We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to 30A!

Everything was clean, quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful unit.

Everything was great except that there was a moldy type smell in the apartment which was confirmed by my friend that popped by to visit. Other than that was a nice place and great location.

We had a great time staying here! It’s a great place for a weekend getaway or even an extended stay. The pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is in person. Great communication with the manager as well.

Refrigerator was very noisy, but we notified the manager and she was taking care of the problem. Bed had a foam topper and was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard and some very flat and not comfortable while sleeping.

Tasteful decorating, clean, responsive property manager, but never saw the gulf view mentioned in the description.

The perfect home base for our 30A Songwriters’ Festival weekend. The unit had a VERY comfortable king bed and everything needed for a wonderful stay at Seacrest. The owner was very easy-going and responsive. Highly recommend!

all was great except for rudeness of people riding bikes

The location was great and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We walked to Alys Beach area, and even to Donut Hole. There are sidewalks everywhere safe for walking. There were a lot of instructions sent and we got the pool entrance code confused with the vrbo entrance code. To get to the designated beach access, you have to go through a gated private area. Those were our only trip ups but we figured it all out! We did get checked for our wrist bands multiple times at the pool. They said you can leave them sitting on your chair if you choose not to wear them. We started to do that after. LaCo was our favorite nearby spot for happy hour and queso. Beach and Brew on 30A had great frozen drinks. There’s also a small market store next to it. We bought lots of bottled water there. We Ubered from the airport and didn’t use a car the whole time!

Our studio was just as shown, clean and no issues!!!We came a week past peak season and it was great! The weather was amazing ~ hot and humid but no rain. Beach was beautiful… water amazingly warm. Crowded but ok. Location is a plus. There was some wait at some of the restaurants but thats to be expected. A great getaway

Great location! Conveniently located close to activities and food. Our friends were staying in Rosemary so being a short bike ride to them was perfect!

We rented this unit for a long weekend in July. Overall, we were pleased with the city location - a small convenience store, coffee shop, and multiple food options were within walking distance. Each morning we strolled to Rosemary for Amavida's coffee. But, we were also able to walk to dinner spots where we had reservations - Paradis and Gallion. Another nice thing about the location is that you aren't too far away from neighboring beach towns. One day we hopped over to Seaside for lunch and some shopping, for example. The unit itself was similar to an oversized hotel room with a small kitchenette. We appreciated the plastic glassware and full-sized frig. The coffee maker was a mini and didn't come with grounds, so we never used it. The room was a little musty and humid, but we found lowering the temperature more, helped. There isn't a ceiling fan. The beach is a bit of a hike, on foot. You must wear armbands to get past the security guard. The designated beach area is super crowded, too. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for one day and it cost us over $100 with tip. We opted to drive to Inlet Beach Regional Access to rent on a different day. We were able to spread out a bit more and had less of a walk. Plus, it was a bit cheaper to rent chairs and an umbrella. There's a lifeguard positioned here too. Overall, a nice stay.

This was the perfect studio condo for two! The area is beautiful and you have so many restaurants, shops, and quick food options right next to you. This unit is right by the pool so makes your pool stop quick and easy. Also, you are within walking distance to the Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping as well so you have more options and it’s such a cute area to visit! The only downside is the Beach access. There is a team during season but a couple of days it would rain in the mornings and the tram would stop running for the whole day. You can walk to the beach or rent a bike and ride but if you are carrying your own chairs and umbrella it makes that difficult. Also, the building is currently under construction due to a leak in piping so just expect that in the hallways. Great host and quick response when we contacted with our concerns on the building. If your looking for the perfect getaway for you and your partner/spouse this is it!

This property is well-appointed, in a great location, and the hostess is awesome. We've stayed here several times over the years and it never disappoints.

Great location but room had a musky smell and mattress was uncomfortable. One issue with the building was the exterior lights were not on at night at rear of building next to entrance to elevators. Very dark.

The property of the building and all the shops were just as stated in the description. Jeri was on top of everything with getting to the location and things to do around the area. My one and only complaint about my stay is the beach. The pictures she has submitted is from the location of the beach but what isn't shown is the area of which is for you to use. The area is maybe 100×100 foot area that your aloud to set up in. But half of is it used for you to have purchase a service for beach gear to use the area. The area was very cramped and very busy. Just giving a heads up to people wondering about the beach itself. The area and property were perfect in all ways! Just would have liked to know the restrictions of area for the beach before hand.

The perfect location between Alys and Rosemary! We enjoyed every second!

The condo itself was nice, a lil bit of a musty or old smell, but it was pretty clean. The area on the other hand was not what we were hoping for. It’s a resort thats EXTREMELY crowded and so difficult to get around in. Hundreds of people on bicycles, none of which were paying any attention to where they were going!! Now, if that’s what you’re looking for then it’ll be perfect for you, we were just trying to get away and relax, in more of a quiet laid back area. But I will say again the condo and owner were both nice!

Wonderful, quaint, great location, quiet, and well-decorated The only recommendation would be possibly adding a dehumidifier as their is a musty smell in the unit.

My bf and I stayed here for our first trip to the Rosemary Beach area. The location of the condo was great, especially because we had plans to visit all the little beach towns. It was perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We rented bikes, but you can also easily walk as well. We loved Peddlers village and the convenient shops/restaurants close by. The beach is also a short walk away with beach rental options available. The host was great and easy to communicate with if needed. The place was small but still very roomy for 2 people with everything we needed. I would recommend this if you are looking for a budget-friendly option for the area.

This place was so cute! PERFECT location. Right in the middle of Alys Beach (10 min walk) and Rosemary Beach (3 min walk). Perfect for couple getaway. Wish we stayed longer. Will absolutely be coming back.

Loved everything about our stay. Short weekend anniversary stay for us exceeded our expectations! Probably one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. Super clean & perfect location. Property was a good size for us & had everything we needed. Loved that the host was super helpful & acccomadating. Would definitely recommend!
