We would stay there again! Short walk to the beach and the house was very nicely decorated and nicely appointed kitchen. I had difficulty using the code to lock up using the directions inside the house so I used the assigned code instead.

Our overall impression was positive, however, there was only one full bathroom, the place is a big dark and the micro didn't work. It was great distance to the beach, lovely walking area around the home and fun area to be in. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little place.

Location is perfect for the beach and the Main Street. Kitchen has what you need- the cottage is a bit run down and the furniture (comfort) could use an upgrade.

This house is fairly basic “rental property” in terms of its furniture and amenities, but it fit the bill for our family perfectly! It has very comfortable beds, plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels, plenty of plates and utensils, abundant hot water, and a nice washer and dryer. There is an entire closet full of toys and games, which delighted my 3-year-old to no end. It’s an easy 3 minute walk to the beach (and that’s with tiny 3-year-old steps), 3 minute walk to shops and restaurants, and right across the street from the park! Quiet street with quiet neighbors and plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion (admittedly a small one) is to put a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Great location - and very close to beach. A quick walk and a kitchen fully stocked with what you need for a pleasant stay.

House was clean. Kitchen and dining area were great. Offered numerous cds and living room was comfortable as were the beds. Fantastically close to the beach and walking distance to town. Will definitely stay here again!

I hate leaving a below average review! But while this house is cute on the outside, but desperate for updates. The furniture is from the 90’s and it shows. The tv stand and odd shelf next to take up the room that could otherwise be space for additional seating and the layout of the room is just awful. Throughout the house are awkward bookshelves and clumsy nightstands that serve little purpose. The sofa and only chair are flat and uncomfortable. The sofa has sunken so deep, your legs rest against the bar at the front of it. Not only is the furniture uncomfortable, there just isn’t much of it. The beds are fine. The master has an overwhelming amount of storage that just gets in the way. Worst, there are squirrels in the ceiling. They kept us awake two of our three nights there. When we called, the service team apologized, said they notified maintenance, but otherwise did nothing. (It would have been appropriate to offer a small refund for the inconvenience and disruption). The kitchen is large and more than appropriate and the dining space is fine. The kitchen could use some more dishes… it seems many must have broken over time and we’re replaced by other incomplete sets. I love the location and wished this was a more comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This house looked great in the pictures and the location was perfect. The back bedroom and the bathroom both had a pretty strong mildew smell, the window sills had mold on them, and the washing machine had sand in it so we couldn’t use it. The living room furniture was also very broke down and uncomfortable. I would stay here again only if these things were taken care of. The property was clean aside from the mold in the window sills.

Nice cottage near ocean and playground. Kitchen well stocked. Property management was terrible. Didn't follow through with requests for the right amount of towels and house readiness was delayed past 6pm.

We had a great ladies weekend at this cute house! The house was very clean, would just suggest some new towels or something as some of the bath towels were quite musty. A hair dryer would be a wonderful addition as well. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. Lots and lots of games and movies too, which was great because it was a rainy weekend. We made it for a few beach walks though, access is only a block and a half from the house. We also walked to town, perfect location for quiet but super close to everything you would want/need as well! Thank you!

Great home well stocked kitchen, with dishes etc. Nice location close to the beach, and the main street. Would have liked to have had more towels for a family of 5, and the beds probably need an update. Would stay here again since the kids all wanted to say goodbye to the house before we left!

The place was impeccably clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location was advertised as four blocks from downtown but these are very long blocks. Two safety issues are the front steps have no handrailing and the tub shower has no grab bars. We are elderly and concerned about the falling potential of these deficiencies. The house has a six-digit code entry, which was concealed by the outer door, requiring me to call customer support, who treated me in a condescending manner. Adding to the confusion, there are two four-digit lock boxes on the front porch. It took me 20 minutes to gain entry

This house was perfect for our family of 5. We were not 'home' much during our stay, but found the home clean and very nicely located a short walk to the 'main street' shops, beach, and across from a city park with a nice playground, tennis, and pickleball courts. There are numerous games, books, DVDs and 4 or 5 modern tennis rackets. The kitchen was well equipped and had a few basic spices. The managers were responsive and we found new box fans awaiting our arrival during a heatwave. Luckily the weather cooled the first night and open windows were perfect the rest of the week. The two larger beds are memory foam-style mattresses, which we found comfortable. We would have happily stayed here the rest of the summer and would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was fully stocked and the location was wonderful. Super clean and plenty of cleaning suððlies. Our only complaint was a lack of washclothes, but that is easily remedied.

Had a wonderful time at the house, which had a perfect location on a quiet street just a three-minute walk (I timed it!) from the beach. The woods and park up the street made the stay extra peaceful, and it was a close walk to town. I would've given this a five-star rating, but the bed upstairs was extremely uncomfortable, making for some difficult nights. Add a new mattress or a pillowtop to the upstairs and this could potentially become a place we book again and again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped - more than most rental places. One of the queen beds has a ton of light and is great for listening the rain, but the other has a more comfortable mattress - but that's the only trade-off we ran into while staying here. The street is quiet with lots of pedestrian traffic and very little car traffic.

Good property, great area. super quick walk to the beach and all downtown shops/attractions. Rated 4 stars because the house made this strange vibrating noise every 5-10 minutes and it made it pretty difficult to sleep. Also, there was no extra cupboard space to put food, however there was tons of counter space so we could make it work. All in all this house had practically everything and is really great for families.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and very neat and orderly home. Loved the windows and skylight. It was easy to find things in the home and the kitchen had all the utensils and pots that we needed. The couch could have been a bit more comfortable for kicking back and watching a show but the queen bed downstairs was wonderful. The best part of this place was how close a walk it was to the beach! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This property is located perfectly on an end road with amazing access to the beach. My family and I especially appreciated how quiet and private this condo felt as well as how BIG the kitchen was. The bedroom loft upstairs was perfect with a second bathroom and the rooms were decorated so cute. Definitely will stay here again.

The bedroom setup is great for a family of 4 or more. The beach is really just a quick walk down the street, as is downtown stores and restaurants. Thanks for a fun weekend!
