Nice & quite location, but the bed wasn't made.

The only critique I have is that the neighbors lights really illuminate the bedroom, despite all the blinds being down....maybe some black out curtains would help. The rental company's check in process was super easy and I was impressed with how they reach out to you to make sure everything is okay. Overall though I really enjoyed this location, view and stay and would definitely book again...maybe with just some eye covers;)

Great property, convenient commute to all the essentials

I chose the Lakeside Condo with a lake view and it was gorgeous!! The room was perfect for my husband and I! King sized bed with a full kitchen which allowed us to make a few meals! Lakeside was so close to Dillon, Breckinridge, Leadville, Frisch and Keystone so we were able to site see, hike and shop! It was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at your establishment several times in the last 10+ years and have been extremely happy with Lake Shore 1533. This year when we parked in front of the condo the first thing I found on the ground next to my truck was a used syringe. I called the office and the person there said they had nothing with that type of problem but would have the HOA take care of it. About a hour later someone came and picked it up. We had problems with the TV remote the last time we stayed in this condo and after a day your person figured out the the remote needed was new batteries and we had a similar problem this year. Is there a common problem here, replacing batteries in the condos?? We noticed that the holes in the bathroom doors are still there from the last two times we stayed there. Lastly, Wednesday June 14th, we came out to go sightseeing and found that the windshield of my truck had been shattered and the roof and driver's door had been scratched. I called the office and reported it and the person there related they had no control over vehicles parked outside, I understand that. I contacted Summit County Sheriffs office and the officer responding thought it could be vandalism or some debris could have fallen off a vehicle and hit my truck. We could only find a fist sized rock in the parking area, but was it thrown or fell? Inquiring minds would like to know. Why is there nothing on the area above the parking spots in the way of a fence to prevent people or animals from falling off the wall and protecting the vehicles parked below from debris from the road hitting the vehicles parked below. I would like to think that your organization would want to protect yourselves from potential litigation from some child falling off that wall. Even a stretch of snow fence there would be better than what is not there now. I have to say this stay at your establishment was NOT the vacation we want to remember.

Lovely, well+stocked one bedroom condo in Keystone, 10’-15” from Keystone and A-basin, 30-40’ from Copper and Breckenridge. Ten minutes away from Silverthorne for good restaurants and groceries. Having garage access was great to keep car out of the snow! Management company was responsive to questions. Lovely view over the lake filled with ice skaters each day! Would stay here again!

Great stay on the lakeshore condo!! Friendly and convenient check in process, good amenities within the condo. Cons (not related to the individual unit!!): multiple fire alarms sounded in the property at inopportune times (late at night, early in AM, twice within a 24 hr time frame). Hot tub had a malfunction and wasn’t working when we tried using it (same temp as the pool); sauna had a similar issue. Look forward to future stays…great view, hospitality, and convenience with getting to mountains for ski days!

We skied at Keystone and had a great time there. The shuttle stop right outside the lobby was super convenient, as was the ski locker and the laundry facilities. We used the hot tub which was the perfect thing. We also used the kitchen a lot to save money on food. It would have been nice if the kitchen was a little more stocked with seasonings and oil, and the unit was a bit hot but that was easily fixed with opening the windows a tad. Those were the only complaints, though, otherwise this place is excellent!

Having a garage and elevator made this condo one of the most convenient we have rented.

The room was super clean and the furniture was comfy to relax after a long day on the trails. The location is great with so many different trails and attractions close by. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Just sitting with a glass of wine on the deck and watch the shadows crawl up the mountains as the sun sets is so relaxing. Then the next morning watching the day break over the lake in front of the mountains in front of us. One of the most beautiful places on earth.

Location was great, right next to Keystone lake and a hop, skip jump drive to River run village/gondola and all that Keystone offers. Beautiful View and windows made for great bright space, with just enough room for us and our son (he slept good on sofa bed). Our only complaint is the King bed was terrible. Felt like a water bed/very springy and floated with EVERY movement from other person. Horrible sleeping and seems a condo of this nature should have better quality bed. This would make accommodations MUCH much better! Also, our garbage disposal/sink had some issues, but I"m sure this happens from time to time with so many visitors. It came with a garage space, which was really nice when it snowed/colder, so we didn't have to clean off car in the morning. Overall, a good stay, but wouldn't stay again unless bed was replaced and knew we could rest well. Location was nice and quiet at night, just needed a better quality bed!
