2 groups of 4 spent a wonderful long weekend celebrating college graduations and a 21st birthday. Love these rentals. So close to the lake and town. We will be back soon.

This is a beautiful modern property right on the lake. Everything in Watkins Glen is within walking distance. The owner has provided all you need for a relaxed stay. Parking is provided. Just be sure that you can manage stair climbing, as the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the living room and kitchen on the 3rd. We have been here before and will rent again.

Outstanding property within walking distance of all that Watkins Glen has to offer. Also a perfect location for exploring the Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake wine regions.

We had a great time over Easter weekend. The views were awesome and the beds were super comfortable. It was close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Four of us stayed at the property over the weekend and everything was wonderful. We're college friends who are now in our 50s, and it suited our every need. The property was clean, well decorated and well stocked with linens and staple items. We didn't need to bring any staple items, which is a first for me in a VRBO. The location is perfect and overlooks the pier. Safe location with touch pad lock for easy and safe access. The unit is literally on top of train tracks and one train did go through during our stay, but it wasn't a big deal. Believe the listing and reviews when they say there are a LOT of stairs. We didn't realize that you could pull up at the front door to the kitchen and unload and ended up carrying a lot of heavy items up a lot of flights of stairs. Parking was convenient. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. It was cold over the weekend but we were still able to walk to some restaurants (don't go to Jerlando's, it's disgusting). If we had to say that there was one thing that wasn't great, it would be the sound the ice maker makes when it kicks on. It's so loud and random and wakes you up out of a dead sleep. The hosts of this property had great communication, very easy check-in and check-out. There are a lot of breweries and wineries close by but keep in mind you won't find an Uber (during the winter anyway) so have a DD or book a tour/driver. We would definitely recommend this property and would book again. Thank you!

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. View was great. Right on the water. Pictures in the listing are accurate. The place was immaculate and well furnished/equipped for our needs. There are quite a few steps but that was noted in the listing. We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Watkins Glen.

This property is exactly as pictured! Very clean! Beds comfortable and kitchen adequate. We like to cook in. Nice balcony and walkable neighborhood, views are spectacular! Only negative was comfort of living room furniture. Otherwise it would be a 5 hands down! Would consider renting again!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend with our 4 and 7 year old children. There is plenty of room to spread out and the townhouse is in a great, walkable location.

Wonderful home close to town

Our stay was perfect… from the check in to check out. House was clean, comfortable and within perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. We enjoyed the beautiful patio/deck views of the lake both morning and night. Will absolutely stay again.

Spent three nights and found the condo in top shape. The place was clean, and updated. Loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake. Great stay and plan on coming back.

Perfect location to parks, wineries, attractions & more. Walking distance to many area locations. Couples weekend to experience what the area offers. Townhouse was well stocked, modern, neat & clean. Train and road can be noisy, but not on weekend. Lots of stairs- 3 levels, but was not an issue during our stay.We will be back.

This is the second time we have come back to this property…the owner/manager is just a lovely person…very kind. The property is well taken care of…we had no issues at all. I spent a lot of time on the patio overlooking the lake and watching the boats come in and out. The unit has parking (personal spot or a garage). Once you get there…you don’t need to drive anywhere as the property is centrally located…literally on the lake so we walked to our restaurants/ice cream and took a boat ride. Great property…does not disappoint. There are a lot of stairs so get ready to get your steps in!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Watkins Glen. The place we stayed was clean, modern and bright, with great views and super location. If I HAD to offer a critique I would say there should be better communication about all the flights of steps. One of our party has bad knees and she found the steps challenging but she managed and said once up on the balcony the view was worth it.

We found the property very nice and comfortable. The steps did not bother us and we're all in our 60's) Loved the location and the balcony overlooking the waterfront. Only complaint would be the second bedroom has no closet or hooks/pegs to hang a robe/pj's, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time. So much within walking distance. Great local food and drink variety. Cute shops along the Main Street. Lake tours, kayaking, the Falls, Winery tours.

We have rented these townhouse many times in the past! Each home has been spotlessly cleaned and well stocked with essentials upon arrival! The location on the lake and a minute walk to town make the entire vacation hassle free. We enjoyed beautiful views, extremely comfortable accommodations and great dining and shopping without moving the car. The townhouse is so spacious and the layout is well thought out so that having another couple with us was both fun and comfortable for all. There is plenty of space to allow working from home for some and just relaxing for others. The AC works great, the extra half bath is terrific, the washer and dryer so nice to have, two coffee pots, beautiful balcony view! The property managers are available but non intrusive! We have stayed here in all kinds of weather and always had a blast! We will be returning as soon as possible. Thanks, Ann and Dan,for the wonderful upkeep of the properties. We will see you again soon!

Great property! Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony or just look out the windows. Had all the amenities of home. Very clean and was recently updated. Conveniently located to the town, Watkins Glen state park, dining and of course all the wineries. We will definitely be back!
