We enjoyed our stay in the cottage and love the ski in ski out convenience. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Well maintained and clean. Great location for slopeside access. Seemed to have everything we needed.

My Family really enjoyed staying in this home. It was the little things that made it really nice like the beds were so comfy. The view was great. The walkway to the home was easy getting in and out to our vehicles. Our skiers loved the easy access to the slope. Our last ski day we received 5 or more inches of fresh snow so that made our trip the best ever. We would definitely consider this rental again. Thanks to Bernie Martin for being the best with info and updates for our trip.

We went for my husbands birthday weekend and take the grandchildren and our daughter and we had the best time ever, perfect weekend.

Beautiful house right on the ski hill. Huge deck. Private drive way. Seasoned fire wood for the the fire place was dry and easy to light. Very well furnished and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was very hot for the sore muscles after a day of skiing. Would stay here again next ski trip.

The house was clean and cozy. Had there been snow, it is an Awesome location! Since there was limited snow on our visit it was just a short drive to the top to ski the open runs. Our host was excellent and checked in with us throughout our stay. We will return!

Very easy rental process!

This very nicely situated house provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for a family of 4 with 2 young teenagers. The Mountain views and location is hard to beat in Wintergreen. The back deck over-looking Tyro (blue slope) defines the place. The property owner (Bernie) is very accommodating and helped make the stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful home on the mountainside with wonderful views. Extremely clean and nicely arranged. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets in the area, fall foliage and abundant wildlife. The wood-burning fireplace was a real treat. The host, Bernie, was very attentive and responsive. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Sweet little cabin tucked away on a north facing slope - it would be fun to watch skiers in the winter from the great deck! For us, it was quiet and the perfect size for our family of 5. My younger kids especially enjoyed the loft. Bernie was excellent with communicating things to do around Wintergreen and with the check-in/out process.

This was my best girl friend along with 4th grade daughter and her friend with myself on our getaway. Beds, pillows and beds and kitchen were just a few of the most comfortable and available items. The deck gave picture perfect views and was very spacious-will be returning!

Admittedly we arrived right after the ski resort (Wintergreen) shut down for the spring, so there was not much going on there, but the location is very nice and close to lots of great hikes and being at the end of a short road, the area was definitely not crowded or busy with traffic The cabin itself is right on a ski run - truly ski-in/ ski-out - if you're there during the season. The owner/host Bernie was very proactive and responsive before and during the stay (the neighborhood had a cable outage for the first day and a half - no fault of the property - so we were in contact). The only issues keeping it from a 5-star is that the cabin itself is showing its age in the carpets, doors, paint and appliances (the microwave didn't work at all, but Bernie said he was going to replace it soon). For a ski holiday, no big deal, but when you're in the cabin without the resort amenities, it's not ideal.The beds, are, as stated in other reviews, excellent and better than most hotels!

We loved our time here and will be back!! Bernie was awesome from the start. His place feels like home right off the slopes!! Only thing I’d add is some light on the back deck so night skiers can find it easier! But this places gets an A+

Great location. Parking a bit of a challenge but excellent option in Wintergreen.

A lovely cottage right on the skopes. True sk in and ski out. The property owner, Bernie, is very helpful and very available to help. we would certainly stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first ski in/out experience and it was perfect. We enjoyed the view and the ease of getting on and off the slopes. The cottage was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Thank you so much for your hospitality and quick responses with all my questions!

The house was perfect! Clean, cozy, and excellent location. We loved the ski in/out convenience. Would definitely stay again.

Bernie was an excellent and attentive host who answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great family weekend. The market less than 5 minutes away had all the supplies we needed and the main lift for the green slopes was also very close. The house is on Tyro which is a blue, so we were able to practice a bit there even though we didn’t make it all the way down. Everything was clean, and it was so nice having firewood supplied. We used the grill to cook and had so many things provided that we felt very at home. Plus the main bedroom bed was a dream!

I liked the location, check in was simple. I was disappointed about the snow blowers not being on behind our home. I was under the impression that our rental was a ski in ski out property.

We had a great stay. Bernie was very communicative leading up to our stay and checked in with us after we arrived. We had no problems at all and really enjoyed the house and location.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin which has a fantastic view. The area provided lots of hiking and amentities for our stay and the owner was very responsive.

I love the treehouses up at Wintergreen. Bernie's mountain cabin was the perfect size for 5 of us. The porch is amazing! And THE VIEW from the porch/living room/master bedroom is worth its weight in gold. We will definitely be visiting again!

The beds were very comfy!!!! Would like to know what the topper was on the mattress? Want to get it ASAP!! Having a fire in the fireplace was perfect! We even saw a baby black bear as we were coming up the mountain to our place!!
