Nice old cottage with plenty of privacy and beautiful lake view.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside Cottage very much. It was lovely, relaxing, and beautiful. The cottage was immaculately clean and spacious. The October foliage was still vibrant when we were there. The view of the lake out all the windows was gorgeous. Very private, peaceful, and relaxing.

Quiet, private, scenic, and very clean. It was perfect for our family getaway. The home was very spacious and lots of room for family meals and games. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a couple of nights until we closed on our house. It was a great quiet spot with a phenomenal view on the lake. We would definitely recommend a stay during any season.

Had a wonderful weekend excursion. Brought fishing boat and used dock overnight. Enjoyed sunrise & sunset. House had everything needed for beautiful end of summer day on water and crisp cold nights.

What a Pretty Town and What an Ideal Location for this Home by the Lake! You will want to stay Outside and Savor the Surroundings! It is so Peaceful and Quiet! All was Clean and in Order inside the Home, too! A most Comfortable and Cozy Home for All Seasons! My wife and I needed a short break from the day to day challenges of life. We found it here for a too short stay. We were able to bring our dog and he could not have been more happy. We were able to read by the pond while he ran in and out of the pond demanding just one more throw of the ball The cottage is a perfect rustic lakeside retreat. It is very private and the sunrises are wonderful! We will definitely be back as schedules allow.

The house and yard were spacious and beautiful!

We only stayed two nights at this home but it was very nice. The property and its views are amazing being right on the pond which is more like a lake. The yard is open yet secluded from the neighbors and is a beautiful piece of property. The home is cute and suited the needs of my husband and I, our two adult daughters and our dog. It had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Long Pond. The property and lake were just amazing. Our old dog (and us) enjoyed splashing and kayaking in the lake, just relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. Great property, the view was amazing, we all enjoyed house and property. Perfect location, close to so much and yet so private. Long Pond was so clean. The kids loved the water. The house had everything we needed and more.

This was a great place for a guys fishing trip. The handyman lived close by and he came over and gave us a fresh propane tank and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a great property to hang out at!

My family and I spent MDW here and it was everything we could have asked for. The lake is the cleanest lake I've ever swam in and the property offers plenty of sun and shady spots. The house has everything you'd hope a lake house would have from games, puzzles, paddle boards and a grill.

Had a family weekend at this house. Perfect place for us. Fun in the yard playing cornhole and my dogs had a blast running in the huge yard! Had a fire one night in the fireplace. Wonderful peaceful place.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lake house vibes, cozy yet spacious. The amount of lake frontage is amazing! Sandy beaches and no seaweed.

We rented this house for a week in April and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The home is very private, in a wooded area with plenty of water access. Our kids loved fishing every day and caught yellow perch and pickerel. It was too cold for swimming but the water was clear and I’m sure that would have been fun. The house is comfortable and the layout was ideal for our family. The location is very convenient to many MA attractions and it was very easy to get into Boston. We hope to return in the future as we have family in the area and the property allowed us a great visit with them. Thank you!!

We had a fabulous time! Nice quiet location and a clean house. The only thing we wished we could have found was a can opener! Otherwise, it had everything we wanted.

We all have small homes. After a COVID Christmas on zoom last year, we decided being together was the best gift. We had room to sleep, room to cook and room to lounge. The view was wonderful, the fireplace was warm and house's comfy cozy. There was no hassles, it was a wonderful holiday!

This property is amazing! Feels very private. The backyard is so spacious and the lake is very clear and clean. So much fun jumping off the dock and enjoying the water. The cabin itself was cozy as well with lots of room if you want to bring a bigger party. Overall an amazing stay and would return again ina heartbeat!

This rental is perfect for 2 couples or a family. It couldn't be a more relaxing or peaceful place. There is plenty of room to spread out or play games and a wonderful fireplace. It's very easy to get a kayak or canoe in and out of the water from the backyard. I'd highly recommend this property for any time of the year.

We stayed there because we’re flying out of Boston but didn’t want to stay in Boston proper. It was a very nice property that was close to many attractions in the area. The property itself is right on a huge lake which I’m sure in the summer season would be a very nice place to do water activities. If we come back to the Boston area, we’d definitely stay there again.

We rented this property for 3 nights at the end of September 2021. It was quiet, private, clean and well-equipped for our every need. The picturesque views of the pond and sunrises will be remembered fondly. We hope to return someday.

Wonderful location - very private and picturesque. Delightful vintage interior, extremely clean; clearly very well loved and cared for. The view through the windows to the lake was gorgeous. The surrounding garden is bordered by trees and greenery, a lovely flat lawn for the dogs or kids to play on. A secluded cove-like beach coupled with the boat dock were ideal for accessing the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here - it’s really serene and relaxing. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back.
