It was a beautiful view and wonderful weather. I was disappointed when the sink started leaking and we could not use the kitchen sink. We could not cook and had to leave and eat out. It was an inconvenience because we had plans to cook. The bathroom sink backed up downstairs could not use that. We called management and the maintenance crew never came. I am not happy about that. If they had come we could have enjoyed the nice dinner we had plan for my 70th birthday.

Perfect location. Smelled smoky from the fireplace, but otherwise a good stay.

The ocean view was the best part of this place but it couldn’t make up for the dirty carpet and dilapidated furniture. A broken loveseat, broken vacuum, moldy shower, and mildew smelling ground floor. This place needs an overhaul and was absolutely not worth what we paid. We won’t be back.

All about the location. Property itself is run down on the inside. For what they charge they should do massive updating. The updating that has been done is very poor quality. Quite disappointing.

Location and views excellent. Place was relatively clean except for some mold around shower and tub. Kitchen modern and fairly well equipped. Furniture was shabby and ill suited. Could use an upgrade. This place would be so much better with different furnishings. Manzanita was quaint. Many businesses were closed during our stay (Sun-Tues) Beach at low tide was perfect for long beach walks.

This place is in a great spot and we totally enjoyed our stay. Right across Ocean Drive is the beach, so the view is to die for. It was perfectly clean and neat on arrival. Mishmash, nothing fancy decor befitting a beach place. Comfortable places to sit and take in the view. Lots of windows and doors to take in the surf sounds. Big dining table with room for 8, and table for 4 outside (we had a memorable sunset bbq out there. Only real drawback is it smells smoky. If you use the fireplace you will understand. There was a ton of greenish split firewood in the garage, and an ax, and it's the beach, so of course you want a fire. There is a unique and cool metal open firebox that unfortunately tends to smoke quite a bit. We burned a fire every night anyway. Splitting the wood smaller helps with smoking. There are lots of doors and windows you can open, best combination probably depends on wind direction. If someone in your group is really sensitive to wood smoke smells then don't book this place.

This property is outstanding the ability to relax and stare out at the ocean from the comfort of the living room, or the balconies or the bed makes it a must stay rental! Beds were outstanding and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and beautifully remodeled. The only complaint on a hot summer day the upstairs of the home does get very hot. Second time here will continue to return God willing thank you Meredith lodging!

Enjoyed our time in Oregon. Beautiful long beach for extended walks. Would recommend.

A great location, watch the ocean waves from almost every room in the house. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and an easy walk to the beach. We loved the wood fireplace on a cool spring evening. Parking is tight, only medium to small cars fit in the garage and the driveway is shared with the adjoining duplex. It is a great place for large family gatherings with the option to connect the two sides of the duplex. All in all a fantastic spot.

We couldn't have asked for better access to both the beach and the town. The fireplace was awesome for our rainy visit, the kitchen was well-stocked and the living area was especially comfortable.

This was a cozy home in an excellent location - blocks from the main street with coffee and restaurants, and nearly beach front (simply walked across the street to the ocean). Big windows across the front of the house gave gorgeous views, even during a storm. The wood burning fire place kept it cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

This location could not be any closer to the beach, the house is spacious and clean. There are plenty of amenities included that make the stay very comfortable. They have beach chairs and plenty of other fun beach items. I would recommend this location to anyone and will certainly be looking to rent it in the future. Also Manzanita is an amazing town, highly recommend Mighty Thai.

The location for this property is amazing. The beach is right across the street, and the main strip of the town is about 3 blocks away. Home is a bit run down. Furniture, bedding, and kitchen appliances are old and outdated. This is a duplex, and you can hear people in the other unit through the walls.

Located across the street from the Beach! WOW view! Cozy and convenient location from Seaside to Garibaldi. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great location, right across the street from beach access. Great views, we saw whales and a bat. Unfortunately, the owners of this building don't seem to care about the furnishings. Your butt will fall through the dining chairs, the sofas have seen better days, err decades, the mattresses have metal springs in them that squeak and poke a bit. Downstairs bath/shower door is a serious hazard. Same shower head as we had in my house growing up -circa 1970!

Property was great and you can’t beat the location! The kitchen was well stocked and the views from the balcony were all we could hope for. It was an easy walk for coffee in the morning and to MacGregor’s for a cocktail in the evening. We would definitely stay again.

great small town feel!

Amazing location right across from beautiful Manzanita Beach! So convenient! Very close to town too, easy walk! Our only complaint is the beds in the downstairs bedrooms are not comfortable and seem old.

Right across the street from the beach. Just a couple blocks from town. Beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed. A few disrepairs that need tending to, but clean and comfortable.

Friends, this place has potential!

The property is nice, but needs updating. The coffee table is about to fall over. I put it in the corner so we wouldn't bump into it, as I'm sure that could have broken the legs off. There are no shades in the bedrooms, which makes an early morning wake-up a sure thing.....bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. Access to the beach is great, as is the view to it. The management company was great, and came by to dump the full trash within 15 minutes of calling them

This location was awesome and the view was incredible. It did not feel clean though. I guess you have to expect this when booking a place on the beach that allows dogs. I think it would really help if they replaced their couch cushions and pillows and did some upgrades. For the price for 2 nights I think I was expecting it to be a little bit nicer. My family and I still had a great time and thank you for being great hosts.

Our family just walked across the road to the beach. The kids found plenty of sand dollars. The bonus was when the kids had to use the restroom we just walked back to the house. Super handy hen you have little ones.

Stayed with 9 friends who all met here fir a 3 day break. It was perfect! It is righr across the street from the ocean and only a few blocks from a few shops, resturants and a grocery store. We rented both sides of the building and there was an ajoining door between the 2 condominiums. We used both kitchens and had to share some cooking pans but it was easy and enjoyable to cook most if our own meals. Would recomend this to anyone who wants to explore the beautiful Oregon Coast

This house was fine for what I needed. Lovely views, house seemed clean. My family didn’t think the downstairs beds were very comfortable, but I slept fine. Also, note that this unit has a door in the dining room that connects it to the unit next door. At one point during my stay, someone opened the connecting door and nearly came into our side. There wasn’t any way to lock the door on my side, that I could see, so we put a chair and stacked coolers in front of the door. I didn’t feel unsafe, but it was a bit disturbing that someone could just walk into our side of the house.

My husband and I enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the house was clean and had more than enough space. We had fun walking to the small downtown area as well as through the quiet neighborhood. Spectacular views of the weather rolling in and out. We built a fire on the beach and enjoyed the fireplace in the house as well. Great weekend getaway. Property management company folks were kind enough to just tell us the WiFi password rather than making us set up an account in the “contactless” home info app. Thought that was a bit too much hoop-jumping for info that could easily be posted on the fridge.
