Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang durch das Personal vor Ort.

Im Bezug auf das mir zugeordnete Zimmer muss ich leider sagen, dass es an Sauberkeit mangelte. Der Teppichboden schien nicht gesaugt gewesen zu sein. Stau-/Wollmäuse, Papierreste sowie Reste von Kleidungsverpackungen (z.B. Etiketten) lagen auf dem Boden. An den Wänden Spinnweben, auf den Fußleisten Staub (der länger sitzt oder angebacken ist). Der Tepichboden hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, daher auch entsprechend einige Flecken, die zum Gesamtbild nicht zuträglich sind. Die im Kühlschrank (Minibar) zur Verfügungen gestellten Getränke waren abgelaufen (z.B. Cola im November 23).

Nettes , freundliches , zuvorkommendes Personal . Von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt war alles einfach und gut durchorganisiert. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Gibt keine Beanstandungen ! Für uns war es schön .

Breakfast was very German. Cold buffet plus scrambled egg. On the first morning we came down half an hour before the advertised end and the breakfast buffet had all been cleared away. They said they had forgotten about us. We were given chocolate bunnies on Easter Sunday which was a nice gesture. Hotel has plenty of parking, and is right in the middle of Lobberich, in a quiet location, . A v pleasant small town. Nice walks 4 mins away around scenic lakes. Bed comfortable, but altho there was a fridge in the room, there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facility and the hotel only serves breakfast. Bit tricky over Easter when all shops are shut Easter Friday, Sunday and Monday.

Ensuite bathroom desperately in need of an extractor fan. Poor ventilation meant bedroom windows were dripping in condensation every morning. We stayed for 4 days and opened the windows every morning once we realised the problem but the windows were still totally condensed up every morning. The hotel is overpriced for what you get. Slightly old fashioned. It was the only hotel with vacancies at short notice over Easter, chosen for its location, in proximity to our son who lives locally. Small hotel. Only a part time breakfast waitress spoke English. Tricky for communication at other times when only other member of staff is the receptionist.

the staff was so welcoming. they made us feel right at home. it is very clean and the breakfasts that were served we amazing and in an adorably decorated room. we will definitely stay here again.
