We had a fantastic time on our trip! Michelle address my concerns immediately. No issues whatsoever. We stayed with 8 adults and 2 children. Pool was perfect for the kids great location for our Disney trip! Huge house and very spacious- met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

The house size was perfect but the blinds were broken tables stained counters need replacing and the ac broke half way through the stay. The community pool was dirty along with the grounds and mini golf place needed to be picked up. They need to have the grounds picked up severely.

The home was nice, but we have rented many homes over the years and we're a little disappointed with this one. The home is showing its age, the main T.V. in the familyroom had an 8" black strip across the screen, it did end up going away day three of our stay, very few towels, very little kitchen utensils, had to purchase forks, and Grill utensils while down here. The game room smelled awful, almost like the couches that are in there were moldy. Could not use the room. The hone is very spacious and accommodated our party of 7 very well, had two extra bedrooms, both the community pool and the pool/hot tub at the home were nice and clean. The club house was not showing movies during our stay, and had a sign stating that they shut down at dusk, so it doesn't sound like movies at the community pool are happening anymore. Overall we will be renting in the Davenport area again, but likely not this home.

The host was excellent at communication, and ready to help with whatever we needed. Home was just as described and just what we needed. Great area too.

Our stay in Orlando for the week was wonderful. We stayed in a gated community, and everyone at gate was supper nice and friendly. Our representative Michelle, was very helpful with all my questions. I would definitely recommend Vrbo, again.

The size of the house was great Lots of room for the family. It could do with some updating, though. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked with very cheap dishes and silverware, very few cheap serving dishes. Absolutely no spices and few pots and pans. The tables are worn and the den couches need to be replaced. The floors could do with a good scrubbing. Washer, dryer and dishwasher work very well. Showers heat up quickly with plenty of hot water. Pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The outdoor furniture is very old and worn with holes in the chair pads. Air conditioning does not work consistently. Communication with Michelle, while she responds quickly, is not very satisfying. The development is quiet and safe with the guards patrolling sometimes. Clubhouse is fine and that pool is lovely also. Cabanas around pool are quaint and well kept. However, that area backs up onto 27 and is very noisy. Overall the house holds up well for a large gathering but with some cleaning and updating, it would be a much more comfortable vacation.

Everything met our expectations

The home is a large rental with many possibilities for sleeping arrangements. We met family here and there was plenty of room for all. I read reviews stating the place was not clean, however we found for the most part it was quite clean, especially considering the size. There was an issue with the water in the kitchen, but it was fixed within two days of our stay. The pool was maintained during our stay and the lawn was cared for, as well. We found the home centrally located to popular attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We were able to spend the days at amusement parks, as well as popular beaches.

My Family & I stayed at this 6 bedroom 5 Bathroom Villa. It was so lovely with a Pool. The Host Michelle was very kind & helpful and never minded me contacting her at anytime with any faults or enquiries. When we got there she told us washing machine was not working although only 3 months old as engineer after coming had to order parts which would take a couple of weeks. Michelle ordered a brand new washing machine after a few days so we all could do our washing which so helpful. I would recommend this Villa & the host Michelle if you're coming to Orlando. Although the Villa was in Davenport it was still only about 35-40 mins from Parks or a bit longer if traffic. Also about 45 mins from Airport. Plenty of room for big family like ours of 7 Adults & 2 children. Would recommend & love to return as soon as we can.

This property is huge. We were with 7 but it sleeps 15. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was clean that was the most important for us. It was nice to see there were more than enough hairdryers, portable fans, child seats (didn't need but good to know) washer and dryer and dishwasher. We couldn't get enough of to the pool. The only thing was that is was a little outdated and worn. However, the cleanliness made up for that. We were thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

