This place was in the heart of it all so it was so easy to walk everywhere. It was large and spacious and every room had its own bathroom, which is nice when in a large group. Great amenities and nice decor. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Ultimate was fantastic. 6 bedrooms for the whole family, a great room with a fantastic kitchen, host area and gathering place, surrounded by the benefits of the Marina Sol, with a great restaurant/bar, pool and beautiful grounds. This, on top of being centrally located in walking distance to everything in Cabo. Clint, Ivan and team did an amazing job with their hospitality, and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Anyone staying here needs to know - this property is completely worn out. The owner apparently invests no money back into the actual property. There is no where to sit except for the plastic massive sofa which is not as comfortable as I make it sound, chairs on patio that don't fit under the counter, counter chairs in kitchen but not comfortable. All A/C's worked intermittently and even the main one in the kitchen died the day before we left. The hot water heaters worked in some bathrooms and not in others - pretty much a bummer to stay in a worn out shell of Penthouse. The maintenance guy tried his best but you can't make equipment work when it should be replaced. The kitchen has some utensils and cookery but not all of the exact pieces you need. Will not stay here again!!

Our family was welcomed so warmly they handled everything from transportation to filling the fridge we had a chef come for brunch which was just beyond amazing. The condo was so much more beautiful in person. Marina Sol staff was so friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Elly helped us book a boat trip. This was our families first trip to Cabo and it was beyond amazing I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Everything was perfect it accommodated our family nicely plenty of room for everyone. Pool was great, restaurants were great around the neighborhood, walk to town was easy, we all had a fun time & will be back.

We stayed in a 5 bedroom for 2 families of 4. We had a great time. The place was large, and the location was perfect. Short walks to beach, marina, downtown, and large grocery store. We couldn’t ask for a better place and would definitely stay there again!

We had 10 ladies go down for group celebration. I couldn’t thank the staff that assisted us from this property enough. Ivan was amazing and helped us get all our stuff up the stairs and with 10 ladies….it was a lot. This unit had everything and is so well located that it made it easy to eat in or go out for meals. We loved our stay

The condo was beautiful and fit our large group very well! The listing was just as described. The resort was very nice and close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Great spot , well stocked with all you needed for a big group to host friends. Great location , close to everything. Friendly staff. Only suggestion and its minor but maybe stock the unit with coffee , cream , sugar etc to last even first few days. Great to wake up to a nice room and enjoy the first cup of coffee. Again just a suggestion

This property is perfect for a large group, the reservations manager is very helpful and will help with transportation or any other bookings prior to or during your stay. Very easy walking access to Médano Beach and the Marina.

Great spot to be in Cabo!

While there were a few minor mishaps during our stay (loss of electricity multiple times was the biggest) they were handled right away. Everyone was very helpful snd friendly. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5 and would’ve comfortably held a few more. The rooms were all spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the property amenities (tequila and wine bar, spa, market, pool/jacuzzi), and loved that beach, bars, restaurants and marina were all within walking distance. Big shout out to staff, Julie, Samantha, Ivan, Lorena, Héctor, Gabriel.

Excellent location and very clean and spacious unit! Ivan and all the other people make sure you have everything you need to have an amazing vacation! Will definitely be back again!

Wonderful experience at the property, highly recommend it! Walkable to pretty much everything and has plenty of space so people aren’t on top of each other during their stay.

The ultimate Penthouse was perfect! The pictures online were nice , the actual experience was so much better! The property is centrally located to all of the activities, bars, beach, clubs and dining. I would definitely choose this property again!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very large with a bathroom in every room and an extra half bath so no shortage of getting ready room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything we needed from fun glassware, blenders, pans, ziploc baggies, etc. our check in process was amazing. We were met in the lobby and our luggage was carried up for us, and 11 cold beers were waiting in the fridge. It is on the 3rd storey with no elevator, so be aware of that - didn’t affect our trip at all but would be something to be mindful of if anyone in your party can’t do stairs very well. Also, every person over 10 people is an extra $50 usd/ night, but that was communicated with us very early on so no surprises there! Would 10/10 stay here again with a large group! Was walking distance to the beach, marina, and night life. The only time we needed to take an Uber/shuttle was to and from the airport and to and from Omnia pool party. Pool was great temperature and not too crowded, and nobody was upset with us playing our music at a respectful volume or taking shots around the pool. Definitely a great spot for a large group or special event!

Loved the proximity to everything. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and night life. Upon arriving staff was very attentive. Ivan and Elli were always willing to assist. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite massages at the nail spa. One of the best I’ve ever had. Thanks to you Gloria. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole process from the booking to communicating with the owner was spot on and made our stay that much better! Highly recommend staying here, centrally located and park walking distance to the beach and marina.

This was a great home for our large group. The kids enjoyed it and so did the adults. Very private and even the rooms are very sound proof if our baby was crying in the night it didn’t keep anyone else up. The kitchen had all the appliances and kitchen supplies we needed to cook. Very private and the hotel was very clean and well guarded to make us feel safe at night. Anything you needed urgently was in the store in the lobby and the food was great for room service or by the pool. We will be back for sure!

This penthouse and the Marina Sol Resort as a whole provided a fantastic stay for our group of 10 adults! Julie was super responsive throughout the planning/booking process and shared all of the services available to us during our stay including airport transportation and fridge stocking. The resort itself was a short walk to Medano beach and had everything we needed on-site for a relaxing vacation. The resort staff was attentive and accommodating, especially Martin at the Cantina! I will be recommending Marina Sol to my friends who travel to Cabo !

Would certainly stay here again. Friendly staff, pool bar staff were amazing. although this was a condominium complex, it felt like we were at a mini resort.

We were a group of 9. This place was perfect for us. Every room has its own bathroom which was a plus with several young adults. The location is close to the beach & restaurants. The pool was quite & swim up bar was super fun. There were a few miscommunications. One being that the housekeeper knocked on the door early one day to clean when we hadn’t requested that. Also, we had requested food upon arrival & it had been forgotten. Besides that, great time!

The staff couldn't be better. They are extremely nice and willing to help you with whatever you want or need. The bar staff are a great group.....so friendly. Everyone is really nice and so accommodating. This is an amazing place to stay. I had teens with me and they really enjoyed every minute.

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and were a 10 min walk to anywhere in Cabo. The kitchen had everything needed, so it was easy to prep breakfasts and snacks. Lots of great restaurants within a block or two. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Marina Sol! We had a group of 11, my wife and me along with 9 college graduates. The Ultimate Penthouse condo was perfect for our group. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the condo was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We all enjoyed the open plan of the living areas and made good use of the pool table. We had most of our meals on the long balcony to enjoy the nice view of the pool area and the cool Cabo breeze. We also enjoyed the easy access to the pool which was never overcrowded during our stay. The pool bar/restaurant staff was very attentive to our needs during our entire stay and the kids really appreciated the generous Happy Hour at the swim up bar! The location was exactly what we needed with such a large group of young adults. We were less than a ten minute walk to the beach, the best bars and were even closer to the marina to access most of the activities we needed. We felt like we were right in the middle of everything but also secluded when hanging around the pool area or in our condo. I also have to mention that our property manager Julie was amazing. She helped us secure transportation, outings, additional cleaning for the condo and graciously coordinated with our personal chef to make sure she had all she needed. She was immediately accessible at all times and always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property and plan to be back soon.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Nilda greeted us with tacos and margaritas in our suite. Clint met with us shortly after and went over details for our stay. From security to bar tenders, to servers. I always felt as if there was someone there. For the price in the location it’s in, I couldn’t recommend a place more.
