We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful beach (really amazing and quiet!) and nice pool. The construction did not bother us. We wished there were more lounge chairs on the lawn. Betty (manager) sends lots of emails with info about the island which is great but DOES NOT respond to emails with questions. I sent several with no response so I'll answer those questions in this review Incase others are wondering. First the condo is not air conditioned which at first was hard but we got used to it. As long as you could have both doors open there is a nice ocean breeze. There are 2 coolers in the closet. There are basic spices in the cabinet. There is a roll away bed in the closet which would have been nice to know before we bought an air bed at target (our kids don't like to sleep in same bed). There are beach chairs in the closet and there are snorkel fins the deck box. The condo is somewhat dated in looks but it's clean. You don't go to Hawaii to sit inside! There are also 4 nice beach towels in the closet (it's a big closet!!) The condo has plenty of bath towels. Snorkeling is good right in front of the condo but bring your own snorkel mask and air tube. The food trucks near by are good. We went to the Luau called Toa Luau and it was good. The north shore is beautiful(mountains and ocean) with plenty to do....we'll be back and wouldn't mind staying in the same place. (Oh and we were glad we rented a car)

Great place to stay but book once the construction is done. We would stay again!

Steps from a beautiful, quiet beach- amazing! Property nice. No shampoo, only 1 bar of soap & not enough toilet paper for 5 nights. Good communication with property manager before stay, but not responsive during stay. Step by step check in instructions very helpful. Unit in good condition. Property a little “grimy”, but overall a great experience!

The location is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The building is undergoing renovations so there was some construction noise during the week but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn’t too bad. The condo itself was equipped for a pleasant stay, allowing us to prepare our own meals when we wanted to and get some laundry done before we left. The bed was comfortable.

We really loved staying at this place. Although the building was under construction, the unit itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and very quiet. I think that if we had planned to stay on the property all day the construction noise would have bothered us, however, we used this space more as a home base and were gone during construction times. By the time we would return in the late afternoon the crew would be gone and we could enjoy some peaceful time on the beach. There were many other families staying there as well which gave this a really nice vibe. I highly recommend!

Very clean unit and centrally located on the east side of the island. Kitchen was well equipped. Only drawbacks were the repair work on the building, which the owner informed me of before my trip, and the non working window in the bedroom which, if opened, could have provided a much appreciated cross breeze through the unit.

The condo was perfect! One large bedroom, nice kitchen area for preparing meals, nice living room, and perfect lanai for watching the sunrise. Currently doing exterior building remodeling Monday thru Friday but it did not diminish our experience. Snorkeling infinity of the condo was great! We saw 2 turtles on the beach and many types of fish while snorkeling. Is a small drive to different activities but very quiet and the 100 foot walk to the private beach was wonderful. The owner was incredible ! Can’t say enough about her. She knows some neat places to visit. We definitely will stay here the next time we visit.
