We loved our stay! The host thought of every convenience and the property was very convenient to Red Rocks Amphitheater. I would very much recommend the property.

Came to the area to do some hiking with friends. The location was great as there a lots of places to explore. The house was lovely!! It worked out perfectly for our group, we had everything we needed, and Sherri was in contact to make sure we got settled in. Will definitely come back again!!

Comfortable beds. Good decor. Fruit and chocolates. Extras in the fridge (water, ketchup, etc.)

Great experience. The condo was just as listed and the location was just right for our needs. Our host was terrific and worked with us on check in time. The condo was very well equipped and our host was very generous with extras that she provided. We all enjoyed our stay at this property and absolutely recommend it to others.

This home was absolutely wonderful. All the pictures were completely accurate as shown. The house was very nicely stocked and several candy dishes. 😊 Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area.

Very clean and well furnished rustic 3 bedroom and 2 bath duplex. Great location for attending Red Rock Amphitheater. Lots of nice local restaurants within 20 minute drive. The condo already had coffee, and some drinks in fridge before we arrived along with a fruit basket. Very nice touch!

The house was very clean, layout was a little strange with one bath downstairs and one up but we loved it! Everything you need is there Thank you for a lovely visit

This place was great. It had everything you needed and then some. If Sherri did have in stock in the condo then they must not carry it in CO. Place was very comfortable. Landscaping was beautiful. If we are ever in the area again we will be reaching out trying to rent this place. Thanks Sherri for being such a great host!

Cozy clean with everything you'd ever need for a stay tons of kitchen su plies, towels ect beautiful gardens you don't normally see in the mountains. The owner is an absolute delight! She gave complete privacy but texted to make sure I was comfortable You cannot beat the value of this home. Forget hotels or 300 sq ft hotel suites. This is the best!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spent the weekend at Red Rocks and loved the space. Sherri was a great host, thoughtful and considerate! We would love to stay here again, the beds were so comfortable!

House was cozy and comfortable beds. The stairs a little hard to navigate for our teen as she had crutches due to motorcycle accident a few days before trip. But no stopping seeing Stevie, and house was so nice to come back to after the concert. Loved Kittredge!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this cozy air b&b. Not only did sherry have all the basics you would need for your stay, she had a wonderful bowl of fruit, an array of hot beverages but little bowls of candy tucked every where. Great location for red rock, evergreen and the Indian hot springs. She was available to assist at any time. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at this condo for a concert at Red Rocks. Super clean, charmingly decorated, and everything one needs for a homelike, relaxing stay. Beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and filled candy dishes were appreciated. Too many amenities to list! Sherri is a great host, and apparently a master gardener, as the outdoor area on the property was a delightful flower garden, which I enjoyed immensely! We’ll be back!

Sherri has equipped this condo with everything needed for a homelike, relaxing stay. The deck and patio are surrounded by an enchanting flower garden; perfect for enjoying the mountain air. Great location close to Red Rocks for you concert goers!

The condo was immaculate and comfortable, it was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need with toiletries, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, extra pillows, extra blankets, goodies, games, instruction book, wifi, fresh fruit, all condiments and spices, juices, waters and soft drinks, foil for the grill, all appliances, etc. Beautiful grounds in front and back, as well as pleasing decor with welcoming messages everywhere.Then, to top everything off, we watched three wild fox play in the deep grass at the house behind the condo during dusk on our last evening there, followed by a morning visit from a deer in the front yard.Sherri was the best! She responded immediately to any requests we had. We can't thank her enough for making our family get-together so special.
