The property is grand and the location is perfect! It was exactly what we needed to accommodate my family and extended family. The theatre was great too, kept the kids busy and entertained.

Beautiful house, great communication, I let them know about a loose rock in their fireplace and how my aunties baby cracked one of their glasses, they were really lovely and easy to talk too

A Lovely big house and property, pool table and theatre room was a hit. Everything was super clean and i lovely the painting. I would have expected all the room to be furnished to the same modern standard, the room with the old furniture was a little off putting.

We had a wonderful time at Living Waters - the Theatre and Pool Table a particular highlight. Bedrooms are all very spacious, thank you for your hospitality!

We spent the weekend with 5 other couples to celebrate a big birthday. The large house gave us the opportunity to relax together, dine together and laugh together making a weekend full of special memories. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property with lots of features. Check in process was a little tedious but somewhat understandable given the nature of the complicated systems that control the house. Overall we had a great time with 11 of us staying in comfort.

A fantastic property with luxury amenities. Warm and friendly welcome by the owners. The property was clean and comfortable with amazing amenities and brilliant views. We even had a visit from a Dolphin on a couple of occasions. A perfect place to relax in luxury.

House was amazing with plenty of space and rooms. Being on the water bit worried about noise but it was lovely sitting out on deck. Great time was had by all. We were confused at times with all the mod cons like lights and showers and how it all works but it all worked out with no problems and most of our guests remembering instructions from owners.

Beautiful! The house was immaculate and stunning. The views we lovely and so peaceful. The owners & property manager we lovely. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher coming up with an error message and the property manager was incredibly nice & efficient in organising someone to come out to fix it. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our family consisted of 12 people aged 3 to 82, we had a wonderful time, the house is so beautiful, we loved it. Dolphins visited us the 3 days we were there. Magical! Jimmy and Maureen are very nice and helpful. 5 star stay in my book!

House is super clean and the area on river is lovely

This is a massive house with five ensuite bedroom upstairs, and one added bedroom downstairs with communal toilet/shower next to the room. The fridge/freezer in the kitchen was filled easily with our provisions, unfortunately the shelves in door were missing leaving empty space that could have been utilised. Broken, missing or faulty items seems common. We thought that it could use another fridge just for drinks. We had portable car fridges so we used them. Maureen asked me to advise our ETA, I replied with around 1:30 to 2:00 PM as it was difficult to be more accurate in holiday traffic. I was told that check-in is strictly 2:00PM and not to arrive beforehand. We stopped off nearby and arrived promptly at 2:00 PM only to find that the house was not yet ready. Either it’s strictly 2:00PM or it’s not, you can’t have it both ways. I thought the large cleaning fee would attract enough staff to get the house ready on time but it did not. We went through all the rules, as noted in other reviews, there are lots of rules and in fairness to Maureen some are basic common sense but it is a lengthy process going through the rules as well as how to negotiate the items that need special attention due to being faulty or waiting on parts. The induction could have been a lot quicker if everything worked rather than explaining why they don’t. Even the hot water system needed explanation as it’s not as simple as turning on the tap. Induction over and my travel companions can end the 48 minute wait out front (with the engine running to maintain the car fridges) Inside the A/C does a great job of cooling a massive house and we enjoy the facilities. Nightfall comes and brings the bugs along, really not able to sit outside around this time, but that’s what comes with being right on the water so as I said before can’t have it both ways. There are a few small rooms locked and numerous signs asking us to respect their privacy but the security camera inside is surely a sign that our privacy is not being respected. Almost an hour before checkout time and I receive a text advising me that the owners are coming in to do some gardening. (Not asking me but telling me) They let themselves in without permission and went about the gardening. Maureen’s response was that they did not go inside so it was OK to enter the property and that was that. I feel the owners need to understand that when you rent out a property you can’t watch your guests and come in any time you want.

The property was amazing, exactly as listed, we enjoyed every minute of living on the canals. Maureen and Jimmy were extremely accomodating.

Wonderful experience stunning property

There were 5 couples of which all the girls were celebrating their 50th. Communication with the owners was fabulous. They greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour and hand picked a magnificent rose in celebration of our birthdays. Everything you need is there and more. Each bedroom has its own bathroom providing plenty of space for alone time if you need it. The Spa was warm, drinks out on the deck overlooking the canal perfect at sunset, and the movie theatre great. Our only feedback which is very minor would be the knives are due for a sharpen, be prepared for a long list of rules (that you are able to follow) but it can be daunting, and although it says netflix, apple tv, foxtel etc is available you must use your own log-ins and the WIFI went down half way through the stay. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again.

We had the whole family stay with us, the property is amazing!! Portacots, high chairs all provided. We had the boat on the jetty no problems.Only issue we had was the hot water system. There were a few rooms that would not work so we had to shower downstairs in the powder room which is on another system.Overall great stay!! Thank you

We were a group of year 12 leavers struggling to find a suitable place to stay for schoolies, and then we found Jimmy and Maureen's place. 5 star luxury a 7 minute drive from the Busselton CBD and they were very accommodating to the fact we were leavers. Absolutely would recommend the property based on the incredibly modern luxurious décor and facilities. Thanks Jimmy and Maureen for a wonderful stay!

The house was amazing and for a special family celebration we did feel very spoilt. Great facilities and enjoyed the large dining area, movie theatre and spa. Great facilities and we used everything there over a weekend. Would definitely recommend
