Big. Spacious. Great location. Clean.

Property was located with direct public access to the beach. The property was great with four large bedrooms each with its own shower. The only thing I will say is we attempted to use some of the electronics like the speaker for music and it was broken. Other than that great place for a family to get away.

Harbor Sand is great for many reasons, mostly because of its location which is across the street from the beach. The four master suites allowed for multiple families and there was no fighting over bathrooms. We did have a few complaints though, the furniture is not in great shape (many of the chairs were broken in some way), there are TVs in all rooms, but no cable or satellite, the WiFi service is terrible, the water heater could not accommodate 8 10-minute showers, kitchen supplies are lacking, and there are small rugs all over the downstairs carpet that are rolled on the edges and a tripping hazard. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would probably stay there again.

The plastic floormats and rugs were a little off putting. They ask you to not wear shoes so it seems a little overkill to have the plastic office mats in there.

They are everywhere and are a terrible hazard for anyone walking. We all tripped multiple times so I don't recommend this for anyone who isn't healthy enough to withstand a fall. Couches were very broken in. Beds were great though, rooms need curtains to block all the sunlight. Will not stay here again but enjoyed Lincoln City and the location of this place.
