Enjoyable one week stay at this small complex right on Napili Bay, and we would definitely choose this unit again if returning. Easy few steps back and forth to beach, made it very convenient to enjoy the beach throughout the day. Restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. You have an ocean view from the lanai and can hear the waves from the unit. I actually liked not having a beachfront unit, as this felt more quiet and private and shaded (given no a/c, which was not an issue in February). The furniture is more updated than the photos show at this time, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. Bathroom/kitchen are not super updated but has what you need and the nightly rate matches this. One note is we had a lot of little ants in the kitchen and bathroom despite being very careful not to leave out any food, but it didn't impact our stay much, just a nuisance. Overall this is a super fun location and would not hesitate to stay again!

We enjoyed our time at this cute little place on the beautiful Na'pili Bay. Since I had to work while I was there, I took my computer onto the lanai and had a sweet view of the waves breaking between the other condos and the lush greenery that borders the property. The shared barbeques and the patio area were nice to use on the evenings we cooked instead of eating out. In trying to keep the cost of our vacay down, this amenity was useful. The bed was comfortable, but since the walls/ceiling are relatively thin, we heard the people above us during the night making it challenging to sleep. We found it strange that the rules for the condo made it clear that the walls are thin, so we needed to be quiet from 10pm-8am, and then the people above us were LOUD all night. Maybe they were just walking across the floor at midnight, 1 am and 2 am, but it sounded like thuds with each footfall. I sleep with earplugs and could still hear the noise. The check-in process was a bit frustrating as we had never received an email with the door code or unit number, but we thought we had gotten that info from VRBO. When we landed, I tried contacting the host on the app, and then tried his number but it was disconnected. I then contacted the VRBO helpline and they reached out to the host, unsuccessfully on the first few attempts, then finally found an old contract and sent the necessary info to get in as we waited in the parking lot of the condo. Later the host texted to apologize.

The hosts were great and were excellent communicators. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to get to all the spots and includes a secluded private beach where you can watch all the sea life. We are definitely keeping this spot for our next visit to Napili Bay!

Returning to the Napili Bay resort complex. This unit has a partial ocean view from the lanai that allows for having a breakfast with the view. Perfect for two people. Just a few steps from the sandy beach of Napili Bay and the costal trail that goes all the way to DT Fleming. Hosts were very responsive and nice.

Fantastic relaxing time away from the cold in Canada... Cant wait to come again...

The Property Complex is very clean, quiet and quaint. This is an older building complex with old and updated condo's. We have stayed here twice now in two different condo's. This trip we looked into a few other condo's that have been updated/remodeled. This unit needs new kitchen counters and a fresh paint job but overall is a very nice unit. I loved being on the ground floor with access to the yard. The location to the beach is the best feature of these condos by far. Short distance to markets and restaurants. Love this area.

This property was beautifully located with minutes to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week! We will visit again!

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much. You truly have everything you need in the condo, and the beach is amazing. Dan was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back and staying here in the future!

Gave it a four star overall rating only because lack of air conditioning-my bad for not noticing in ad that no air conditioning! A small air conditioner would have made it perfect 😃 and large stand alone fan was not working. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Tucked into Napili bay is a wonderful place to spend your time on Maui. Easy access to a great beach on a quiet bay with great swimming. Can’t wait to go back

We loved our stay here! The condo is equipped with everything you would need; kitchen items, towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. It's the perfect place to stay with your teen/kids. You’re just steps away from the beach to swim with turtles and catch amazing sunsets!

My wife and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary in Maui and we couldn't be happier with this condo. It is located on a fantastic beach on Napili Bay. The condo is like a hidden gem in between larger resorts. The beach has some great snorkeling and was within walking distance to some great restaurants. We visited several beaches while in Maui and the beach this condo is on was the best! The condo itself was perfect; comfortable bed, couch, nice bathroom and lanai which had a solid view of the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable. The condo also comes with a great parking lot, which was super nice. A bonus feature we found was the Kapalua Costal Trail which was was in walking distance of the condo which had beautiful views! My wife and I were super happy with this condo and if we ever make if back to Maui we will rebook this condo!

The unit isn't directly beachfront, but you can definitely enjoy the ocean view from the back patio. Lots of options for food and fun within walking distance. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication from host. We've stayed in a few locations in Maui, but Napili/Kapalua is by far our favorite!! Hoping that we can come back soon!!!

This was a lovely place to stay for a mellow beach trip! I would absolutely stay here again. The host and manager are very kind and responsive. When we arrived the place was not clean from the previous guest but the cleaning people apologized that they had the wrong date and went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean for us.

The property had all we needed for a pleasant vacation. The beach was fabulous and the size of the complex meant that it wasn’t noisy or hurried.

We love staying at Napili Bay Condos because of the location to the beach and the property amenities. There is a laundry and BBQ area which is convenient and easy to use. We feel safe there and the property is nice

The condo was in a great location. The only noise was nature and the ocean which made for a relaxing stay. Parking was great and convenient. Would come back again.

The condo was everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Napili bay. The bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was nice and warm, plenty of towels and beach gear. While you can’t access the beach from the lanai, it’s a short walk through the charming property and you’re right there on one of the most gorgeous spots in Maui. Perfect for a couple!

Perfect spot for some beach time in a great cove.

The location was perfect. Not right on the beach but easy walk on the property sidewalk. Good security. Beach is very clean. Room layout is excellent. You can see the ocean from the lanai, and you will hear it all night long. It was magical to fall asleep and wake up to that sound. Sigh. The shower is great and perfect for the tall folks. The owners provide everything for making your own meal, reheating leftovers or prepping fruit you got at a farmers market or fruit stand. It’s tropical. There are ants on the counter if you don’t clean up after yourself. We kept organic waste in the fridge instead of the rubbish bin under the sink and the trash dumpster isn’t far from the unit. We chose this unit for the proximity to the beach and would choose it again for the peacefulness. The property manager’s unit is adjacent and that was quiet. The other property had two different couples staying there during our ten day stay and while we could hear them on the lanai it wasn’t irritating. We could barely hear the people above us. While there is a pull out couch, I think four adults would be very tight. Mom, dad, and two youngsters sure. But two couples better be VERY good friends. 10/10 would come back here.

Location is perfect to walk over to Napili bay! Unit is quaint and cute, and just what you need for a single person or a couple. Not sure why but there was no dish soap or garbage bags.
