The location and the house were great. Plenty of room for the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Our only issue was the dishwasher was broken and wasn’t getting fixed/replaced until after our trip. Aside from the dishwasher, everything else was great.

Wonderful space for all the young families and their children. Helpful host to help us rent baby equipment needed for the stay. All loved the pool. Saw Dolphins off the dock. Enjoyed walking and jogging around the neighborhood and to/from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Just lovely!!

We’ve stayed at this house before and I so enjoy it! I’d suggest that they pressure wash the porch as there was green algae on the door frames and outdoor carpets.

We enjoyed staying in this fabulous, spacious house! The pool/spa was perfect for the hot summer days after the beach. Loved having the dock out back on a canal, which the boys enjoyed fishing on, and we enjoying renting kayaks and taking them to the islands for finding great shells! The pool table was a highlight of our stay, as well as the large kitchen and outdoor grill with beautiful outdoor dining area. Great location, 15 minute walk to beach access, mini-golf, restaurants, stores. Our family group of 11, ages 5 to 70, really enjoyed our stay at this house!

We had a great time. The house is very equipped. There were 12 adults and a 1 one year old. Loved the house. The only thing that was wrong is we had no power at the dock for our boat. It was not a big thing because we had extension cords with us.

The house was easy to access with the code at check-in. It as also clean and more stocked with bath towels, sheets and beach towels. My family has been renting in Marco for 15 years and this was one of our favorite homes. The negatives were minor, no cold water in the master bath shower, water was too hot to use, the pool never warmed up very much but the hot tub did and there wasn’t a vacuum or mop to clean with. The central vacuum was broken, as as the upright. We had 2 babies and need to sweep every day.

House is nice and in nice neighborhood. Hot tub and pool were nice.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location to the beach was walkable and access to the back canal with the kayaks was a lot of fun. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The property needed a deeper clean and a power wash by the pool. Beach items such as cooler, chairs, umbrella, fishing pole were all there and all broken, some of which were unusable.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation on Marco Island! Would definitely stay here again.

Had to vacate the house for them to show it to a prospective buyer? Was promised a $300.00 credit but have not received anything. We spent a lot of money to enjoy it, but had to change plans for the owner!

I really wish I could write a better review but the bug issue definitely played a big part in our stay. Notified the office when we realized what type of bugs they were. The office was very responsive and said they would call the pest control company as they were due for their yearly spray. Pest control company came out the very next day. We saved one of the bugs we killed so they could see what they were. They didn’t really do anything for the roaches as the company said they had to discuss the issue with the owner. When I voiced my concern about taking these bugs home with us to the rental company they stated the pest company didn’t see any roaches. REALLY, I gave them one in a bag. Plus they came out during the day when German roaches hide. We found 8 one night when we got back after being gone all day. Even took pictures. We found bugs in the master bathroom, one of the beds and all over the kitchen. I just feel as though the rental company should have either offered us different accommodations, weather it was another one of their properties or a local hotel room. Or some money off to cover the cost I incurred to have a pest control company come out to make sure we didn’t bring anything home with us. They tried to tell me that the bugs we were seeing were probably the Florida roaches. My parents live in Florida, I know the difference. Overall, the house was very clean compared to the other reviews who stated otherwise. My only 2 complaints about the cleanliness are the bugs and the sheets. The night we arrived I pulled the sheets back and found 2 dark hairs on the one side of the bed. Thought maybe it could be the cleaners. But when I went to pull the other side down there were two small stains. So I took the sheets off and put new ones on. Washed the sheets the next morning and the stains were gone. While having breakfast with the family. I mentioned the hairs in my bed. One of the other beds had hairs as well. So I am thinking they don’t change the sheets all the time. The towel situation has been rectified. We had PLENTY of towels for a family of 8. Both beach and bath. During our 2 week stay they had 3 other contractors out for different things. I understand with the weekly rentals it’s hard to plan things. The rental company advised that we didn’t not need to be there for the appointments but with COVID and our personal belongings I didn’t feel comfortable leaving. It was just annoying to have so many days interrupted.

More bathroom towels. The use of bikes was nice, but all bikes had flat tires and the pumps didn't seem to work very well. It is also nice that pool toys were available, but many were broken or again flat and didn't hold air. Overall, it was a great location and a great place for a family vacation.

