This property was fantastic with an amazing location right in the center of Venice. The host and her son were there to greet us and walk us through the property and give us recommendations on things to do! They were able to set up transportation for us to and from the airport and their communication was fast and helpful! They were fantastic hosts and we absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Venice!! The only negatives were a decent bit of stairs to walk up and poor water pressure in the shower, but nothing that we couldn’t handle!

We were Grandoarents Parents and two teenage girls traveling together. The apartment was perfect except for the 3 flights of stairs we needed to take luggage up.(very easy to get down) the only other issue was water pressure and temperature in the showers. Out just tried to help us but difficult to rain rain pressure and temp. Overall fabulous soartment

We just had the most amazing time in Venice with our family of 9. This apartment comfortably accommodated us (we all had space which is key when doing a long family vacation 😄). The window views of the Rialto bride are incredible and the location made for an easy launching point to explore the city. Ilaria and her son were soooo helpful - arranging a water taxi for us upon arrival and giving us a thorough overview of how to make the most of the city during our stay. Do note this apartment is on the third floor - which we knew but did prove a bit challenging for my 70- year old MIL who struggles a bit with stairs. She says the apartment was worth it though 😄 thanks for a great stay!!!

This is a wonderful apartment and a great location close to everything. Great restaurants, great shopping. Owner was very responsive and helped us with all of our needs.

We had a great few days in Venice. Ilaria was very kind. Her apartment is beautiful and well appointed. Amazing location. She arranged transfer to and from the train station by private taxi for us which was very helpful and a huge convenience. Upon arrival, after getting of the water taxi (which was exactly where she told us it would be,) her son met us at the taxi stop and helped us with our bags and got us situated. Overall could not have been an easier process. Apartment is 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco and you overlook Rialto bridge. It was quiet and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay with Ilaria again. We were in the Amalfi coast for a wedding and decided to visit Venice as well. Beautiful city! Even though there are way too many steps, according to my older aunt, this was an amazing, spacious 4 bedroom apartment overlooking the Rialto bridge. The host provided coffee, snacks and water! The apartment was exceptionally clean!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ilaria’s apt. The apt was exactly as described in the listing. It was sparkling clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, as well as providing all the comforts of home! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants space to spread out and feel at home! The location was absolutely PERFECT! Close to the Rialto Bridge and centrally located to all of the places in Venice. The views of the Grande Canal and Rialto Bridge was such a treat for all of us! What a treat Venice was because of this wonderful apt! Thank you so much, Ilaria! ☺️

First impression with Ilaria,the property manager, was a 10+. She made it easy to arrive with scheduling water taxi to pick us up at train station. Upon arrival someone met us at the landing spot and escorted us to property giving tips of everything in apt and Venice tips. The apt itself was spotless and charming and location cant be beat. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay in Venice. Ilaria is a wonderful host - a great help with transportation arrangements and with lots of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The location of the apartment is great - great views of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge and a short walk from many great destinations. This was my first trip to Venice, but I can't imagine a better location from which to explore the city!

Owner is very helpful, responds quickly to questions whether months before arrival or if needed first thing in the morning. Location is great for the ages in our family (9 - 74 years)

We will definitely be back, our stay was amazing!!! The location was perfect and Ilaria helped make all of logistics seamless. Very comfortable amenities and it was fun to watch all of the people on the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal from the comfort of the living room. We had three generations with us and plenty of space. Also enjoyed the restaurant steps from the front door.

Ilaria was a great host. She let us bring our bags to the apartment before check in so we didn't have to store them. Communication was easy and the apartment was very well prepared. The location is unparalleled and the view is amazing. Water pressure in the showers was lackluster and variable, but we still enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 1 tween and fit comfortably.

Stayed 2 nights in this perfectly located apartment. The views of the canal are amazing. The host was great and helpful to answers all our questions. We were met at the Vaparetto station and directed to the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, close to Rialto bridge and the water taxis. Loved the binder of helpful tips. The little restaurant downstairs was a perfect spot to grab a quick lunch after a long night of travel to grab a bite and head out to explore Venice. Each evening we loved to come back to the apartment and relax by the window people watching all those on bridge and the hussle of the canal activity. Great stay. Only drawbacks were the 3 flights of stairs and the hot water could be intermittent during the shower. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Venice and Ilaria was amazing. She helped with navigating Venice from the time we arrived until the time we left. This home is exactly as represented in the listing. The home has beautiful views of the Rialto Bridge and is located close to all with easy access to the water taxis. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Venice. This apartment was great. The location was central to key sights. All the rooms were clean and comfortable with.a lot of nice touches. The communication and help with taxi pick up / drop off at train and airport were great and went very smoothly. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent, roomy and comfortable. 3rd floor but steps were wide and front access and apartment access each had a lock. Would stay here again.

Our family of 6 had the privilege of staying at this beautiful apartment in May. Property manager Ilaria went completely above and beyond prior to our arrival, and during our stay. Great communication and thoughtful details such as arranging a water taxi from the train station, to a welcome basket and bottle of wine, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of this modern apartment is PERFECT for sightseeing with a breathtaking view of the famous Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal. We can only hope to return to Venice someday and have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful apartment again. Thank you so much for everything!!

What a pleasant stay in Venice…..the apartment was perfect and the location even better! We felt as if we were a part of the local neighborhood…..

Remodeled and clean. Perfect location and view. Highly recommend!! Lots of nice extras, wine, cookies, toasts, coffee, etc... couldn't ask for better.

We were met at the dock and walked to the apartment, given a tour and rundown of information by the host. There was a lovely bread there for us to snack on. The location was ideal with amazing view of the Rialto bridge. She arranged transportation to/from airport, train station and offered to help with sightseeing. It was lovely. We would totally stay again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ilaria’s apartment. The location could not have been better. So close to everything and the views were amazing. We were all very comfortable and had everything we needed. If we ever make it back to Venice we will definitely book again and recommend to anyone else. Ilaria and her so. We’re so easy and am wonderful to communicate with. They were very helpful with arranging everything for us and Ilaria was always quick to respond.

The property is as advertised and more. The location put us right next to the Rialto Bridge. The space was plenty enough room four group of 7 and had all the necessary amenities. Our host, Ilaria was fantastic. She was very flexible, accommodating our ever-changing arrival time. In addition, she was helpful in giving us recommended dining and sightseeing spots. We couldn't have been happier with the experience.

We unfortunately were in only for 1 night, would of loved to stay longer. It was beautiful 😍 Beds were comfortable and house was extremely clean. Host went beyond by setting up our water taxi to the penthouse and then to the airport. She also met us at the water taxi and walked us directly to the unit so there was no issues findingthe place. Then we sat down and went over the details of the house and area! It was so helpful while exploring the area ❤ Would definitely recommend this stay!

We only had to nights here, but this apartment was perfect and made us wish that we had more days to spend there. It is well-appointed, in a perfect location and Iiria was so very helpful at check-in and beyond. She met us at the Vaporetto stop and led us to her apartment which in hind-site was a real blessing. Trying to navigate seven people with luggage through a very crowded part of Venice not knowing exactly where you are going would have been a nightmare for me. Once in her apartment, she went over everything with us, and even booked a water taxi to the airport for us so we wouldn't have to take the hour-long ferry ride. She had breakfast items there for us and even a bottle of wine and snacks. The only negative is that as with many old buildings elevators don't exist, and there were three flights of stairs to contend with. Not problem for me and my husband but for the older ones in our group it was hard. Add heavy luggage to the equation and it is even harder. Knowing that beforehand would have been helpful, but maybe that would have deterred us from booking and that would have been a shame, because this apartment really is special.
