Magnifique villa, terrain très jolie cadre agreable et calme. Piscine très jolie. Nous avons profiter du beau temps pendant une semaine nous avons eu de la chance et profiter également des vélos et de la table de pingpong. Propriétaire tres sympathique accueil au top. Je recommande des vacances dans sa propriété.

Un très beau jardin, une maison cosy et très fonctionnelle, le bord de mer a deux pas, une piscine très agréable et un accueil impeccable avec le propriétaire. Bref un bon séjour alors merci!

Magnifique maison. La réalité dépasse largement les photos. Maison au calme entourée d’un très beau jardin. Dès qu’on arrive on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Il y règne un bien-être. Le silence est roi. La luminosité est omniprésente. Le salon est très confortable et convivial. La table de la salle à manger est juste superbe. La cuisine est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien. L’arrière cuisine dispose d’une buanderie avec un lave-linge, un sèche-linge et une centrale vapeur ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres sont très confortables, lumineuses et spacieuses. Les enfants seront plus que heureux. Tout est prévu pour eux : chaise bébé, lit bébé, espace jeux et détente, etc... En résumé, un endroit à conseiller très vivement.

Il manquait absolument rien dans la maison ,,détail vu avec le propriétaire,belle endroit ,calme ,manque un peux d entretien dans l espace vert ,propose à d autres familles ..Roland Andres

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekte Lage, toller Swimmingpool, schöne Zimmer. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, angenehm unaufdringlich und bei Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle. Mit unseren paar Brocken Französisch konnten wir uns ganz gut verständigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We (2 adults, 3 children) spent two great weeks in this beautiful house and felt very comfortable there. Perfect location, great swimming pool, nice rooms. The landlord was very friendly and courteous, pleasantly unobtrusive and always available to answer questions. With our few pieces of French we could communicate quite well. We will come back with pleasure! Nous (2 adultes, 3 enfants) avons passé deux superbes semaines dans cette belle maison et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. Emplacement parfait, grande piscine, belles chambres. Le propriétaire était très amical et courtois, agréablement discret et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Avec nos quelques morceaux de français, nous pouvions communiquer assez bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

House was stunning and full of everything you need. Couldn't use the pool as it was just too cold and windy but we can't control the weather. The house was so well maintained and I would love to stay in the summer and enjoy the whole property and lovely sites with the bikes provided etc.

This property is beautiful Gregory the owner was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The children loved the pool and we’re in it everyday sometimes twice there was some nice places near by perfect for taking our dogs out for walks.

Das Objekt ist generell in gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut, ebenso wie der Aussenpool. Herr Bouvier war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (hat uns Handtücher besorgt, nachdem wir diese fälschlicherweise f vorhanden erachtet hatten). Einzig die Sauberkeit an der einen oder anderen Stelle könnte besser sein.

Gregory was so helpful and the house was just what we wanted, ideal location, spacious and a fabulous pool and SO close to the beach. We loved our stay.

Everything worked well and the pool was great even in the horrible weather. The coast is beautiful and we walked miles. Plenty lovely places to visit. We were generally delighted with our visit but if there had been more adults -we were a party of 4 adults and 2 children, one seriously disabled-we think one bathroom was not enough. There are 2 separate toilets but another shower downstairs would have been perfect . Some outdoor lights needed repair but that did not affect us. Generally absolutely great!

We had a fantastic holiday in this property. Excellent facilities in the kitchen, plus all sorts of little extras to make our stay super special (toys for the kids, bikes to borrow, floats for the pool etc) water temperature was perfect meaning we could enjoy the pool every day, even on cold days. All 7 of us had a fabulous time, thank you for having us!

Superbe logement super équipé dans un environnement calme et très reposant . Les photos dans l'annonce parlent pour elles. Rien à redire. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible et réagit immédiatement au moindre problème. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la pompe à chaleur de la piscine qui a été reglé en quelques heures. We stayed as a group of 6 adults, a ten year old and a one year old for 10 days during May/June 2019. The property is easy to get to from Roscoff and Gregory left a key for us and then met us shortly after our arrival to show us around the house. The house is lovely with large bedrooms, a very large open plan kitchen dining and living area and decking and heated pool. Everything was well kept and in good working order. The pool was clean and lovely no matter the weather outside. The child's cot and particularly the high chair provided could do with being replaced or cleaned thoroughly as the high chair was too dirty to use. It is a short drive to a convenience store and 15 minute drive to a large supermarket. The immediate area is very quiet, however this may be due to time of year we went but it was only towards the end of the week that we really saw other people using the beach and walking. There are beautiful beaches and scenery nearby and lots of costal villages that are worth visiting. Brest is the nearest city at about 45 minutes drive and well worth a visit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Tout était très bien, très belle maison avec une belle piscine dans un beau jardin. M. Bouvier a toujours été là pour répondre à nos quelques questions, et a toujours chercher à nous aider. Je recommande vivement cette villa !

Je recommande cette maison qui est très bien conçue avec tout l'espace qu'il faut pour nous. Nous étions 7 personnes.

....leider lässt der Vermieter das Objekt verkommen. Es könnte so so schön sein. Als wir ankamen war nicht ordentlich geputzt, was echt ekelig war. Kaputte Pfannen, pfannenwender, milchige Gläser, die dunstabzugshaube stand vor fett und es lief nur eine Stufe. Ein Staubsauger haben wir nicht gefunden, zwei deckenspots fielen über Nacht aus der Verankerung. Das Wasser ist in der Dusche nicht abgeflossen -es waren noch Millionen von Haaren im Abfluss-. Generell haben die Abflüsse in Bad und Dusche Widerlich gestunken. Der Vermieter wurde informiert und hat sich auch umgehend gekümmert, danach hat es nur noch nach Putzzeug und airwick gerochen, auch nicht so toll. Herr Bouvier ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unmittelbar vor der Einfahrt des Ferienhauses befindet sich ein Grundstück das durch 3 Hunde gesichert wird, anfangs war das schon eine Tortur mit dem eigenem Hund zum gassi gehen da lang zu müssen. Vielleicht ist das erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ist es schade das man ein solches Haus so verlommen lässt bzw nur minderwertige Küchenutensilien nutzt und nichts aussortiert. Es ist vielleicht noch wichtig zu erfahren, dass das Haus nicht umzäunt ist. Unsere Hündin hat sich regelmäßig zu dem Pferd auf der angrenzenden Weide begeben.

Ein großes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schön angelegten Garten. Ausstattung wirklich hervorragend und weit mehr als man in einem Ferienhaus vermutet. Liegt vermutlich daran, dass das Haus ursprünglich privat genutzt wurde. Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Supermärkte sind in rund 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt mit dem Besitzer sehr gut. Grundsätzlich wirklich alles prima, wobei ich mir für dieses schöne Anwesen etwas mehr Pflege für die außergewöhnlich bepflanzte Außenanlagen wünsche. Aber das ist natürlich mein subjektiver Eindruck.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Ein tolles Objekt in unglaublich schöner Landschaft der Bretagne.

Very friendly and uncomplicated host. The home is modern styled with a very nice and comfortable kitchen area as central place. We were with 8 people - no problem if willingness to share one bathroom. All electrical equipment had good quality. As we stayed before Easter we have not used outdoor facilities. Nevertheless, unbeatable price/benefit relation. No problem to get back the high caution.
