The host's friedliness and the cozy feeling of the place. We forgot our piece in the room when we checked out. The host tried to reach us in a very timely manner.

Very warm welcome. The host responded to our requests and breakfast before the actual times was not a problem. A very lovingly furnished room with a lot of love for detail. The whirlpool is awesome, with a view of the lake and right next to a waterfall.

This is like a hotel so no access to a full kitchen or a sink. If you have a baby or kids, bring water accordingly.

The property was beautiful. Well maintained. A beautiful hot tub, portch, lake with canoes, fabulous breakfast with regional ingredients. They helped us with our hiking spots and even made us reservations at a reasonable restaurant overlooking the St Lawrence. Highly recommend. Oh and bed is super comfy.

Amazing auberge! Serve amazing full breakfast. Alexandre is amazing in his preparation of the breakfast and in his advice on where to go. Very clean auberge. We rented the Noyee suite with private entrance. There is a kitchenette included. Counter, sink, microwave, mini fridge, dishes and utensils., coffee maker. There is a small table and 2 chairs. There is also acces to lake across the street for kayaking and a jacuzzi to end your day. The cafe upstairs is fabulous for the coffees! I love there cafe latte! Amazing homeade pies and their grilled cheese, country bread and local cheese, oh my!! If you are in the area this is the place to stop for your coffee! The property is well maintained and totally relaxing. Lots of spots to sit and enjoy, terrace close to cafe, picnic tables and Adirondack chairs well spaced out. It is well located for going to provincial park haute gorge, approx 30 min or so. So it was perfect for us! Thank you to the Bergerons family for a wonderful stay! 😊

The location is a bit out of the way, away from from local IGA or grocery store. So make sure you bring everything you need. Stores are 10 minutes by car not very far but its highway. Also important to note, mid August many of the restaurants are understaffed and only take reservations. Many of the students are done for summer, so its hard to get into the nicer restaurants.

This is absolutely charming place to stay, don't hesitate to book if it is available. Unit is super comfortable, very well decorated, feels cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Incredible host family - very warm, welcoming, exceeding all your expectations. I particularly want to mention breakfast experience (quality ingredients, presentation) - the best meals we had during our stay in QC. Beautiful surroundings, I imagine it is especially good for an autumn stay. We also purchased few artisan products from the little shop they have at the cafeteria, granola and balsamic vinegar are absolutely special!