We rented a tritoon for the week and had it delivered and picked up from the house for 100 each way. It made the house the perfect place with quick access to the gulf. Pool was great - we paid the additional 150 for the heat as we had elderly and young kids that much preferred the warm water. Constructive criticisms: Numerous renters indicated that there were not enough towels for a large group. We had 8 people and there were not enough beach towels for everyone to have one. Shower towels were very limited as well. Please add more towels for future renters. The pool: 2 times we noticed a pool cleaner come at 8 am and dump chemicals in the pool - had we not noticed we would not have been informed that you young kids shouldnt be in the water for 4 hours which eliminated the ability for our kids to swim in the morning on those days. Could they come earlier? Could they come at night? At least warn renters. Also gardener with mask was spraying strong chemicals all over back yard while we were in the pool with kids and the wind was blowing it at us. Some things to consider maybe doing that on turnover days instead. Finally, the house was dirty. The entire house needed to be mopped. Walking around the house barefoot resulted in black feet. I gave the house 5 stars for the value (rented in may) and proximity to the gulf. If I paid in season prices, the cleanliness wouldn't have been acceptable.

the house is as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be , great location on a main street but not too busy during the off-season. Plenty of room for four adult couples to have an enjoyable stay but also have room to get away by themselves. A few things that would make the experience even better, The house was clean but there were still a lot of things that had dust on them and you could tell the cleaners rushed through the house when they were cleaning. I’m sure they have a hard time of getting a house that size cleaned in the amount of time they have but then I think they should bring more people to help them. Because the house definitely needed a couple more hours of cleaning before being turned over. I know they have a brand new refrigerator but the icemaker is terrible, we went out and bought some ice trays to fill up the ice maker it never produced very much ice at all the entire time. Also there are two grills that worked but neither one works very well it took a good bit of work to get them working .Also the towels and wash cloths were very limited for having eight people stay in the house. Even with the few issues we had we would still come back and stay there. We had it a very enjoyable time and the house is really beautiful.

The property was outstanding. The home was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. Pool pump went out the first day and it was replaced within 24 hours. The pleasant weather allowed us to spend time outdoors enjoying both the pool and relaxing on the dock. We would clearly recommend this property and will try to rent this home again on our next visit.

I was so happy looking forward to this vacation we were finally going to be able to spend time with our elderly and other family members that because of COVID we were not able to see for a long time. The house was a big disappointment, my family and I stayed from Saturday August 8, 2020 to Saturday August 15, 2020. I wasn’t going to write any reviews, but no one else deserves to go through with what we went through in this house. After settling in the day we checked in, we noticed that the fridge was broken, it was like 10 pm. I rapidly called the management company, but they didn’t work on weekends, so I’d fallowed by calling Vrbo, they were very nice and I was told by the Vrbo operator that in half an hour someone was going to go to fix it. I waited like 2 hours, nobody came, Vrbo lied to me. Called Vrbo again I had to explain everything again, had to make the same story many times, and I told them that they lied to me and they couldn’t answer back with a reason on why they lied. Also the same day I was trying to make dinner. I brought with me an electric skillet, only to find out that most of the power outlets throughout the house didn’t work. It was a hustle to make dinner that night. Also the frying pans of the house were stored dirty with oil residue, outside bbq was dripping oily dirty water. When I went to bed upstairs the sheets were dirty and they didn’t have extra so I had wash them at 2am. The next day was Sunday and someone contacted me from the management company only to tell me that someone was going to fix the issues on Monday. That same Sunday when we saw the pool area with daylight, omg it was filthy, the floors, the doors, the furniture was unusable, the pool had mold in the corners, it was disgusting, this house was So dirty and unkept, that I don’t understand why would they rent a house in that condition. The upstairs bathroom was dirty, the oven filthy, the bedroom vertical blinds didn’t work, upstairs outside terrace dirty as well, the front door was old and dirty, pool light didn’t work, so my pool time was limited, they didn’t have a pool skimmer or a broom to keep the house clean, only a full of dirt vacuum cleaner. On Monday someone came to clean the pool and pool area, that person took the furniture cushions with him, living us until Thursday Without cushions. Couldn’t even enjoy sitting comfortably outside. Two cleaning lady’s came to clean the bathroom and a person came and fixed the fridge. I never felt on vacation

Great location. Nice pool to beat the heat. Nice area at the house to sunbathe. Bikes at the house to use were in good condition. Plus a bonus of a pool table . House was perfect for my family of seven adults and one small child.

The location is PERFECT...and the entire experience couldn't have gone better.

This was everything that was advertised. Very warm and cozy with plenty of room for everyone. Very well equipped with everything you could need and then some! We were very pleased with everything. We would stay here again!