This home is large/spacious but needs an overhaul when it comes to cleanliness. Family vacation April 2022 - Walking into home, it smelled a little musty. One bedroom had a bed with cigarette burns on the comforter & sheets & the sheets were stained so we bought new sheets & a blanket at Wal-Mart. Removing the sheets from the bed displayed more stains on the mattress pad. A lot of dust found throughout the house including the bathroom walls which are in easy reach for dusting & the AC return was loaded with dust (also easy reach). One bathroom shower had hairs in it, one towel had holes, another towel had stains, there were little tiny ant-like black bugs in bathroom sinks, tubs & kitchen sink, & coffee maker had coffee grinds in it, needless to say better housekeeping is needed. We arrived late Saturday evening due to a flight delay & then Sunday was Easter so I didn’t call until Monday morning when I reached the homeowner, Michelle, who proceeded to say I had to call within 24 hours for any problems when the paperwork says “please do let us know within the first 24 hours upon arrival or ASAP when it happens”, as you can see it says please call within 24 hours, not you must call within 24 hours! I explained my reasons for not calling within 24 hours but Michelle ignored that information. Michelle went on to talk about how the bugs are common at this time of year when I argued that I have been to Florida several times during this time of year & never experienced these types of bugs. Michele also continued to talk over me instead of listen to what the actual problems were. Michelle finally said she would send pest control that day. We proceeded with the day to Disney & came home late to find more bugs. My sister called that night but ended up in an argument with Michelle because again she talks over you & doesn’t care to address your issues. The next day we were out again & we returned to find a notice that pest control was there. The next day there were still some lingering bugs but they eventually seemed to disappear. We rented a house because we like the freedom to cook and instead we went out & bought paper dishes & plastic utensils & basically only had cereal at the house. As I’ve said I’ve visited Florida several times & have rented many nice homes with no issues. Arriving home, we had to rewash everything because everyone’s clothes smelled musty. This is one home we will definitely not return to.

The home is beautiful and roomy. Just need to check on the cleaning company they are not doing a detailed cleaning. Beyond that it’s a beautiful vacation home

This was a very nice place to stay plenty of room for everybody and a bathroom in nearly every room was very nice so we weren’t tripping over one another trying to get ready heated pool was great temps were in the 60’s for highs and we’re still able to use it planning on coming back next year

The place was nice, good area. The listing shows Orlando but the location was actually Davenport.

Had a great time. Would love to rent it again in the future.

The house is in a great location. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Not just Disney. Plenty of room for our group of 10 to be together and enough space we could relax on our own.

The home was AMAZING! Clean and tidy. Pool and hot tube in the backyard, huge hit. Clubhouse pool and hot tube and mini golf addition bonus. This place had it all. More than enough space for my family of nine (all older kids). A bathroom for every room meant no one left dancing and waiting. The only thing I would change is placing the home 20 minutes close to downtown Orlando. Would I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY! Stay here, don't wait. Would/Will I stay here again? Positively! Owner is also very friendly and willing to answer questions and concerns.

A/C couldn’t be adjusted, thus parts of the house (master bedroom) was very hot and uncomfortable. Musty odor on living room couches. Expected better!!

Large home for its playground and large community pool. Was disappointed that the tiki bar wasn’t opened. Wished I knew that when booking and listing stated in its in Orlando when it is really in Davenport

Dealing with the homeowner was very simple and she made things very easy and clear. She took the time to answer multiple questions as I was confused not being a frequent traveler. The house was exactly like they said it was with the bathrooms, bedrooms, pool and accommodations. I was though very uncomfortable that the back door did not have a lock on it. Nor did the chain around the pool and the backyard. Felt very uneasy that previous guests or neighbors could easily walk into the house. Was a little disappointed with a cleansliness of the house and pool. Namely the high chairs we asked about had bugs on them, the pool floor was dirty with mulch and debris, crib had duct tape holding it together, electric covers in the kitchen were off, they didn't leave any Xtra toilet paper, air conditioning unit was not cool and was set between 74 and 78. The clubhouse was nice And all the workers they were very friendly including the men who worked the guard shack..

Overall , I would probably prefer to stay in a five start hotel I am pretty used too. This is my first time to rent a house . To me it’s stressful to go out to shop for food and etc. , and to deal with garbage , clean up etc. and to follow house rules and regulations . I guess it’s a lesson learned ..!!

House was perfect for a family reunion. 16 in all. Great property overall, lots of fun at clubhouse pool and bar area.

We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms, the beds were not the best the mattresses in the master bedrooms were terrible and the pillows were also not the best so if you can bring your own pillow I would. The pool was smaller than I pictured but it was ok for our kids. Kitchen is very sparse in supplies, very few cooking utensils, very few cups and eating utensils. We had to go buy all paper products.
