Location was amazing - direct sea view from the terrasse, we will for sure come back! this is such a nice experience to stay at :-)

Location was nice. Boat was in an excellent shape. Everything worked out fine. WiFi was included. Reception was available until 8pm every day. Laundry service was also available. Harbor wasnt that busy. Overall noise level was very OK. Parking right in front of the boat was always available. Small park in front was nice for playing outdoor games.

Walls of the boat are relatively thin, so its easy to catch external noise. Water quality inside the harbor bay varied by the day...it can get quite hot over the course of the day.

The floating house was totally equipped (toilet paper, dishsoap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc.) The owner was super helpful every time when we called her. Watching the sea at sunset from the jacuzzi is a nice memory.

The wifi didn't work when we arrived, but after restarting the modem, it was ok, but rather slow, at least for a teeneger.

An exceptional experience. The floating boat was close to the sea, it was very calm and had a very nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the sheets had stains, but this didn’t affect our stay in anyway.

I liked everything.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that TV didn’t work.

Our stay in the floating sea house was a very bad expirence! It started with a technical problem with the jaquzi which was the main attraction on the sea house. For hours we asked the owner to fix the problem until late at night a technition showed up and could not fix it. The technition that showed up at the morning also could not fix it but we were charged fully for the jaquzi. There is a specific way to lock the main door but since ther is no service on site we could not ask for gidence and had to leave one member of the family to look after our belongings. Bad long distance service, undiscent charge for an unplesent stay. Choose another provider.

This is a must try if in Portorose. The accomodation is easy accessible by car (even if you are with 2 cars) and the car parking is next to the house. The sea house is amazing, with the roof jacuzzi that has a breathtaking view. The interior is modern and new and the rooms are very clean. I reccomend it to everyone that want to experience the marine life in a different way. It is exceptional.
