Everything was absolutely perfect! I can’t imagine having anything to complain about with this condo. Nice big balcony,a great bed,big walk in shower and right on the beach. This was a dream vacation and we can’t wait to come back again. It also comes with two beach chairs and umbrella. Love this condo!

I love the location, amenities, view and convenience of Long Beach Tower ll. My condo was quite nice. Would love to stay there again next August. (17-24).

We have stayed at this resort for 20+ years. Love the area, easy access to some of our favorite places and especially the beach.

Great place. IT WAS TOUGH CHECK IN. After we got in the place it was really nice. The check out is to early and we should not be your maid service for the money we spend on this place. Their were two lamp lightbulbs out and we didn’t replace them. I sound like I don’t like the place ,however I would love to rent it again.

Condo was nice to stay in, needs some maintenance items addressed. It would've been nice to have had some cleaning items. Overall we did enjoy our time in the condo. Security was great also.

Overall we had a great stay despite not being able to get in the ocean all week. Condo was exactly as described. Only complaint would be the complex only had one working elevator.

We had a nice time and the property was as described. Several t.v. options, comfortable bed, clean place. I personally probably wouldn’t come back but that’s due to the party atmosphere around the building. There’s a lot of noise. However, the property and management was very nice. I also appreciated the 24 hour security.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property owners were very responsive to our minimal issues. (Couldn't work the TV lol) when first entering the condo we were worried by the musty smell we purchased some air freshener (renuizit) and that took care of the smell. Would be nice to be given more than one roll of toilet paper for 10 days but we planned to purchase more anyway. Bed was very comfortable. Overall it is bare bones no extras provided you get 4 towels so plan on washing daily. View is beautiful!! It is slightly inset so you see the balconies on each side but if you look straight you are in heaven! The free beach chairs are the saving grace this was well with the price. It was never crowded on the beach in front of your condo which is a plus. The area to spray off sand was an issue really really HOT due to it being black it would burn your feet (but it was great watching people walking up from the beach to be shocked by the hot sand before the gate and trying to get in only to discover the walkway was hotter😀) and the water didn't work on one entrance which was inconvenient. Pool is beautiful and a nice little bar on site. Overall wonderful place to stay aside from the small issues beautiful weather every day and was very satisfied

Floors were dirty. Had to wash dishes before we used them. The sheet for the spare bed had a blood stain on it. Bed in bedroom was very comfortable.

Property was good but mattress on bed is old and needs to be replaced. Needs new front door frame ( looks as though someone has tried to break in). No locking device on sliding glass door in bedroom.

The view was AMAZING!!! The condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the property was well kept. This unit had a washer and dryer (which is a must for me). And the fact that chairs came with the condo were great.

The booking of the condo was easy and responsive. We have stayed at several other condos here in the past but this time only needed a one bedroom. The condo was fairly clean when we arrived except for a few pieces of trash that were overlooked and the floors still had lots of sand on them. It had very limited towels and wash rags , so plan to bring more to shower if you stay here. The tile is nice, but there should be some sort of rugs somewhere to help with the sand, especially in the bathroom where the floor gets very slippery. The bed is hard with one blanket and flat pillows. This stay way okay, but felt very basic. I would not stay here again and will be looking for a new place for next time.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for us. No bad problems. Some of the lights were out and some plug ins didn't work. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location, resort and condo. We only have two complaints. As soon as we got their we tried going to the beach. Well the code we were given for the beach gates were incorrect. We had to get the code from other guest. The other complaint was the bedroom matress definatly needs updating. You can see the dips and its extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we loved our getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no package at guard shack like they told me. Security had to call someone and find what access code was for room. Package was in room. No email from them telling about access code.

We loved Long Beach Resort! We will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and the location is perfect. We loved the lay out of the resort and we never had to wait long on the elevator. It wasn’t to far from the pool or the beach. We had a great beach vacation!

large pool area, although busy never felt too crowded

First of all, I love how easy check in was. It was a matter of parking (directly in front of the building as advertised) and going up to your room when it was time, and entering in the door code. Easy peasy and hastle free. The room was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views with large patio. Minor issues were that the floors are all tile, so when we got there they were still gritty like it had not been vaccumed well. Also, we were given an old code for the beach access that did not work. We had to ask other people on the property for the correct gate code. We have 2 small children and trying to sleep at 1:00am with wild partying crowds on the beach shooting fireworks and screaming at the top of their lungs was rediculous (however this was not the fault of rental agent). It just made us reconsider coming back to PCB with small kids. Not always family friendly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the unit was lovely, elegant, and the patio and views were awesome!

Other than not getting the code to the condo before our arrival, we throughly enjoyed this condo. Views from condo were amazing, great pool/bar atmosphere - loved easy beach access. Definitely coming back!!

Overall a 4 star condo. The best part-the ocean front balcony, the chairs and the pool! Did not know about the poolside bar-wish that had been explained in amenities-found it last day there... The floor of the condo was filthy... sandy and in minutes our feet were BLACK... disappointing... wore flip flops entire time, even coming out of the shower. Front door looked like it had been kicked in or attempts at one time or another-poorly repaired and bottom repairs looked as though they were slapped on... door and door jam needs to be repaired or replaced and repainted. Bring ice with you so you have ice in the freezer when you arrive. The ice maker is turned off, and the ice freezes into one solid block... so if you want arrival cocktails, best to bring your ice... Honestly, the balcony was the star as well as the oversized king-sized bed. The pool was amazing, and the beach chairs available for the condo vacationers use-grab them early in the am and work with the lad to reserve your chairs for your stay-another plus-the umbrella! Overall, would love to stay here again, and possible another one bedroom with the crescent moon balcony... The ugly about the condo-price was okay, but the additional fees tacked on are outrageous... especially the cleaning fee... considering the floor....yuk.... I actually went to look for a mop-which was in the closet in the kitchen, which was as dark as my feet.... Oh last thing, thank you for allowing us to check in early, , although we couldn't take advantage of that since we had a 5 hour ride from ATL and arriving shortly after 5PM... The early 9am check out time was a bust as well, since there was minimal cleaning to do....I would also encourage vactioners to venture out to some of the other less publicized restaurants in the area, there are some gold mines out there, very few people ever seek out....Thank you for the offer to share some feedback...
