We had a great vacation. Beautiful view from balcony . Water was amazing

This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TV’s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

Everything is clean and nice

We had a wonderful week at this 6th floor unit. The 3BR 3BA was perfect for our family of 8, ages 68 to 2. I was Very Pleased when we arrived to a very clean unit. ( I am that Grandma who always carries her own mop and bottle of Pine-Sol) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped to meet our needs. Nice size balcony with plenty of seating. The elevators in the complex were fast. The entire complex was well maintained. Easy access to the beach.

Have been coming to the condo for years and am never disappointed! Space works great for our family and the kitchen is so well stocked!! See you next year!!

Condo was perfect for 2 families since 2 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and balcony access. The condo was clean and everything on premises was well kept. Very pleased.

we love this condo and this unit, this is our second year there. its quiet and clean and we had a great week! Wanda is quick to respond to questions and even leaves a detailed book about things to do and where to eat in the area which was very helpful!

Stayed at this location with a group of 6 people. Condo was large enough to be comfortable for the entire group we could have added a couple more and still would have had enough room. Condo was extremely clean and stocked with all needed amenities to get started. Mrs. Wanda is extremely friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions. Five star host for sure!!! The location of this condo is incredible as it is on the quieter end of the beach. It was a very peaceful stay and the condo is still within a few minutes of anything you could want to do. The balcony is huge and the view of the ocean and the beach is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this unit and host as both were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. If you book here you will not be disappointed. Great Host + Great Location + Great Property= Great Vacation !!!!!

My family of 8 loved everything about our vacation over spring break. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and the owner (Wanda) was always available had we needed her. We would definitely love to stay here in the future.

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed be a little distance from the traffic and busyness of the Pier Park area. This location is perfect for families and relaxation. Wanda was a pleasure to work with and she communicated well. We had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be back! Loved everything about our vacay!

We loved being right on the beach. Checkin was super easy, especially with the key code door. The pool was really nice and we loved the balcony with 3 entrances. No negatives, the place was great. The owner was easy and fast to get answers from!

Great little getaway for my family. The condo was just perfect for our family- my husband &myself, my 2 adult daughters & theirs boyfriends, and my mother in law. Plenty of beds for everyone and enough bathrooms that we weren’t always waiting on someone...

Excellent Location. Everything was just as advertised. Suggestions from hostess were spot-on and helped to assure we had everything to make our vacation wonderful and care-free. Hostess Very promptly answered and resolved the one tiny entry issue upon arrival. Plan another stay next year!

Miss Wanda is a true gem! She is the real deal when it comes to truly being an amazing hostess! From the detailed emails that helped layout the expectationsnof our checkin and stay to the email concerning checkout she left nothing out. We have stayed at several different condos including the most recent in May 2020 right down the street at PCB. This condo was so much appreciated. Upon our arrival we found the binder that Miss Wanda has constructed to help the guest's stay so enjoyable and easy to navigate the area. From personal restaurant reviews, differnet area attractions, all the way to listing out every last detail about the specific condo we stayed at. The binder was worth its weight in gold!! When we come back to PCB we will be sure to contact Miss Wanda direct to see if either of her amazing locations are available. Again, I can't say it enough....THANK YOU Miss Wanda!!! -The Halsey's

Wanda was great! I had to do some house cleaning before we were comfortable . Everything else went great even locked us out and Wanda was on top of that

This is at least the 6th time we have stayed at this condo and in this unit. The unit is spacious and so is the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We also grill on the outside charcoal grills that are on the floor level. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we have to email or text the condo owner they respond promptly. We plan to stay at this unit again next year.

Love our vacations at WaterCrest. The condo is wonderful and the view is enjoyed from the entire back windows. Best equipped kitchen on the beach.

Wanda was amazing and we had plenty of room and comfort in the condo, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and property is amazing! Shortest walk to the beach we have ever had and pool was never too crowded!

We took the family and had a blast. Room and location was close enough to everything. Charles and Wanda were so good to us and helped us out tremendously. They really care about the people who stay at there property. Would love to rent from them anytime . Thank you so much 😊

Rooms were great as well as the property. The extra elevators for floors 1-6 were a big plus, no waiting. Wanda was very helpful throughout with information and tips about the area. We had some health issues on our last night and she checked up on us after we checked out. Very nice.

The condo was beautiful! TV in each room which was a plus for my family. Kitchen was very well stocked and that was great since we did eat in quite a bit. The view from the balcony was very relaxing. Wanda (owner) was so prompted on everything and I would love to revisit her property in the future.

Had a great time at this property. The place was exactly as advertised, and I had no trouble getting in touch with Wanda when needed. The location was great, and being on the 6th floor of the building was perfect. Things to note: We did have to wear armbands at the pool area, which I’m just not a fan of, but Wanda let us know that in advance. Also I thought lounge chairs were included with rental, but they are not. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Lastly, I really think the mattress on the king bed should be replaced - it dipped on both sides where people sleep most often, which made it very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the property was fantastic and we had a great experience. I would book with this host again.

Overall experience was good. The noise was so loud because of construction from about 8 till 4 or so you couldn’t the balcony. And even inside the noise was annoying. Was a disappointment that our dishwasher was not working.

Property was as listed with everything anyone could ask for. Communication was superb and flawless. Highly recommend!

The location was our favorite area. The suites were large and very comfortable, with a million dollar view. The complex was great, and beach access was a few steps. Everything well maintained, and the fitness room was a real bonus. I used it several times, and it is well equipped, and up-to-date. The condo itself was huge, comfortable, and suited everyone. With TV’s in every room, we could split and watch whatever we wanted. Will try to book this one again.

We loved this place. Ms. Wanda was great to work with, very down to earth, open and honest. The beach was perfect and very quiet. We went during off season so we loved that it wasn't busy. The condo was very clean and my kids loved the window view from the master bedroom because we didn't allow them on the balcony unattended. The beds were amazing and I am now convinced that I NEED. A trash compactor. Now, to convince my husband. 😂� overall, great experience and we will definitely stay again.
