We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for this year ! This unit is so nice and so spacious. We also love this area. Some of our favorite restaurants are close, so that is also a great convenience. Hope to stay here again.

The condo was clean, huge, and spacious, as was the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf and great outdoor furniture for everyone. The Kitchen was gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and a large island. The main living space was huge! We had a wonderful time and Jeannette was great to work with. And the beach chaise set was included every day, such a great perk!! I recommend this condo to anyone and give it an A+. We will be back!

A great location with an incredable view. Easy access to everything. Wish the property would have had gas grills available closer to the building. Host was great and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this site to everyone.

Beautiful, clean, and a great location!

This place had the most AMAZING view. My husband and I spent every morning out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listened to the waves hit the shoreline. Mistakes/accidents happen in life. When we got to the condo after dinner our first night our code would not work. I sent the owner a text and she replied immediately. Even though Jeannette says in her paperwork to call if you need immediate assistance she replied immediately to the text. Then we had a mishap with a beach chair hitting a frame on the wall and the glass shattered. I let Jeannette know immediately and she was very gracious. Our flight got in earlier than expected and we were able to check in earlier than planned/check in time. We would definitely stay here again. Jeannette was very easy and pleasant to work with and the place itself was very nice. It was bigger than just my husband and I needed, but for our first vacation we decided to splurge a little.

The property owner was extremely easy to work with. I had to contact her only once, and she responded immediately and handled my need effectively. The condo is exactly as pictured online. Some things we really liked: it was on the second floor (whereas we’re accustomed to staying on a high floor), but we didn’t have to use the elevator except when unloading upon arrival. Other than that, we always used the stairs which was a time saver. The condo door is right at the top of the steps and easily accessible. The balcony is very spacious and we had a great view of the beach and ocean. The living areas are extremely spacious—-the largest we’ve ever experienced. The only reason we contacted the owner was to make her aware that the Ice maker wasn’t working, and we didn’t want her to think we damaged it. She was aware of it and had already called a repairman, but they hadn’t responded yet. Therefore, she offered to reimburse us if we had to purchase Ice. There were Ice trays in the freezer section, so we did use those with no problem. We also bought a bag of ice from downstairs (which is a large bag, by the way) and it was very inexpensive. It supplied us for the whole week, and still had some when we departed. I would highly recommend this owner and unit.

The living room was one of the largest I’ve seen at a rental condo. It was clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was well stocked. A communication with the property owner was responded to quickly. We would love to stay here again.

I felt so at home as soon as we got there. The condo is so spacious and has the most amazing views! Easy access with elevators and stairs. The owner is amazing and it's the little touches that make a difference.

We rent this unit every year because we have had the best experience with the unit and great communication with Jeanette any time we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Watercrest. This unit is so nice and is just as pretty as the pictures show. There is so much room in this unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Can not say enough positive things about our second stay at this condo! Beds were super comfortable, all appliances were excellent, location was perfect and time spent here was ultimately relaxing! We will definitely be renting here again!

This unit and building amenities included was wonderful. The place really is as great as shown and described. We would absolutely love to stay there again. Second floor was ideal (given that 2 of the elevators were not functional) and super convenient.

I had read that elevator lines for condos on the beach can take forever, which is why I picked this place. Being on the second floor with easy stair access was perfect. We could run up to the condo for a snack or outfit change without feeling like we needed to plan for it to be a trek back to our room. The views of the ocean were still fantastic from the balcony, and throughout the unit. The condo was amazing. Watercrest overall is nice, but if we had been on higher floors, it would have been an issue as only one of the 4 elevators were in service during our stay, and Watercrest also has a policy that you cannot leave the balcony doors open to have a breeze as it causes too much moisture in the units, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been lovely temperatures to sleep with screened doors letting in the breeze. The beach was wonderful with lots of beautiful shells, and very little trash. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfy. The couches and chairs were super comfy. The kitchen supplies were well stocked. My only suggestion would be a few smaller plastic cups for kids to use, but that is super minor. Also, the bathroom counter is gorgeous but a little taller than normal with the bowl sinks so I wished I’d brought a folding step for my youngest to be able to wash her hands on her own, but we improvised and it did not detract from our trip at all. Would love to come back again and again!

It was very clean, view was awesome, condo was spacious. The only negative was there was some construction on the beach so couldn’t go out on the beach. Other than that it was great.

Jeannette was great to work with, the place had everything you could want and was very clean. We'll be back!

This was a perfect home away from home. Beachy vibe, very roomy and super clean.

This place is perfect for my family of 4, but could certainly handle a few more as well! The big nice open floor plan gives you a great view of the beach, ocean, and pool from the 2nd floor. And with the stairs right next to the room, it's very easily accessible. We stay here every year, maybe a couple times, and can't wait for our next visit!

We would definitely stay again. Great communication through the rental process and the condo was stocked with dishes, beach chairs and coolers.

The manager was very friendly and eager to help. The rental was a smooth process from the beginning to the end! The room was very spacious and equipped.

When we arrived to the condo there was a small issue and Jeanette quickly responded to the problem and went above and beyond to correct the problem. Her customer service was exceptional! Loved having quick and easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious and a perfect fit for my family.

My family and I plan a trip to PCB every year. We have stayed in several condos, but this condo was by far the best! It was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and clean. I would highly recommend this unit if you are planning a trip to the beach.

My sister and her husband and I stayed at this condo while attending a wedding. It was a beautiful place to stay at for the occasion. The furnishings were beautiful and there was everything available that we needed. The view was tremendous and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio. If we ever have the opportunity to revisit this location, I would definitely stay here and I recommend it highly. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with if there had been any concerns.

Check in was a breeze, 2nd floor unit had the most amazing views, beds were so comfortable, unit was super clean, boogie boards were the kids favorite, sitting out on the deck every morning with my morning coffee was so peaceful, the beach in front had endless seashells for shelling, got to reserve your own umbrella/lounge chair everyday- so easy, we loved our stay!!!

We were VERY pleased with this property!! The unit is spacious, has a beautiful beach right in front, and in a quieter area of PCB. We did not use the pool or hot tubs due to Covid, but they looked nice. The kitchen was well supplied as well as extra beach chairs if needed. The only slight complaint is that in the picture of the deck, there were some chairs with nice cushions on them that are no longer there. We were a little disappointed as we used the deck quite a bit. The owner said they would be posting new photos of the desk to ensure no one else would be disappointed with the lack of these chairs. Restaurants and grocery stores are only a short drive away. We will absolutely rent this unit again!! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week!

The location is amazing, the views were priceless, and the condo is very clean and very well maintained. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

We have traveled south four times since 2015. This is the best condo we have stayed in. The views were just awesome and the condo was WONDERFUL.
