A great location on Marco Island and the perfect direction for the pool to face. If you want a lot of sun, this is a great spot. Quiet and ideal for relaxing around the pool. The house is a bit worn as others have mentioned but the host is responsive and the property is clean. When the sun sets the hot tub is a great place to relax. Very close to Tigertail beach and well stocked with beach and pool toys, floaties, carts and bikes.

We stayed for a week at this property in July. Peter was very prompt, generous and responsive to a housekeeping issue. Property does need updating, however, did not affect enjoying our time together as a family. Pool deck did have standing water after raining or people getting out of pool. Had to sweep it off so no one would slip and fall. Pool guy was very nice and friendly. Kitchen had all the necessities to cook meals in. Denim seating area was very comfy. Did not use other living area. Location was wonderful to stores , beach , and water. Bikes were a bit old but they did the job. We rode them almost every day. Very quiet location. Boat dock looked well kept (did not use the lift). Lots of fishing items, chairs, and pool toys. Lots of towels and beach towels to use. Washer and dryer worked well. Provided laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and dish soap. Overall, had a good time together with family.

Our family had a great time, the house is closed to beach and main street . We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

My family really enjoyed staying here - this was our first visit to Marco Island. Upon entering the house, we fell in love with all the views and doors out to the pool and canal. The window out to the pool was one of our favorite features. The inside is not super updated and the garbage disposal did not work (seems like that could have been an easy fix), but the location and amenities made up for those. My kids LOVED all the pool toys in the garage and we really appreciated the beach cart. We walked one day to the beach from the house and it was about a mile. The next day we drove and it was about a 1/2 mile walk. It was also really nice that the back of the house was on a separate AC unit than the front of the house. Really this house had all you could ask for and we would love to come back and stay again sometime!

Friendly layout with enclosed pool and hot tub. The bathroom access immediately adjacent to pool is brilliant! Fully functional kitchen with all necessary dining wear, cookware, utensils. Improvements to the three mattresses in the front bedrooms would have taken our rating to a 5. We had to buy a mattress topper to allow us to sleep nights 2-7. Had to add water to the pool and hot tub 5 of 7 days which keep the temps refreshing. The stool alcove in the Master bathroom is very tight for a plus sizes adult to use. All things considered, would likely rent again with off season rates and mattress topper in hand!

Host Peter is the most detailed and organized person in history. There are labels and instructions for most things in the home. Th house is a little older and could use some updating, but to use, it was perfect. The beds are comfortable, the A/C is functional, the pool is clean and awesome, the location is perfect, and the house is clean. Easy walk to Tigertail Beach. Peter is super responsive, and if you look at the cost compared to a hotel, this place is a total win-win. 5 stars for sure!

We truly enjoyed this home and its location. The home has plenty of room and had bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool rafts, you name it!

Our family enjoyed the time we spent here, it was quiet and yet entertaining for our kids who are 8 and 15...they spent most of the time in the pool and w enjoyed the openness and space of the place. It was also clean and had the amenities needed to enjoy our time. Restaurants and shopping were close by too. Peter, the owner, was easy to contact if needed.

The property has a great locating being very quiet and within minutes from TigerTail Beach and numerous resteraunts. Ample amenities including bikes, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. We really enjoyed the pool and the propane grill. Peter (the owner of the property) communicated with us every step of the way. Check-in and check-out was easy. Thank you Peter!

From beginning to end, renting this home was so easy. Owner Peter was always open and available, willing to answer questions. Upon check in, there is a book with all of the details of the property. Everything from what water level the pool should be kept at to things to do in the area. All of the light switches are labeled in the home. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Tigertail Beach and close to plenty of places to eat. Very quiet neighborhood, which was good for my fiance and I. We are not party people and liked the chance to relax. House was spotlessly clean. Felt very safe during the pandemic. Very little to do upon check out. Just wash the sheets and towels that you used. Put out the trash and recycling as requested but that is common courtesy. Overall, it was an excellent trip and a beautiful home. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect durning our visit. The private pool was very relaxing and being able to fish right off the dock was great. The home is in a very accessible area for shopping or taking a short bike ride to the beach. The house is equipped with all the necessities you need for a relaxing vacation. We came all the way from Switzerland with our 3 kids to travel around Florida. We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful house. The only thing that bothered us was that we didn't have much more time to spend at this wonderful place. Everything was just perfect. The kids loved the pool and the plenty of space in the house. Location was great! To us an American Dream came true ;-) The house is very clean and very well equipped. Washmaschine, bikes, beachtowls, kitchen with everything you need… Like already told in an other review; owner was great and responded immediately to any questions before and during our stay! This was my third time with vrbo and my husbands first. He was skeptical but as soon as we walked in the house he couldn't believe it. The house was very clean and spacious and very beautiful. We didn't need the 3 bedrooms but was the same price as hotel rooms. The pool was fantastic and we used the hot tub once. Was close to beach and shopping and good restaurants. Very convenient. The house had everything you could think of and more. We will definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you Peter for a wonderful house.

I will definitely come back and will recommend this property to all my family and friends! I’ve been to a couple houses in the past for vacations and this has been the best one. The house is fully equipped!!! It has everything you can think of for kids, for the guys that love fishing, etc. The owner is very responsible and responds immediately! The house is better when you are there in person, the pictures have nothing to do with what I saw myself in person, super comfortable. The kids, myself and my husband had the best stay ever!!! This is what vacations really have to feel like!! I’m in love with this property! cleanliness is a BIG plus, everything was super clean and neat when we arrived. The view from the lanai was beautiful! The wash machine broke and Peter had a new washer and dryer delivered the same day. Thank you Peter!!

This house has everything you need. We have rented houses before and we were really impressed with the amenities of this home. The pool and hot tub were older, but in great working order. We had friends visit and had plenty of room for two families. The grill was brand new and the pool lounge chairs very comfortable. We ate all our meals poolside at the outside table. My son spent countless hours fishing off the dock. He caught a lot of catfish, but also a few jack fish, a gar, and sheepshead. They shell frozen bait shrimp at the Publix down the road. There were poles in the garage, but the reels were not in working order. We had brought a travel pole and did end up purchasing one reel that we left behind. In the garage there are pool toys, sand toys, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Seriously it was everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked nicely with enough pans and cooking items. Even Tupperware for when we made sandwiches to take to the beach which is in walking distance. Beware you need to wade through water to get to the nice part of the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and get out of the Midwest winter and this house was perfect for our family. We will definitely consider coming back.

We loved this 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The screened in pool was great. The home was very clean. There were bikes & helmets in the garage along with a supply of like new pool/beach toys. We rode our bikes on the streets in the neighborhood & to Tigertail beach (free to get in on a bike). The main streets have wide sidewalks that are marked for walkers/strollers/bikes to share the sidewalk. We were a short drive to shelling/dolphin tour in Goodland. We drove a little over an hour to the Shark Valley tram tour in Everglades National Park. Less than an hour to Everglades City which has eco tours/fishing/airboat rides & stone crab market.

We will stay here again. Location is perfect, the house has everything you need. Peter was quick with responses. You won’t be disappointed!
