Good view; Cozy house. Our family of 5 had a great time. Enjoyed the hot tub!

We have stayed in a lot of places and this home was fantastic! The view was stellar. We had some issues with entry that were resolved asap. Vacasa was very responsive including delivering some hand and dish towels. We also alerted Vacasa that one of the main tri-fold doors to the beach wouldn’t open (we preferred not to have them fix things while we were there) and that the shed that houses the ping pong table had lock that wouldn’t open. Only challenge that was not in the control of Vacasa, is that there was some construction down the road and the pounding could be felt in the house. Regardless of the above, we all agree we would return ( a first for us!)

My family had a great time at this beautiful beach front home. The property actually looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Great location. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our mini-vacation! We knew we were going to spend lots of time at the house so wanted a home right on the beach! You cannot beat this amazing view and location.

We enjoyed our stay, the home is lovely and the location is outstanding. We felt at home and the staff is very attentive when questions arise. We would come here again without hesitation.

Beautiful house in a quiet area right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay there, but we would have liked the finishing touches to be a little more luxurious considering the high price we paid to rent the place for less than 48 hours. The dishware was chipped and old. Pots and pans, utensils and cooking materials were old and worn too. None of the outlets in the upstairs master worked. The bedding was basic, and the mattresses were hard. The exterior door handles on the bi-folding doors facing the beach were wrapped in duct tape, presumably to protect them from rusting, but not very attractive. The lock on the storage container that housed the ping pong table was rusted and didn’t unlock easily (it took multiple tries and a phone call to the property manager). The ping pong table has seen better days. The biggest issue though related to the main door on the bi-folding doors leading out to the beach, which we struggled to lock every time we tried. It appears to need repair or maintenance, as it doesn't seem locked when it’s locked, and it didn’t seem secure. As well, we asked for a check out later than 10 am and there was zero flexibility. Overall, we had a great weekend and enjoyed the house, but I think the house was overpriced for the quality of the finishing touches and the level of service we received.

Beautiful home right on the sand. Only complaint was the cookware was old and scratched up. Some simple good quality cookware and dishes would go a long way. Other than that a great time was had.

The only weird thing was that given the amazing professional appliances in that beautiful kitchen someone PLEASE for the LOVE OF COOKING head to Costco and buy: new cookware(the scratched old non-stick was scary), sheet pans, new utensils, serving bowls (we cooked but NO where to put your food), 2-3 platters (plastic is not cool), new flatware and NEW plates. Cracked and chipped plates are unhygienic. Seriously just throw out all the plastic and gross old stuff. Amazing house, amazing location, great beach AND it could be even better (especially for what you $$$/night!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We loved our entire stay. Full kitchen, amazing views, great bedrooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Definitely will be back!

The property was on the beach in Oxnard. I don't think of Oxnard as typical beach location but it was a beautiful spot--wide sandy beach without any crowds (only a few scattered people on beach despite being holiday weekend, President's Day.) The property was modern, light and bright with wide windows that opened up completely to the beach. Jacuzzi was nice. No propane for the gas grill but huge oven in the kitchen made up for it. Would definitely go back again.

We make this trip every year but this was our first time renting this property. I think it will be our new favorite. No complaints and nothing but compliments!

highly recommend! very clean and spacious! great for a small group.
