The location of this place has all the shopping and dining in Moab at the tips of your fingers! The place itself is beautiful and quiet! We absolutely loved our stay here! We used the bikes, hot tub and hammock! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location and yard was great for our family. Easy walk to the park/pool and the yard was great for grilling and enjoying the weather

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and comfortable. There was room for us to stretch out and use as a central starting point for trips into town, Arches and Canyonland Parks.

Great spot for a short family getaway. Separate room for the kids and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was great and the rec center also a hit. Short walk to downtown. No complaints.

The condo was clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and shops - even with two kids. The property was well kept and we made use of the hot tub each day! We will stay here again!

I really cannot say enough about how "cool" this place is for a lack of a better term, and how unbelievable clean it was upon arrival! We travelled to Moab with Teens for a High School bike races and additional mtn biking after. The town was a straight ZOO! Lots of energy, but too many people. This property sits 1+ block off the mayhem, AND great shopping and restaurants, of Main St, but we felt like we could have been miles into the country! Becky the manager was super responsive to solve a small issues and reached out to ask there were any issues with neighbors, etc. The grass area is massive and perfect for your bare feet after a long day on the bike, ATV or river rafting. Will be returning with a group in 2022!

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Moab. Close to downtown and the main highway through town. Neighborhood was quiet as indicated. Rental is cute and as advertised. Host quickly responded to questions. Rental was clean and comfortable. Rental does have Wifi but it seemed a bit spotty. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family (with 3 children) when visiting Moab and everything was very comfortable and well arranged. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and access to amenities in the yard. The contactless check-in process was very straight-forward, and we were able to decompress right away. The beds were comfortable, and linens were very nice. The house, while small, was arranged very efficiently so we didn’t feel cramped at all. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, including space to keep our groceries. Being just off the main street of Moab, everything we wanted to do was walkable from the house: restaurants, food trucks, and souvenir shopping. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

The good...cute place, lovely yard, nice interior. Perfect for two adults and two kids. Would definitely stay again! The bad...need blackout curtains, better Wi-Fi and the two large shade trees have been cut down.

Property was great! Quiet within walking distance of downtown and/or guiding services. Kitchen and bath are a little small, but not too small that they didn’t have everything we needed. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay when we return!

The place was perfect for my friend and I. The bedroom with the twin beds would have been pretty cramped if there had been another person there, but overall it was ideal for the two of us.

We are a family of four and this unit was perfect for us. The condo is just minutes walking distance to Main Street but tucked back a block so very quiet at night. The backyard was enjoyed immensely by our kids as well as us parents. We walked each morning to breakfast and coffee and the kids could safely ride their bikes along the nearby sidewalk to the park a block away and to the pump track a few blocks away. We would book again! Thanks for a great stay.

Nice place with a good location.

Desert Gardens is in an ideal location in Moab, close to the Main street, bike path, and a park with a playground. Very walk-able, even for a 5 year-old. The place is very clean and comfortable. We all slept great in the beds. The yard is fantastic with a hammock and hot tub. Know that there are cruiser bikes available if you don't plan on doing major biking, but want to get around town. Bring your own salt and pepper (the only thing that was a little different from other rentals we have stayed in- there was no leftover stuff of any kind from previous guests- not a ding, just an fyi). Also, cleaning staff was very kind when my kid had a nose bleed issue. We would easily stay here again, and look forward to doing so!! A+!!

This was the perfect location, just one block from the main street, but close enough to walk to all the good restaurants and shops. It was nice and quiet. Spa and outdoor area was spacious. Had 2 meals outside and it was great. Would stay again.

We were four mom's on a mountain bike holiday. This apt was great. We could easily walk to main street. Apartment is cozy and fun. The hot tub was fabulous and the fenced yard very relaxing. We hope to return with our families.

Just left an idyllic cottage right near downtown Moab. So close, yet amazingly quiet and peaceful. The garden is delightful and feels lush & cool, despite high temps. The house itself felt cozy but not cramped. The AC ran just right and kept us cool. Beds were super comfy. Just perfect.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything in town, yet felt worlds apart once on the cool green lawn. So relaxing with the hammock— it was my favorite spot! The house was wonderfully decorated, simple and clean, and the air conditioner worked really well! Would love to return.

Nice place to stay for 2-4 people. Location is great, a block off the main road in Moab let us walk everywhere in town. Nice amount of room in the unit - there was only two of us but with two bedrooms the unit can easily handle up to four people. Would stay there again when in town.

Perfect size for a small family. Near city park and Recreation Center with pool. Backyard space, while shared with others, is nice to have and chairs/tables/grill/hot tub are great. Moab is such a fun destination- this house provided a "home base" for our family's adventures and was clean and well stocked.

This was a good base for our activities. It was cramped for our family of six, however. We cooked all our meals there and it was a struggle too cook and serve in such a small kitchen. The kitchen table and chairs really need to be replaced. For those who eat out more or have only four people it may work out fine. The hot tub broke our first night which was a disappointment since it was cool fall weather. The owner called me right back, but since he was out of town we couldn't get it fixed. The yard was a fun distraction and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and stores. Spent two days at the very close recreation center and city park which is awesome.

We loved it! Nicely decorated and a perfect size. We enjoyed hanging in the lawn and the hot tub and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun just as much as the exploring and mountain biking. We've always camped in Moab so this was a luxurious retreat from the sun, wind & dirt! Would definitely book this spot on a return trip.
