We were 2 families: 4 adults and 4 kids under 12yrs old. This place was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! We were close enough to ski all day and pop into the condo for all of our meals. Also loved that the kids could walk out and play in the snow within view from the living room. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. The only thing the shower in the master bedroom bathroom had the top rail come loose. Hard to slide doors.

This condo is a gem! Location is wonderful and ski in / ski out access is perfect and SO easy! Unit is appointed beautifully with everything you will need for cooking, relaxing after a full day of skiing and spending quality family time together! David, the owner is very easy to communicate with and responds immediately to any requests. A great and comfortable stay and highly recommend!

Apartment is on 1st floor right next to ski in/out door near Giant Steps Lift. Parking garage was great. Great location, easy access to slopes, apartment had what we needed for the most part. We had a hard time getting the door code to work, but the owner was quick to respond and helped us out. We will definitely rent here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Kitchen was fully equipped, sleds for the children to play outside, wood for the fireplace in the garage and nice and bright because of the many windows which give a beautiful view on the slopes and the nearby snow tube park. It was very convenient to ski directly out of the apartment to the Giant Steps ski lift and back to the apartment again for lunch. Definitely recommend this place!

This condo was fantastic and had a great location. 1st floor, underground parking, next to the laundry room and direct access to the slope (if you are on a snowboard you may have to skate a little to get the lift). Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The communication was outstanding!! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family ski vacation

Great location, comfortable, worked well for us and our 2 grandkids. Underground parking was highly useful in the blizzard that came through. Communication category should have an NA option since we did not have any communication but none was needed

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with tons of cookware, utensils, etc. a huge plus since we cooked all our meals in the condo. The location was great, walk over to the slopes and the lodge. Covered parking in the garage was also a plus since it snowed a lot while we were there! Overall great stay, thank you!

This is our third time at this property! It has an ideal location, the property is always cleaned and the owner is always responsive!

Great location slope-side; easy access, immaculately clean and comfortable. Newly remodeled & well equipped. Best of the four Brian Head condos we’ve rented over the last 5 years.

Great stay. Little issue with the thermostat but the owner was very prompt in resolving the issue.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights. This condo was incredibly clean. We felt at home and very comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the ski lift, coffee shop, general store and pizza restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place

Excellent communication with owner! Property is exactly as represented and a very good value. Super clean and close to everything (Brian Head is very small but it was nonetheless convenient to the little groceries and the pizza and Thai restaurants.) Very nice having 2 full bathrooms for our family of 4. Incredibly comfortable and spacious sofa and we had no problem using the smart TV to stream our Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max. Internet connectivity was very good. This building is dated but the unit is totally updated and we were happy to have covered parking. We used the coin laundry which is right next door to the unit and works well - one cycle in the dryer dried everything in our full load. Ski storage is in the hall right outside of the door which was also very convenient. This location would be ski in/out for advanced skiers but our kids are only green/blue skiers and couldn't quite make it, but it is so convenient to the green/blue Navajo peak that we didn't mind driving the 3 minutes there in the morning, especially as parking is ample and literally steps from the chairlift. Brian Head is such a gem! Only thing I wish we had known which is not the responsibility of the accommodations, is that the road to Brian Head is very treacherous without snow tires/4WD/chains if it is snowing. It snowed 10" the day of our arrival and being fools from FL we had no idea the road would be so difficult in our 2WD rental car. We survived though and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hated to leave!

Well stocked, comfortable, beds comfy too! It was the perfect ski in place. Ski out is a little walk but not bad at all. Only one jacuzzi open but was ideal after a long day of skiing! We would rent again as it was just eh perfect little get away!

It had all the comforts at home. The kitchen, dining and tv area was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6 and all our winter apparel. The couch was fabolous for movie watching and warm by fire. The bedrooms were very tight and limited space to put suitcases. Also the main bedroom bed isn't a Queen like listed but a full. But we would still stay at this condo again

Great location! We walked right to the ski lifts and skied right to the condo. The fireplace was nice and really warmed the place up.

I was looking for an easy in and out spot for a few days on the mountain. And this did not let me down. Nice a cozy spot, more than fully equipped with everything you need for your staff. Great location, def adding to my favorite list for my next ski trip. Thank You.

It was an easy check in process, clean property with everything we needed, location is excellent. We had a great time skiing and snowboarding for a couple days.

The condo is the perfect location, the kids loved the extra sleds. David was super responsive and everything was perfect!

I've rented a few of the Giant steps condo's over the years, best updated condo. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Extra view from end unit was great, and we had two towels each for the five if us. Used the sleds from the locker. Layout is perfect in the living room for 5-6 people with wrap around couch. I'd book it again.

The condo was great for ski in and out at Brian Head. Right on the mountain and the kids could walk out the back door and jump right into the snow. Condo was very updated as well.

We had a wonderful time at Brianhead. The condo was great. We loved the ski in/ski out location and so close to the Giant Steps ski lodge and lift. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. The heaters in the bathrooms were great. It was a really cold week at Brianhead but the heaters in the condo helped warm us up. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great condo located on-slope. Has everything a couple or a family might need for a short-term stay. Under building parking is especially convenient.

My family had an amazing time in Brian Head! The condo was perfect and just what we needed! Location is amazing. David is a very receptive host and handled the one small issue we had very promptly. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Property is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
