The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was a good size but too small to be an apartment. The view from the room was of the car park opposite. On the balcony we could see part of the beach.

Great location right on the beach and close to a convenience store. Fully stocked kitchen. Very helpful team who went out of their way to make our stay great.

Beautifully appointed, super comfortable for a family of four. We loved cycling around town and to the beaches.

Bathroom could have been a bit more spacious but not an issue for us.

It was so great that I can’t wait to come back. The room was full of light, very clean, it has everything you need (except for bathrobes and slippers). The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host was very kind. From the moment we arrived, we felt like home. The possibility to get bikes is really great as it facilitates your stay and brings you to the dune du Pilat in 15 min. The drive is so beautiful that you don’t want the road to end)

The possibility to provide slippers and bathrobes. But it is nothing in comparison with what you get.

this family suite has bathroom for disabled hence open shower which is totally fine but would disserte a bit more or better equipment (sink, shelves etc)

Between hotel and cozy appartement, everything was wonderful from the location to the decoration. T ´ feet away from the beach, 7kms from the center of Arcachon and 5 kms from the Dune du Pilat. No car needed, the hotel have great bikes to borrow. I can’t wait to go back.

Very nice apartment in the villa, with breathtaking view of the sea. The location is great, close to the beach and grocery store. Also nearby restaurants, although some of them closed because of pandemic. We were welcomed with a fruit basket cold water in the fridge( you know how good is after a hot day). The staff was great, rapidly check in and check out, very helpful, even printing our boarding tickets for the flight. The apartment has everything, cooking amenities ( we did not used) , very comfy to have breakfast on the terrace. Good toiletries and loved the books . Overall a very nice stay. Pyla sur mer is a quit , wonderful village by the see, we will came back.

Perfect location seconds from the beach, bang in between the famous sand dunes of Pyla and Arcachon town. The cleverly built in kitchenette which included a dishwasher , hob , microwave and good size fridge meant we could eat our own breakfast on our balcony , prepare a picnic lunch etc . The property is not cheap but the fact that you don’t have to eat every meal out makes it much better value than you might think . The bed was incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows . Masses of storage and overall a very nice design . It was also very quiet . We loved using the properties free to use bicycles . The reception staff were very helpful and attentive . I cannot wait to go back .
