2nd fl duplex was clean and had all we needed. Views of bay were amazing . A block walk to beach - crossing busy main road - house is in between 2 lights which made crossing manageable . Overall it met our needs to extend our stay but somewhat busy noisy road . Walkable to Daddios .

We really enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was lovely, clean and spacious. The deck views of the bay and sunset were awesome! The beach was such a short walk as well. It was the perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. A dock would have been preferable to enter the bay for us, but other than that we loved our stay!

We absolutely loved this house, especially the deck and the view of the beautiful bay and oh boy, the sunsets!You are literally sitting feet from the bay. We brought a kayak but there is a single one there, and rentals nearby. Great location to a deli (walking distance) and short drive to restaurants. Only one block to the beach! Perfect! The house inside is lovely and super clean and comfortable. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Just like home. Decor is beautiful and the large windows provide a wonderful view. Love the outdoor showers; nice and clean. Laundry room downstairs has many beach chairs, boogey boards and beach toys. Great washer and dryer. There are tall stairs outside to the upper floor (where we were) which may be an issue for some. We were okay with it, just something to know.. The owners are just super nice, kind and friendly, very responsive. I just cannot say enough about our week there. It was just awesome. I’d give it more than five stars if I could! Our family loved our week there.

This was a nice property, right on the bay. The house was clean and the owners were quick to respond to my texts. The only issue I had was in the description it said to bring your own sheets and towels, but nothing about bringing your own toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. That would have been a big help.

We come to LBI every summer and have rented in different areas. Brant Beach is our favorite! This home is located on LBI Boulevard on the bay side. Short walk to the beach if you don’t have little kids to cross the busy road. The bay view was spectacular and relaxing. We enjoyed peaceful rides in the kayak. Will definitely rent this property again!

Nice, clean, well kept duplex right on the bay. Wonderful sunsets. Close to the beach. LBI offers lots of choices. For a walker like me, the town is great for walking (north or south); also nice trails near LBI. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the duplex and in LBI. We will be back.

The view here is stunning. We loved sunsets grilling and eating dinner on the deck. The bed we slept on was very very comfy which is rare to find in a rental. Our friends in the other queen room agreed. Everything we needed to cook simple meals was in the kitchen and the unit was very very clean. Would highly recommend this rental. If you are a light sleeper there is some light noise from the boulevard but nothing a fan or white noise machine cant fix.

We had breakfast on the deck in the morning before the sun showed up and enjoyed the fun chairs for reading in the sun later in the morning. The sunsets were amazing! We had a front row seat every night! Our queen master bed was very comfy. The windows could use some room darkening shades or curtains, because that sun wakes you up at 5:30 every day! There are one full and one half bathrooms, and two other bedrooms. Both as described. The LR was comfy and there was a TV in the LR and master BR. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. One night when we brought lobsters home to cook, we had a hard time because there were no seafood tools. There is a large pot to cook them in, but nothing to open the claws or tail, not even kitchen scissors. But , we managed! Other things that would have been nice: a full length mirror, a full sized ironing board and a clock in the BR. But, this would not stop us from renting here again, The cleanliness and location make this one of our favorite places that we have ever rented.

Perfect short get-away to give the kids a break from the day to day. Property was very clean and more than enough room for our family. Short distance to the beach and all other LBI attractions. Kevin was very easy to work with and extremely prompt in all his responses. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy LBI anytime of year.

With such a hectic year coming to an end, our family needed a change of scenery to enjoy some downtime and to recharge for 2021. We were happy to find Viktoriya and Kevin's property listed on VRBO. The rental included enough space for our family of 4 and allowed us to bring our furry friend. We knew that booking a shore rental in the off-season could provide some pluses and some minuses. Viktoriya was extremely generous to provide an early check-in and late checkout. She was super responsive in answering our questions. The building is a bit older than surrounding properties but everything was very clean. The propane tank for the grill was empty but Kevin brought us a tank and explained that it's normally filled during the warmer months. The unit including beds and furniture were updated and very comfortable. The deck and sunset views over the bay are really special. I started every morning by drinking my coffee and watching the birds over the bay. All in all, Viktoriya was great to work with, the unit was clean and met our needs, the price was right, we could bring our furry friend, and the view of the bay helped us recharge for the year ahead. Thank you for providing us with space for our family get away.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The space is just what we needed for the four adults that stayed. Everything was clean upon arrival, and just as we expected based on the pictures provided. The house is in a great spot, you can't beat the view of the bay or just a short one block walk to see the beach. Hope to have another beautiful fall weekend next year to come back and stay again.

Our family and pup really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and you could not beat the bay views and convenient location. House was so clean, comfy and well equipped and the owners were so easy to deal with.

Although the house is on the Blvd , really could rarely hear the cars. Short walk to ocean and a beautiful bay view. Allowed our dogs for a reasonable fee.Furniture in good shape . Clean. Very pleased with this house . Would stay here again.
