Great space for a family or friend holiday as there are spaces (indoor and out) for everyone to get together but also to be a part in privacy. The house has all that may be needed to enjoy and to entertain. The place has very nice location close to the beach but is not a stand alone house, it is part of a subdivision with very close neighbours on all sides. The clean-up requirements we felt were excessive especially given the check-out time which essentially meant getting everyone up early, spending your last day to follow instructions to prepare the house for the cleaners and leaving by 10am. We also felt that a check-out of 12 would be more reasonable for a holiday stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Flinders property. The facilities were great and the location just a short walk to the beautiful Flinders beach. The property immediately has a home feeling to it when you walk in. It is deceivingly spacious from the front which is perfect when you have a group of people staying there, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house was filled with all the necessities you need for short stay and the convenience of being a short walk from town. Highly recommended this property, loved it.

We had the best weather. So we made good use of the pool and outdoor area. It was definitely the best place we have ever stayed it’s just made our weekend better. The stander is set high for any other house we stay at from Now on.

We couldn't have asked for a more spacious and beautiful place for our short family getaway. Just minutes from the beach and shops (walking). Kitchen was fully equipped and lovely to have all other necessities provided (shampoo, soap, linen, towels, hand wash, laundry detergent). The online listing and photos were accurate. My only comment is the house could have been a bit cleaner - it wasn't terrible but could be cleaned to a higher standard. Nevertheless, would definitely come back to stay.

The property was perfect for our family weekend away. The house is beautifully designed with many great features that caters to all. The outdoor entertainment was a stand out. Thanks for having us.

Beautifully and cleverly designed family home that gave each of us our own space, including our teenage kids and my mum, but also provided lovely opportunities for us to come together by the fire and for games and lovely local walks. Everything was considered and made easy.
