Really close proximity to the beach. Wonderful, large wrap around deck with a view. Kitchen was well stocked & the air conditioner was phenomenal!!

Ceiling fans and vents don’t get cleaned regularly (maybe not ever) otherwise the place was clean and a good spot overall!

At this point, there were no problems. A very delightful stay.

The house was clean and more than enough to satisfy our needs. Made our annual family vacation great!

The house was great! We had 3 families. We love the bunks in the rooms so that each family could have their own room. We didn’t realize how close it was to a restaurant. Very convenient! We would’ve considered going there for a meal instead of bringing all of our food. Super close to the beach. Just a warning though, Saturdays do get busy, so it’s best to stake your claim on the beach way early in the morning (before 9am)!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was in an excellent location, very clean, with plenty of space for everyone.

This was a great property. I booked it as a nonlocal who was planning a trip with family that included locals. All agreed it was a great location with easy access to the beach whenever we wanted to go for a quick walk or swim. I recommend this to anyone with a family.

Great experience, loved the sand, wind and waves! Very much enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We filled the house up and had plenty of room for meals and hanging out.

We had a total of 10 people stay for a week long vacation, we really enjoyed the house and location!

My low rating of the check in process was because I was supposed to receive a e-mail with the key lock box code between 2 & 4 pm on my check in day. Well I did not. So i called the property mgr and it was like there was no record of my booking. My name and confirmation number meant nothing, she just wanted the name of the property. After that they were very helpful and were on site in minutes, opened the lock box for me. After that the place was great !!!

We had such a good time. Loved the property and location. We had a few problems like a toilet breaking, but was fixed immediately. We want to stay here again. Thank you!

We usually go to Bolivar and wanted to see what Surfside was like since we had friends staying for the weekend already. This particular property was perfect because all the restaurants were walking distance. The house itself had plenty of room and everything we needed. If I returned to Surfside I’d rent this home. It definitely is nicer than most the homes we saw.

Th layout was perfect for our very large Easter celebration weekend. Great view of the beach.

We like the property in general a lot, layout, furniture, decorations, location so good and we had good fun we would like to come again sure. But need to mention couple issues: there were couple little cok roaches we saw in the house, didn't bother us much probably they do pest control and need to do often.. No shampoo, hair dryer or soup!! Utensils kitchen tools are ok. Property managers responds very good, there was rusted grill we couldn't use and told the managers, they brought brand new grill in couple hours time, we really appreciate that. I recommend everybody for sure.

The property was in a great location it was an easy walk to the beach. We were able to order food from surrounding restaurants and walk to pick it up. The porch was a great place for the kids to run around and there is windows all the way around the house for the parents to see them. The only warnings I have: there are stickers in the grass, and lots of mosquitoes under the house. But these things did not ruin our stay.

We had a most wonderful time at the Grey Goose. Just two house away from the beach. The house is beautiful and has beautiful views of the water. You can watch the sunset and sunrise from the porch !! Highly recommend!!!

Were we satisfied with they stay? Absolutely. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Read each section for the good/bad: Location - beach access less than 100 yards. (you can drive on). Is it super busy? Not really since it's more of a side-street access and not a main access point. There's a good restaurant across the street where you can dine-in or get take-out. It's not super far down Hwy 257 if you drive in from 288. Makes for a quick exit home on check-out day. Parking: Ample parking underneath the house. We only had 3 cars so we didn't need any more than that. BEWARE of a mosquito infestation underneath during the warmer months. The foundation slab isn't angled, so water has pooled up underneath. Algae has grown. It's slippery in some spots. It's prime breeding ground for mosquitoes. The house: Great setup for families. I don't need to sell you on that. You can see the setup from the photos. - The beds: they aren't comfortable even with the foam-top or whatever it was. They squeak, so expect to wake your partner up if you have to use the restroom during the middle of the night. Was tired enough from the day though, so slept anyways. - The kitchen: wide open. Plenty of glasses / silverware / plates / cooking utensils / pots / pans / whatever. THE WATER FROM THE FRIDGE IS TERRIBLE. You'll want to bring your own bottled water. It's that bad - Washer / Dryer in the unit (in the kitchen corner) is a great addition. - Living room: Two couches (I think one pulls out). Comfortable to sit on. But who is gonna spend a lot of time on the couch when you're at the beach?? - Outside patio: LOVED IT. Huge wrap around patio with plenty of seating. Drink coffee while watching the sunrise and finish the day off with bourbon watching the sunset over the bay. Communication from the property management group was perfect. Timely responses (super quick actually). We had one issue (garbage disposal wasn't working, might have been user error). It was fixed within an hour. Things to know BEFORE you decide to rent: - ZERO toilet paper. Usually some places (even hotels) have 1 roll of TP on the roll, and then 2 under the sink in case you run out. Nope. BYOTP - ZERO shampoo / soap for showers - even hotels provide a sample size. - LINEN FEE to put the sheets on your own bed. They're left inside the door in a bag. P R I C E Y - WATER taste I get that the above aren't deal breakers, but 100% of the VRBO/AirBnb/Hotels I've stayed in provide the small things.

This is a very well maintained property. It has a nice modern kitchen and great views out the many windows. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked but everything else about the property was top notch.

The house was great, comfortable and easy to move around in even with 6 people. The deck is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach. Great amount of dishes in the kitchen and a pretty good selection of kitchen utensil necessity items but not enough kitchen towels come with the linens so bring some with you. But we had a great family vacation!

Place was beautiful the only thing was code they gave me didn’t work .. But someone came and help me out ..

Nice property. Good location. Annoyed that we paid so much in fees ($1000 more than list price for cleaning, service, owner, etc.) and still had to put on our own sheets, take off our own sheets, unload the dishwasher, and clean the floors. You need to warn people that there won't be toilet paper or soap. Again, what are all the fees for?? A gas grill would be nice.

I was very upset to leave in the middle of the night on Sat, as my family member at home was being taken to the emergency room, but while we were there, we loved every second.
