Beautiful and clean condo on the gulf. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Sally was very kind and quick to respond. Looking forward to our next trip!

Our family had a wonderful time! Sally made everything super easy and was very responsive. The beach front condo was clean and as described in pictures and writing. The location was convenient to everything and wasn’t over crowded or loud, even during Fourth of July week. It was great to be on the same floor as the reserved, covered parking space and easy to take the stairs to the indoor and outdoor pool, beach, indoor deli/convenient store, and restaurant. The front row reserved beach chairs with an umbrella was awesome. The entire stay made it easy with two young kids. We will be back!

I had quite a few questions for Sally before we checked to her condo. She answered quickly with the answers. As we were told in the email kitchen is stocked with the minimum. The one thing i was worried about was coffee in the morning sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. We did have a few double red flag days so we opted to use the pools on resorts. When we were finally ready to head to the beach Sally had chairs and a beach umbrella reserved for us. The trip was amazing! Maybe we can make it back

My husband and I were pleased with our stay here. The host was quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions we had. This was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed and I’m very picky about cleanliness. We would come back again!

Everything was great.

This condo was clean & had the perfect lower level view that we love! The resort was very crowded over the holiday weekend but after the holiday it was much more manageable so we would stay here again. The owners assigned parking spot made this the best condo as we could quickly get from the parking garage to the condo without having to take an elevator. Sally was an excellent host!

Everything as described by host. Loved being on 3rd floor. Unfortunately rain and double red flags so could not go in gulf but utilized the pool. The staff we very helpful at the condo as well.

Everything about our stay in this unit was great! The view was beautiful, the ease of parking with a reserved spot was nice. It was easy to load and unload our vehicle without having to get on an elevator as the unit is on the same floor. The condo was everything as described by the owner. The owner was very responsive in a timely manner with my questions. We deifinitely recommend this unit for your vacation!

We loved this property. Place was clean and very modern. We also loved the chairs on the balcony. They were very comfortable to sit in for hours. In addition the host was super easy to get in touch with if you need them.

We spent a week here for spring break and enjoyed it. We love the views, the H2O bar and grill, and the staff! I recommend the Majestic over and over again.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

You can ignore any review comments about the parking since there is a brand new system in place—it was awesome—just drive in and the camera reads your license plate and the gate lifts. Super simple. The place was exceptionally clean. Everything was as described for what was included. I was glad I took dish cloths to wash dishes and wipe counters so I didn’t need to use paper towels. The chairs definitely recline. I didn’t realize this was a resort where you had to wear rubber wrist bands. The owner responds instantly to any message. The written information is a bit overwhelming—I’d love to rewrite it with essential info and then warnings and such at the bottom. Also this is a bit more of a party beach than I realized (my fault for not researching and it was “spring break”) and I could hear vehicles revving and people were loud outside of the bedroom. But overall the condo couldn’t be any nicer!

What could have been a great, month long stay at a beautiful condo on the beach was ruined by a large group of people playing loud music for hours just about every day. I can’t say enough good about the condo itself - great location, clean, well decorated, great parking spot, everything worked well, etc., however for much of our stay, a large group of retired snowbirds played loud music right below us making it impossible to sit on the balcony to listen to the ocean or read a book. We complained three times to no avail. The HOA and security decided they couldn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t ’quiet hours’. The condo owner was very responsive and tried to help us, but to no avail. From talking with others, it sounds like this rowdy group has been here in prior years during February. Safe to say, we will not be renting a space in the Majestic during February (or any other month for that matter) for the foreseeable future. Too bad, cause, as I said, the condo and owner were great.

We came during a cloudy, windy week. Not your fault. I registered my rental car as soon I picked it up. Somehow the info never made it to the security desk at the garage. Every single time we came back I had to tell each different guard that I paid. Show them the e-mail from you and they let me in. They were doing construction in the condo next to us. In the middle of the night 2:45am some alarm went off real load. Sounded like a saw or drill over a speaker. It finally was turned off. The condo itself was beautiful and just like described.

Great condo in a perfect location. Clean, easy access to beach and many amenities, and dedicated parking. Owners super responsive. We will be back!

Property was very nice and well maintained.

Everything was perfect until the motorcycle rally came to town! Loved looking out to the beach and being able to walk to it in a matter of minutes. Condo had everything we needed, was very clean and seemed very new.

Clean and walking distance to several places

I booked this condo for my husband, myself and our two sons. One is 20 and the other 9. We had a minor issue with the television in the bunk room. I sent the owner a message and she was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed in the kitchen. (Except a pizza pan. May want to invest in one of those) The included, reserved parking was a game changer! It was on the floor we stayed on so no need for elevators. The beach service was included as well. When we had to take the elevator, such as to the beach, they were very quick. We never waited for for than 1 minute, at most. I was already looking to see if they were booked for next fall break. Absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely book again. Thanks, Sally, for hosting. It was a great week!

We loved this property! The easiest check in experience we have ever had with a condo. The reserved parking spot made everything so convenient. The reserved beach chairs was my favorite part! We will be back next year!
