Well appointed, tidy property in a great, quiet location. And our dog loved it too!

Beautiful holiday home. Nice and clean newly renovated. Lots of natural light and house layout flows really well. Convenient to shops and everything you need for a relaxing break. Very easy for an elderly person to have a holiday there. The seafood shop right across the road was a bonus. Owner Donna was so helpful with any questions or concerns. Will definitely be back.

We arrived with our toy pomeranian,everything was as Donna said it was.Commuication great. Home lovely and clean,everything you need was there.lovely white Sheridan bath linen.Even a family of 4 frogmouth owls good fishing.Thank you Donna and David,for a neat clean tidy home,we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful getaway for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs. Loved sitting on front deck to watch the water and sea birds Dogs enjoyed having a park across the road and loved walking around Swansea

Cockroaches came out of the room, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. The daily amount of hot water is limited, so it stops when a certain amount is used. For the first time in my life, I took a cold shower in the winter and caught a cold.

Cottage was very clean, cosy and conveniently located to Caves Beach, coffee shops, Woolies, RSL, parks, Swansea Boardwalk. The front deck overlooks the gorgeous lake and is home to a family of Pelicans. Our girls loved the surroundings and we managed to do lots in the two days we were there. Donna is a lovely and responsive host. So glad we found this property!

Nice tidy/clean little house with open plan living. Kitchen had everything we needed with shops a short drive away. Pet friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable & clean cottage in a quiet location, had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice linen, comfy bed and great shower too. Our dog loved the large fenced grassy yard. We walked the dog everywhere we went, except for a short drive to Caves Beach for the dog off leash area.

Awesome that it’s pet friendly and secure for the pets in the backyard. Beautiful view of the lake across the road. Supermarkets, clubs, shops close by. Very homely clean well presented property. All facilities that you have at home. Definitely stay again and recommend it.

Much needed getaway for our 10yr anniversary. This place is gorgeous. Water right across the road, perfect location, super close to everything! Food is amazing, people are really nice. A very chilled and laid back experience for you, your family and your fur babies. We will be coming here again!

Just wonderful - comfortable, clean .. everything one could want in the most beautiful location. Accessible to the lake and numerous beaches, a perfect place to relax!! Absolutely loved our stay.

Very clean, new glamorous bathroom with twin shower heads in large shower. Decent kitchen with full sized fridge, bedroom had large wardrobe with hanging space and shutters on windows to keep room dark. Blankets and doona available to cater for all temps. Good sized TV and powerful air cond which cooled main area quite quickly. Very good backyard for our dogs, securely fenced. 5 mins drive to Swansea Bay Beach for superb safe swimming for families. Off street parking. Quiet location looking to lake.

Unfortunately my stay was ruined by the host who was extremely rude and not at all focused on ensuing we (my 19yr old daughter and I) had a pleasant stay. I hadn’t heard from the host so I followed up to get the access details- she later claimed my phone was out of service, which wasn’t true as I’d had numerous calls that day. Personally, I don’t go around checking beds have sheets on them- I assume they are made up so we can just go to sleep if we get in late, however the second bed wasn’t made up which I mentioned politely to the host the next morning - mainly so she washed the undercover my daughter slept on, for the next guests. This caused the host to send me a deluge of email abuse because she expected we’d only use one bed- she doesn’t like making up the second bed apparently. I felt the host was only interested in the money, her 5 star rating and ensuing we were out by 10am sharp. It was certainly not a relaxing stay, from the tone of her deluge of emails I was worried she’d damage my car or do something else crazy, it was a very odd and unpleasant experience.

Property was as described very clean and tidy and perfect for our getaway with our dog. Great position with fantastic view and sunsets. Easy walking tracks and close to all amenities looking forward to a return trip.

Lovely clean and tidy home with amazing view, everything close by. loved having my morning coffee on the front porch looking over the lake. Donna was very accomadating, always quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend. Rachel

Took our two small dogs for their first ever holiday - this property was perfect for our needs and the dogs loved it! Swansea is a flat area, and there's some great walking paths right near the house. Amazing views of the lake from the lounge room and front deck. Property was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. The workers club up the road does takeaway meals which was perfect for a few dinners. The backyard is huge, with nice grass, shade and a secure fence. The only slight issue was one of our dogs was obsessed with going under the house, would be nice if there was some sort of barrier to stop this occurring. Highly recommend a stay here! We will be back :)

Perfect location. Across the road from the lake and fisherman's co-op. Couldn't be better!!
