This was our second time staying at the Lake Time Cottage. This time we took our friends, they were amazed on how quite the neighborhood was. The scenery at sunset is always beautiful. It’s very well stocked and clean. Ron and his wife are terrific people.Thanks again for having the Brummett family and friends.

We really enjoyed everything about the cottage!!! Everyone had a blast and wasn't ready to leave.

Had a great time at the lake. The owner's were welcoming and made our stay great! No fish as it was cold but did take out the Paddle boat and kyak. The fire pit was great to warm up to.

It met our needs and was comfortable.. We would consider a summer visit to take advantage of water activities. The granddaughters really enjoyed the horseback riding at Monkey Island.

My buddy caught a 25 pound blue cat off the dock. That was the highlight of our trip.

We stayed here for 3 nights while the kids were out of school for fall break. The property was great for our group of 6. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. It is a short walk down to the dock and water. We had good luck fishing off the dock catching catfish, bass and bluegill. Also took advantage of the kayaks that were provided. If we return to the area again this will be on our short list of places to stay!

Ron is a great host, very nice place with water toys and good fishing.

Great house and location. Nice cove easy access to the water. Perfect for a small group we had 4 adults. You will not be disappointed if you chose this property. Ron (Owner) is helpful and friendly, made everything easy. We will be back next year.

Property was absolutely perfect for our annual 89 or Guys Trip! Lots of outdoor space on the patio overlooking the lake, nice easy haul to the boat dock Making very easy access to our boat. Property was extremely clean perfect size with plenty of sleeping room for five guys. Ron was absolutely amazing host catering to our every need! This is an annual trip and we intend on booking this property again absolutely five stars!!!

Beautiful view and amazing hosts! Ron and his wife always go above and beyond to make sure every detail is thought of. We stayed a few years ago and this was our second visit. They have made so many amazing updates to the cabin and property that improved on a great place! Lots of fun accessories to use on the dock, comfortable beds, friendly neighbors, calm spot in the cove to swim and relax!

We had a great time even though the weather wasn't great. Ron is an excellent host and the cabin had everything we needed, right down to the rods for making s'mores around the fire pit. We will definitely come back.

We had a really good time. It was a great place to stay. We caught fish off the dock and the dam which isn't far away.

We traveled to this vacation rental spot with our family all the way from central Colorado and my mom joined us from Missouri. We appreciated the lake view, the use of pedal boat, the kayak & especially Ron taking time out of his day to give us a boat ride that we loved! We also enjoyed the swings & fire pit. My advice is get all your groceries & drinks and bring in with you because stores & restaurants are many miles away. :) We didn't leave except to pick up our to go Chinese order at Mr Shing's: highly recommend. Also, go check out the Oasis animal center nearby, you could practically walk there. I believe in the summer they do outdoor theater with the animals. We saw it on our way out leaving the lake house. Ron & Diane were quick to respond to some items we needed. Great peaceful getaway!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. House is clean and neat and is good for 8 people .Ron is very friendly and helpful. Kids liked the boat ride with Ron. And thy wanted to have more trips in future to this small town .

The house was a very peaceful place and a nice get away for us from our busy lives. It was clean and comfortable. We slept in the bedroom with the single bed and found the pillows and bed to be very comfortable. We loved being so close to water and the ability to ride our side by sides just a short drive away. Ron was very pleasant and a great hostess!! We could not have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!!

The host was so nice and accommodating! Everything was accurately described and we loved our stay.

Was a little more retro than expected. Loved the lake view and dock. Perfect for fishing and swimming. The cabin could use some updates on the interior for sure. Oven didn’t work well and had a very awkward smell. Other than that my family and I were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful scenery and great location.

We loved the location. This place had everything you want for a getaway. Dock, with lots of toys, deck, grill, fire pit. Dock in cove with no wake for enjoyable swimming area directly off the dock.

Perfect sunset views! Loved the deck and the dock! Loved the very quite neighborhood. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our needs.

We loved our stay at the cottage! The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house was comfortable and fit our crew of 8 (kids and grandkids). Beautiful view of the lake and plenty to keep everyone entertained. Ron was super accommodating and helpful! Thanks so much! Will definitely be back!

Just what we were hoping for nice relaxing lakeside retreat

We had a great time and Ron was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful girls trip...6 ladies age 18-68 with Eucha being a midway point for us coming from 4 states! Ron is an amazing host! He and Diane took us on a sunset cruise of the lake in the pontoon, made sue we had everything we needed including firewood, and even helped us with the kayak and paddleboard! WiFi was a little spotty which wasn't a big deal, but we had one doing some work on our trip, and Ron and Diane set her up in the cottage to make sure she had good connection. The home was clean and quiet and we fully enjoyed ourselves! We will absolutely be back next year! Definitely one of our best VRBO experiences! Thank you Ron and Diane!
