Stayed out at Lake Martin in this great condo for Auburn Family Weekend. Comfortable bed; kitchen stocked with the necessities for a stay; comfy sofa. Would absolutely return when we're back in Auburn for a football weekend (or just a long weekend - it's so nice & relaxing out at the lake!)

This is our 3rd annual visit to Lake Martin staying in this condo. We love coming and staying since we know what to expect and are super comfortable staying. This visit it didn’t feel as clean. The air vents need to be cleaned, we had some bugs, although I know they are super harmless. There was some loose hair on the floors and in the fridge/freezer, and some of the dishes that had been put away were not clean. Lastly, the first night of our stay the fire alarm went off 3 times during the night for seemingly no reason which I do believe was just really random and no one’s fault. We will be back for sure! We love this area and the sunsets absolutely cannot be beat.

we were very impressed with the property. The pool was excellent. The amenities were as stated very good. You were able to rent a pontoon if you wanted and JetSki’s also We spent seven days and enjoyed every one of them. The owners were very accommodating to our text messages I would highly recommend this to anyone An excellent condo for the amount of rent required

Plenty of space and perfectly located to enjoy the pool, beach, paddle boards, kayaks, and dock steps away.

The location was very safe and quiet. The condo was accommodating and cozy.

Condo was clean comfortable only draw back was the condo was very hot in the evening due to sun beaming in and curtains need to be heavier to help block it took forever to cool the condo back down

Great property for a short weekend getaway. The views from the balcony are so relaxing and the amenities at the property are an added bonus. We had everything we needed and enjoyed visiting the local places in Stillwater’s for dinner and drinks.

This was an amazing condo for a family of 5. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with dishes for us to cook. The beds were great however if you are a specific pillow person bring your pillow. I forgot my pillow but it doesn't take away from the condo. The view was amazing and the pool was stocked with toys for the kids which was a nice touch. Overall we had a blast and Nick and Frank were amazing. We will be back this summer and again in the fall!

My new favorite place to stay on lake Martin!! Location is great, Amenities are great! We loved the private beach area with chairs, fire pit, Heated swimming pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes were an absolute hit for everyone. Quiet neighborhood on the golf course with amazing views! The grilling area is amazing and the condo has everything you need! Do yourself a favor and book now! You won’t regret it!

As a first time visitor to Lake Martin and the surrounding area, the location was perfect and was a great way to spend the spring break.

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway to this beautiful condo. Nice and quiet, close to restaurants in Dadeville, easy check-in, great communication with property manager.

Great location with a beautiful view!

We came in early forAuburn game and enjoyed some fishing before the weather changed. Condo well appointed for family and friends. We want to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool, kayaks and other amenities.

Stayed to attend parent's weekend in Auburn. Nice, clean property, and was as advertised.

This property was a perfect place to experience Lake Martin.

The pictures do not do it justice…this condo is like having your own private retreat within the neighborhood! It looks directly over the pool, the private beach has paddle boards to use for free and jetski’s to rent. The views are gorgeous!! My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time and will be renting again very soon!! Nick if you ever sell this unit please let us know, I could retire there!!!!!!!

Condo was very nice. Clean and tastefully decorated. Unit location was perfect. Great water view and over the pool. Boat slip available which was great.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this same unit and honestly love it. It is perfect for our small family and the sunsets are unbeatable. I almost don’t want to leave such a good review so it isn’t totally booked up the next time we want to come! See you again soon!
