Cabin was clean and equipped with everything you need. Access a little tight, but had no trouble getting in and out. I would definitely stay there again

A little difficult to find initially because it looks like you’re driving in someone’s yard with no sign to let you know to drive down the grassy lane. But location is cool and we had a blast. Home is in need of repair and update with significant water damage, the jacuzzi water was clear but had a strong stale smell so we flushed it with the hose to make it usable. And understand you are looking at a bit of a scrap yard 30 feet away across the river. With that said it’s still pretty cool to look down from the deck at the water streaming by. House has everything you need and more.

The river provided us a lot of entertainment. Watching people go by all day was fun. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies.

Perfect spot close enough to walk to town and if you love floating on the river this is your spot . Down side is there is not enough plug ins in some of the rooms and no cell reception

Wonderful place right on the river where you can lounge and watch tubers go by while wading in the water. Only wish that there was a screen door to leave open since temps was wonderful to listen to river at night. 15 minute walk to town which doesn't seem like it since you're walking along the river and taking in the sights and sounds along the way

We were thrilled with the location of the cabin on the river and basically over the river. We loved spending time on the back deck as the river tubers floated down the Chattahoochee River. The hot tub made a great end to every evening.

Amazing location, great view.cabin has every possible amenity you need. Owner was very nice.

Literally awesome rivers edge in a secluded area of Helen yet still less than a mile from downtown!! Rustic exterior and cozy interior! The King bed was very comfortable!! The Hot Tub was great!! Everything was better than expected!!

Overall our vacation experience was very good. The rental cabin needs some remodeling, but it was a beautiful location right on the Chattahoochee river which made the trip very special! RA- Covington,Ga.

Proximity to both the river and downtown made this location ideal- our family had a great time in this cozy cabin. We plan to book it again!

We liked the cabin so much, we barely even went to town. It was so relaxing listening to the river.

Perfect place for our getaway! The view was spectacular, the house was clean, and the hot tub was relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing time. This house is right on the river. Quite area and we were able to walk to town and back. Will definitely look at staying here in the future.

The house and location was wonderful. Just minutes from downtown Helen and a grocery store. The only thing that I didn’t like was they need a little sign at the entrance where the road ends. It looks like you are going through someone’s yard . It’s the drive way to get to the cabin . Other than that it was perfect

Just as it was pictured online, The cabin felt like you were tucked away somewhere but it was very close to all the activity. Watching the tubers going down stream while we sat on the deck was very entertaining.! The check in /checkout process was easy and the communication was clear. Did not like the late check in and early checkout times. The cabin was clean and well appointed, however, The mattresses and pillows are worn out and need to be replaced. We had some issues with the patio furniture. One of the chairs broke in two pieces and we removed it from the deck and placed it outside where there was a pile of broken patio chairs. Another chair looked as if it was about to break in the same way. There was rotten deck boards and the leg of a chair went through the deck. I sent a message about the damage but never got a reply. The hole in the deck was about 18” long and 4” wide so we felt it was unsafe from the little ones to be on the deck. Overall we had a good experience that wasn’t overshadowed by small maintenance problems.

The house was very nice and clean. One tv (in the bedroom) didn't have a remote. But was not a problem for us. All the jets in the hot tub didn't work properly. We saw three or four waterbugs (that can be expected in a wooded area on the river). But all in all it was a great place to stay and we look forward to staying again. We loved the location and the cabin.

It was clean and quiet and just what a bunch of grannies needed! The mattresses were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the tubers! We hope to come back soon!!

Great

The location was great. The house was a bit dirty and full of spider webs but we did not let that bother us. There was the occasional mouse that came and paid a visit inside the house at night. The little one likes to follow it and saw that it was coming in through the vents.

It is off the road not surrounded by many houses

We come to Helen very often and rarely stay this close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon.

Great place to stay, cabin was cozy and loved to sit on the deck and watch people tube down the river.

Beautiful place outside, the lake is gorgeous as well as fire pit we really enjoyed that. But inside of the cabin really needs either full renovation or really, really good cleaning. Really nice place but I'm sorry it was dirty.
