Beautiful place. Awesome location. Had a great view of the ocean right out front windows.

This condo has an amazing view, very well furnished, roomy for two, we loved it.

Condo was very clean, easy check in. Exactly as advertised. Perfect view and location.

The place had an amazing view, was pristine, had basic stuff, etc (needs sugar). However, 1) we couldn’t get in! There was no lockbox and even after calling, they gave us the wrong location and didn’t know where the lockbox was. My husband found it — on another floor next to the elevator, not the laundry. 2) we didn’t have a way to access the gate to get in so one of us had to get out of the car and enter the code while the driver drove in. 3) bizarrest: we couldn’t get out! The was a locked door, but no keypad. We caught people or tailgated :-) However, our stay was great. Being right on the beach with huge windows was great! You could walk down a block and find a great little breakfast/lunch place and some boutiques and so on. One suggestion: you need a guide to the area.

Horrible! Opened the door and a horrendous odor was smelled immediately. Opened the windows and doors. Musty, wet dog, mildew smells covered up with chemical freshener. Awful! ! called Vrbo and was told there was nothing to be done bc managers had gone home for the evening. Assured me I’d get a call the next day. here we are 2.5 days later and I never heard a thing. I’ve requested a full refund.

Property was in an excellent location!

My mom, who is 91 was not able to walk to the beach because of the steep road but she still loved staying there. The view is amazing and having local places to eat from was an added plus. Pacific Kitchen has the best Rockfish Tacos ever.

We loved being on the beach at Nye Beach. Could walk to ice cream shops and restaurants.

The location and view are great. Really enjoyed Nye Beach. Had everything you needed without the business of Newport. The condo was really well appointed and very clean. Would go back again.

Love the view! Several comfy places to sit and meditate on the waves. The patio is nice too and has clean glass so your view isn’t clouded by salt spray that we’ve experienced at other beach rentals. Kitchen is stocked fairly well and having two bathrooms is nice. So many shops and restaurants are I walking distance too. Our only complaint is that there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet they had in its place was too short to tuck in so it kept sliding around and the mattress cover kept coming off during the night.

Perfect location. Coming from out of state you never really know until you arrive. I was more than impressed. It was walking distance to the beautiful Oregon Coast beach, from restaurants and shopping. And within driving distance to many attractions. One of my favorites was the shopping by the harbor. I accidentally found it searching for where to see sea lions. It should be added to the list of what not to miss. And the condo was clean, well designed and the view was even better than the picture.

Overall we had a good experience and time. We did have some issues with tenants on the floor above us stomping and running on the floor starting at 1230 the first night and resuming in the afternoon the next day. I did call the the company to complain about the situation. Not sure that they did anything but thankfully the tenants left the next day. One minor frustration was that there were no clothes hangers in the unit.

Easy check in, when we arrived the parking space was occupied, I called the management company and was immediately handled.

Great place, excellent location. A couple issues with a plugged drain and dishwasher leaking but the contact person had them dealt with immediately. Amazing view of ocean!

Close to a lot of cool shops and the view was spectacular.

Great location, clean place. However, it could use an update (for instance the shower heads are only high enough for someone about 5'-6" or shorter)

Great location quick access to the beach with excellent local restaurants, shops and panoramic view of the ocean through bay windows! We also enjoyed staying in a bit, preparing a few meals and enjoying TV, internet access and a few puzzles. Great trip!

We came with my sister & elderly mom. The elevator to 2nd floor made all the difference. Older property but unit has been nicely updated. Fully equipped & was nice to see lots of extra blankets for beds & staying cozy. Loved this place!

It is a beautiful area and I enjoyed my stay… a comfortable condo with lots of positives! My only recommendation would be to wash or replace the carpet.

Great location and views. A little dated but the balcony overlooking the ocean makes up for it. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. GREAT WEEKEND!

This condo was spacious and had a fabulous view! Was walking distance from several restaurants and very close to beach access. The place itself is a bit dated, but was clean and worked great for my 12 yo and me for a baseball weekend. Would stay here again.

Wonderful condo, perfect location! Fully expected cool foggy weather and was not disappointed, walked on the wonderful beach and Downtown anyway! Had a bit of trouble locking the front door, so we used the bedroom door. Getting into and relocking the key hide was a bit of a challenge. Also must apologize for not starting the dishwasher - we remembered half way back to Portland. Would definitely stay again!

What a great area to stay. Walking distance to good food and drink and the beach. Bring a fit bit. You will easily get 10k steps in a day.

The location and view from this properly is fantastic. Great beach views and quick easy walking access to the beach and restaurants and shops. Over all the actual condo was ok, the kitchen is adequately stocked. Every bit of furniture, bedding, and furnishing in the condo seems like it’s was the cheapest available version 30 years ago. The couch was just plain gross, it’s dingy and yellowed for age an wear and the cushions are threadbare and have holes. If you do stay here bring additional bedding. The stuff at the condo is minimal and the 4 pillows total for the place are tiny. Also bring an air mattress or two, the bed and the pull out couch are extremely uncomfortable. The management company and condo manager were super helpful and check in was easy. I’m sure the other units in this place a totally different and these issues have more to do with the condo owner than rental company. If your looking at staying here I would say if you don’t mind living in a goodwill living room display from the 90s and being wildly uncomfortable when you sleep go for it the view and location can’t be beat. But for almost 700 bucks for 3 nights you can spend the same money and get a better value.

We enjoyed our stay in Newport and found this condo to be a perfect fit for our family. We were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean, walk to the cute shops in town without getting in the car, and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic with two teens. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Pros are that it is a great location, clean place, and easy to communicate with the manager. Cons are that shower heads are pretty short and if you are 6 ft tall, you will need to lean down a lot which is difficult. It'd be nice to have some updated furniture and a larger bed in the room.
