beach treehouse is truly a unique experience. It provided plenty of space to relax and take in all the views of God’s amazing creation. We are so thankful for the opportunity to spend a little time at this wonderful house as a family.

This property had an excellent view of the ocean just like described. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc. for us to cook for 7 people. Good selection of games too to entertain ourselves. Overall, an amazing stay!

Staying in this house allowed us to have views and the sound of the ocean, even when we weren’t on the beach! The house had everything we needed for cooking, playing games and just hanging out. Would recommend it!
